Proper Criteria
Reviews that are obviously promotional attempts by property owners will be discarded. We have seen a few of those. If too many are sent in for a given property, we will remove the page for that property. We have done that once.

Likewise, reviews that include libelous comments about a property will be discarded. Very few properties are "all bad". However, I do know one that qualifies.
