Honest Guest Reviews are more helpful to a traveler than just about anything they can read. Many reviews are written by sales teams or hired journalists. That only benefits the hotel, not the potential guest.

Proper Criteria
Reviews that are obviously promotional attempts by property owners will be discarded. We have seen a few of those. If too many are sent in for a given property, we will remove the page for that property. We have done that once.

Likewise, reviews that include libelous comments about a property will be discarded. Very few properties are "all bad". However, I do know one that qualifies.
