The rooms have nice view on the city, the restroom was over the Thai standard. The position is good and there is a big mall inside the hotel, very useful.Nothing to complain, it s the best hotel in town."
K. stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2007-07-13 and said, "Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. We got great views of the city from our deluxe room on the 16th floor. The staff were very attentive and friendly during our stay. The breakfast buffet each morning was an excellent way to start the day. We would definitely stay at the Topland Hotel again if visiting Phitsanulok!"
Anton stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2007-07-10 and said, "Good equipped, good service, more than worth the money, very expensive chinese restaurant, a shopping center is part of this complex."

Dagfinn stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2007-01-26 and said, "I was warned that it would be very noisy 1900 / 2400 due to a fair and that was true , but it was noisy all the time , munk oiytside singing all the time.We made reservation and had ok for double room / king size bed but was given twin room , They did not have any more because the customer who made the reervation before us got the double room. After much arguing we finally got our double room. The swimming pool was in the shadow all day , so no chance for sun bathing and it was even not attended so we could not get the towels, and the water in the pool was cold. The fitness room was a joke , if you are used to go to fitness centers you will understand. No english news channels in the rooms, only thai and star movies.Breakfast was until 1000am and if you came late , eg 0930 the food was cold or nothing left at all.I must mention that the quality of buffet dinner food was very good.We came by car and were happy to have own parking place and free of charge .I will not stay here again, sorry"

Francisco stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2005-11-19 and said, "The hotel was the best of our visit to Phitsanuloke. In fact we stopped there just to sleep in the way from Lopburi to Sukhotai. Well located, good rooms, good buffet, good decoration, directly connected to a shopping center. The staff was kind, but the only bad point with the hotel is that they don t speak much english, it was very difficult get any direction from them. I d repeat. No doubt. Taking the price into account, I d rate it 8 over 10 being the lack of english spoken at the reception the main bad point ."
Dorothy stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2005-11-02 and said, "hotel has a lot of western fascilities and amenities but lack a tour desk and staff are not very knowledgeable about travel in the area, possibly a language barrier as they do seem pleasant. excellent breakfast, and dinner buffet is fabulous - only 300bht and great selection of western, thai chinese and japanese cuisine. the best tom yam goong i had in thailand.only need one night to go to sukkothai not much in phitsanulok"
Guillaume stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2005-07-06 and said, "Cleanliness: clean / Staff attitude: ready and willing / Rooms: really comfortable / Location: could not be better / Overall rating: excellent/ EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY"
FISCHER stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2004-11-24 and said, "Modern hotel attached to a shopping complex. We could not find a taxi at the railway station, so we walked to the hotel. The rooms are very nice. Nice pool area, but the water was very cold. We did not like the fitness area however. Could not distinguish between male and female changing rooms/showers, the sauna was cold, no water in the spa pool... they seem to specialize more on Thai massage.Overall a nice hotel, we enjoyed it."
Antony stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2004-08-19 and said, "The hotel itself was good, but when I asked at the reception for the times of the busses to Chiang Mai, the man there said Every hour from 0630. He sounded so confident that I did not go to the bus station to check (as I often do). However the information was WRONG and caused me to lose a few hours due to a wait in the bus station and then catching a slower bus than I had wanted to. The hotel should either get up-to-date info for guests or say Please go to the bus station to check current times. In the end everything turned out OK, but I was VERY annoyed with the hotel for doing this to me at the time."
Marc stayed at Topland Hotel & Convention Centre on 2004-01-22 and said, "Well located hotel in Phitsanulok, good value for money and the swimming pool was excellent."
