Henrik stayed at Rooks Holiday Hotel & Resort on 2008-04-22 and said, "my stay rooks (resort bungalow) was just perfect. Staff really helpfull and give really good servcie.restarurant/roomservice perfect.even no many guest during my stay, the service was perfect.because north, english language not in top, but in the end every time, the staff help me just fine.thanks to: miss gung, miss dai, staff in reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies, and manager.for sure I come back this nice hotel."

Claudia stayed at Rooks Holiday Hotel & Resort on 2008-04-16 and said, "Rooks is in a central location, but has seen better days. The 3rd bed that we had ordered was not in the room and the porter gave us another guest s luggage. The rooms and the swimming pool would benefit from a modernisation. Breakfast caters for Western and Asian tasts sufficiently."

Erich stayed at Rooks Holiday Hotel & Resort on 2006-01-29 and said, "we were extremely dissappointed. the people were unaccomodating, there was no free shuttle to the town, internet service was 10 b. / 3 minutes, the beds were hard and the rooms neede a lot of attention. the hotel was very tired everywhere we looked improvement was necessary. when we gave the front desk a list of room issues, they did not respond to them. they will not honor your discount if you decide to stay longer. please reconsider when thinking about staying here!!!"

Tracy stayed at Rooks Holiday Hotel & Resort on 2006-01-20 and said, "this hotel was good, the staff friendly and helpful when we wanted to change our room to a poolview...it is certainly within walking distance of the town..great value, large rooms, but they would not match the internet price when we wanted to extend our stay so we cahnged to the golden pai."

Jeff stayed at Rooks Holiday Hotel & Resort on 2006-01-04 and said, "Clean and in fairly good repair. As good a location as any in Hua Hin. There were only about 10 staying in this very large hotel when we were there, and nobody had hot water. But, it was not so cold that you couldn t shower. Nice lobby. Not 5 star by any means, but also not that bad. Do yourself a favor and book a day long tour in the lobby, to see the long necks, big ears, coffee village, etc. A very good value for just $35/each. Amazing trip!!"

Mr. stayed at Rooks Holiday Hotel & Resort on 2005-02-08 and said, "I checked-in on the 8 of february and the first time that I had hot water in my bathtube was on the 10 feb. at 6.45 p.m.Room was very old. Quality of food both for breakfast and dinner was so poor. Breakfast was until 10.00 a.m. One morning I went down at 9.40 a.m.: everything was cold, they took out gas from under food. There were not corn-flakes and orange juice. Tables for breakfast were so dirty every day.Not possible seat in the lounge after dinner due to many people smoking.I will never come back to this hotel !!!!!"
