Kunjal said, "Overall the stay was good. The hotel is little bit away from the market place. Hence its quite quiet and relaxing. All the night clubs and happening spots are on Chaweng Beach which takes around 150 baht/ one way in taxi from this resort. We found excellent veggie food in the nearby Spa Samui resort. Even Spa Samui was good in terms of stay and rates compare to Weekender Villa. We rented Seaview bunglow which was little bit disappointing since it has a resort restaurant in front and then the beach. The more better option was beachfront bunglow. Well, it was relaxing, comfortable stay. Hotel managements helped us lot in all the excursions."

Johannes said, "We really enjoyed staying in the weekender villa, located directly at the Lamai beach. The owners always have been helpful und provided us with good Koh Samui insider tips. The breakfast was very good and the Thai Food was the best we had within the two weeks we have been in Thailand. Our Superior Garden View Bungalow was a bit small, but had everything we expected, was very clean and in a very good condition. We also can recommend the offered dry cleaning service and the massages, like the typical Thai Massage. Swimming is not possible at the beach area of the Weekender Villa, as alternative a small pool is available. After an estimated walk of 10-15 minutes on the beach towards the center of Lamai, you will be able to swim."

julian said, "the hotel was fine, and clean, but massively overpriced for what it is. it is in the worst part of the beach (the narrowest), and there is a lack of atmosphere there. you are kind of stuck between the main road and the sea. i paid 2400 a night for my room. it had air-con and was ok, but after 3 days i moved further along the beach, further south and got a bungalow for 1200 with aircon and satellite tv, which was newer and bigger and nicer and looked directly onto the beach."

Sandra said, "Relaxed and cozy place with very friendly staff and managers that made us feel eight at home. Service and food was excellent despite the recent flooding that damaged some of the Weekender property. The bungalows were clean and tidy with soundproof walls that pleasantly blocked out most of the noise from the nearby main road. Well recommended!"

Michael said, "Our 2nd stay in this resort (extended for 14 days) was perfect - again. The renovated bungalows offer any comfort you might wish to find within this price range, and the service is great at all times. Thanks to Gerlinde and Wilbert for their kind reception, will be back for sure."

paul said, "We originally booked for 5 nights,but found the service and hospitality so good we booked for a further 5.Great food,nicely appointed,clean rooms and friendly and helpfull staff made our stay here just perfect.We cant recommend this resort highly enough."

Stan said, "This is a well run establishment in a quiet part of lamai beach.Be advised they only accept CASH,no exceptions.My room was recently remodeled and exceptionally clean and functional.I booked 5 nites but decided to move and they wanted me to pay the sawadee commission for the 2 nites i had booked.I didnt argue,but this is a little greedy,considering there were only a couple of other guest at the resort and they obviosly had not turned anyone away due to my booking."

William said, "The problem with this resort is that most of the bungalows are too close to the main road which is very noisy with traffic. The truck and motorcycle traffic made it hard to sleep the first night and the other nights I had to use ear plugs. It was not a peaceful tropical experience.By the shore it is quiet enough though and the pool area is nice. Airport pickup worked well also. Owners would not accept credit card to settle the bill and I did not like that also. We then had a nicer experience. quieter and with a better beach."

Niamh said, "We cleaned daily, which was a great plus. The resort is right on the beach but in a nice quite spot. The breakfasts were great, probably the best breakfast of all of the resorts we Ger Linda - thank you for making our stay in samui a lovely one! We would definitely stay here again."

Mr said, "I well equipped. The staff are very friendly. It is located about 10 minutes walk from central Lamai. Nice and peaceful during the day. Chaweng is only 10 minutes by car/taxi. Can highly recommend Weekender Villa."

The beach they have is beautiful as well, and they are located very close to central Lamai. All in all, a great place to stay. I would definitely go again."

The resort is one of the most beautiful ones on the island, and perfectly located since you find relaxing times very easily, but you can also head to the busy centres of Lamai or Chaweng in the evening in just about 5-10 minutes with public or private transport. The owners and the staff are really friendly and helpful and will assist with any reservation need you might have or support you with their valuable experience and knowledge of the island. The bungalows are clean and well-equipped, and the white sand beach is only 5 meters away. Will certainly be back..."
