Mariusz said, "A great hotel �extremely nice and I cannot stress enough how friendly staff, one of the best foods we’ve tasted in Thailand, beautiful views from the villa (we the infinity pool, villas very well designed and located. Only one small minus �the hill that leads to the hotel is quite a steep one; on the other hand side you wouldn’t have such a views otherwise and ‘claming�was a part of the adventure anyway. But if you really lazy, rent 4x4 �the best way of moving around the island. To cut the story short �4,5 / 5 (I never give 5s). Top notch place. Regards."

Graham said, "tHE hotel is very beautiful. the views from our villa was absolutly stunning.THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC AND VERY VERY HELPFUL.The villas are a little bit out of the middle of the hustle and bustle in downtown Cheweng beach but we were more than happy for that as the views are so spectacular. As we hire a small 4 wheel drive from the villa management for the week to get around. It is very steep hill to the villas and not something that even a very fit person would like to do on foot more than once. The food in the resort restaraunt is very good and inexpensive.The bar makes a very good cocktail also so if laying back and chilling by the pool is what you want then you need go nowhere else for the duration of you holiday, but if you want to get out and about hire a car it is the easiest island to find you way around just look out for scooter riders they are everywhere and the only road rule to remember is HE WHO DARES WINSAl in all a fantastic place to stay"

Eric said, "Excellent villas and value for money if you re looking to spend that little extra. Villas are up the side of a mountain overlooking a few beaches and other islands. Is very quiet for that relaxing break. Food, cocktails and service were outstanding. We you seem to have the entire hilltop to yourselves. Will definately recommend to others and will be back in the near future for sure. quiet place. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. If you enjoy a tranquil place, then go to the Sandalwood."

Edward said, "These villas are really stunning. Located 10 mins in a taxi from Chaweng you wouldn t walk to town but for peace and serenity this place is perfect. The views really are as good as the pictures and the villas are really well built and beautifully finished. The staff were all very very friendly and we were made very welcome. The food in the restaruant was our favourite out of all of what we ate on Samui during our stay.Thank you George for the arrangements on our last night, now we ll have to think about returning on a honeymoon ;o).Ed & Elaine."

Beth said, "Exquisite view. Very tranquil place. Delicious breakfast and excellent food - thanks so much to the good chefs in the kitchen. Unfortunately we felt the rate of $160++ was very high for the standard of the room and general appearance of Villa complex - looks a bit neglected. Although villa is big and spacious, fittings are a little old, smelly kitchen and bathroom drains + the odd lurking cockroach despite being cleaned. Well priced and stocked fridge. Bit of a mission to get around Samui, but management very helpful in taking us to good bike/car hire shop, but very steep hill, so not sure if bike would make it up for overnight? Enjoyed our stay, but wouldn t go back for that price."

M said, "Best place on Samui by far. Two adults and 3 children aged 10,7 and 2, staying in the Leewavadee. Secluded, paradise, perfect. Best views without a doubt. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa on balcony was perfect for the young ones. Will stay here again."

John said, "Sandalwood Villas was as close to Heaven on Earth as I have ever found. For the price it is unbeatable. The rooms are amazing, the service was outstanding and the management went out of the way to make our time there special. This said, I d only recommend this place to people who want a vacation to relax, rest, and be away from crowds. For those who want a night life, head down into Chaweng. For me though, Sandalwood was the perfect choice. The view from the pool is amazing, one of the most breathtaking I ve ever seen. Then for those who like to Snorkel the best place on Samui is directly across from the bottom of the driveway. I can not say enough good things about this place."

David said, "The rooms were all spacious and unique with brilliant views over the ocean. They were also air conditioned which is essential in Thailand. Ours had a large terrrace. Staff were also fiendly and very helpful."

The staff was quick to arrange any additional requests (chef, massages, rental car, etc.) Nice pool on property.(Only drawback is the beach is a short drive away.)"

The Manager of Villa is also very kind and thoughtful to help guest s requirement.Although Sandalwood s location might be not in populous area, but it is definately a nice place for honeymoon people."

Colin said, "as we pulled up to the villa and steppedout of our taxi our mouths dropped with one of the most breath taking views we had ever seen and the quality of accomadation matched up to views.The staff were so friendly and being woken up by being served breakfast on your balcony with those views started each day off to a treat"

Darren said, "Very large villas with beautiful hillside view of Chaweng Beach. Up a fairly long, steep, curvy road (paved). Secluded, with only 3 villas on property. Manager is very helpful with regards to transportation and all arrangements."
