It was great to find plenty of sunbeds around the pool as well as on the beach and that the guests did not reserve them. We can also recommend the restaurant, poolside bar and massage. We will definitely return."

The staff were very friendly and helpful, except one working in the resturant at night. The food in the resturant was average. The crabs we ate on the first night were not fresh enough. but, anyway , there were lots of choices nearby. The beach and the pool were clean, good for swimming but the sand was rough. I will come back again if I stay on Lamai"

Lovely rooms - we his new bride alex had their wedding reception on the beach here and it was stunning, the attention to detail was just fantastic. the villa where we attended to everyday by happy staff (ching,moo & marie)we spent alot of time at the beach side bar and restaurant where we were looked after superbly(deaw,rang, kong, eddie, noi ,nim) so many to mention but to you all THANKYOU the whole resort is fantastic and treat all their guests as part of of their families. food was inexpensive and world class, especially the fresh lobster. so all in all our holiday on koh samui was very special made even more special by the samui jasmine staff -MAGICAL- thankyou."

Heather said, "This was a very nice hotel for the price. We would definitly stay at this hotel again. The room was very nice as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was good, there seemed to be some variety everyday. As for the restaurant at other times such as dinner, we felt it was overpriced and not that good. You can get a better dinner outside the hotel for ALOT less money.The travel agent (Samiu Air Travel) on the corner of the street the hotel was located on and the main road in Lamai, it was very good. They helped us with all our sightseeing needs and then some. They were very helpful and we strongly recommend them if you wish to schedule any activities or even do your laundry. Their laundry service was much cheaper than the hotel.Samui Jasmine Resort is a fine establishment and I would recomment it highly."

Erik said, "We had a wonderful week at Jasmine Resort.The hotel manager Eddie is a wonderful host and you really feel welcome to Samui, he has succeeded to create a family hotel atmosphere. Our bungalow, the one closest to the pool, was perfect with very good cleaning everyday and equipped with DVD player. The breakfast quality is better than average. The dinner is served actually on the beach each (also nice)evening and the combination of good food and Eddie supervising the whole evening creates a really warm and exoctic feeling.(the drinks are excellent too) The hotel service that we used most, several times, was the SPA & massage service, we definitely can recommend all the skilful and lovely girls in the SPA. So it is not only Eddie that makes you feel good!We definitely can recommend this cosy hotel."

Loke said, "We near to the pool. The proximity to the pool and beach was most convenient for us, a family with a 4 yr old child. We enjoyed the fish pond and the lush greenery of the garden outside our Villa. The gardener does a good job.2. This is truly a boutique hotel. The mgt pays attention to details: good range of toiletries, netbag with beach towels for each room, dvd player with dvds that can be checked out at the reception, written advisory on unscrupulous vendors on the beach. The beach front of the hotel is quite small (about 30m?), as are the grounds. Kudos to the architect and designer who have managed to optimize the space in a thoughtful manner. That said, some maintenance is necessary for the broken/worn out tiles at the pool, and in the case of our villa, the steps leading to the bath. A few of the cushioned seats in the lobby show stains. Similarly the day curtains in our villa. 3. The restaurant is well appointed and the food tasty. The breakfast spread is generous. I especially like the breads. Our two lunches at the restaurant and the dinner on the beach were pleasant affairs. The wait staff were responsive, attentive and a delight to deal with.4. The hotel tries to keep its beachfront clean (I was up early enough to see the staff labouring to clean up the hotel beachfront); but the sea seems to bring in more jetsam and floatsam to this part of the beach than say 150m further north. 5. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Am happy to recommend the hotel."

Redha said, "Excellant Hotel, Loaction in quite soi from lamai beach road where u can find anything you need( rest, seven eleven , shops, ATM s).. Great Reception from day of arrival to check out .. I had the Deluxe Villa , greeted with orcid flowers on my bed every day . Great breakfast buffet that could full all kinds of appetites. Beach was bit rough to swim in, so went to swiming pool which was nice. If i come again to lamai , i sureluy will stay in samui Jasmine Resort."

Staff are very friendly and the facilities are good, nice pool, free internet for 30 mins for guests, room was gorgeous, with spa bath and waterfall shower. The restaurant was quiet but good food, overlooking the pool and beach. The waves were very large and strong at the beach, so not good for swimming, but the pool was fine. Can get massages by the beach which were great. Would recommend Lamai for 3-4 days and this hotel would be perfect!"

Dr. said, "we ordered through sawadee service a villa. as we arrived there was only one villa free attached to the hotel. we changed it to a room in the 1. fl with see view.it was nt a great lost. the hotel ist really first class ! wonderful garden, beautiful room and bath, clean and fine decorated with style. bar and safe and big balcony. in the reception and restaurant very kindly personal. rich breakfast and good kitchen for dinner. clean swimming pool with see view and bar. on the short enough sun beds with hotel towels.we stayd a week and enjoyd every minute.resume: we recommend this hotel for young and old"

The staff was amazing and was able to help us with everything we needed(moped rentals, taxis, etc)The beach was clean and great for swimming or taking a nice morning stroll. The room was exceptional and was very welcoming (orchids and beautiful tapestries). The swimming pool looked nice but was cloudy when we actually went into it. We highly recommend renting a moped and touring the island. We had the most fun doing that. Wish we could have you can find free fruit on lobby. I d like to stay there when I come to Samui next time."

We recommend staying in the sea view room in the building as you receive an amazing view across the resort to the ocean.A wonderful way to start every day. The service was inpeccable with all staff friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the bustle of chaweng but close enough to access it if needed. From the hotel you have the beach and shopping in lamai right at your door. Having been to Thailand and Samui a number of times before I can say this is the best resort I have said, "Good value for money! Quite creative room design (especially bathroom). Plenty choice for breakfast. Very nice beach restaurant (where you lay down on matresses chilling out) with v.good live music (thai man singing most of romantic hits - very charming). Nice massage. Would definately stay again. Minuses: most of cable tv chanells were black/white only; the furniture isn t quite old yet but will need renovation in couple of years; reception could show more enthusiasm..."

My wife,daughter and I spent 5 nights in a 2-bedroom suite which had a homely aspect with the additions of a number of knick-knacks to the decor. Being next to the pool and restaurant area generally made for early mornings as noise protruded. Very friendly staff most with good English. The Maitre D by the name of Sun looked to your every need. The beach is particularly good in this part. Shops and restaurants an easy stroll away. Breakfast just ok and a bit disappointing in terms of variety."

David said, "Words cannot describe the absolute pleasure it is to stay at this hotel. This was the second time we have so close to shopping, 7/11 and even McDonalds if you need. We love the attention to detail, the stunning rooms, and the beautiful staff who are now our friends. New Years eve is amazing, with an endless fireworks display and entertainment. We even went to stay at another hotel (jungle club- horrible don t stay there!) when we realised how good Samui Jasmine was. They kindly let us check in early and gave us a complentary buffet breakfast- why would you go anywhere else? They have truley won our hearts and we will come back every year!"

It is located directly at Lamai beach, which is one of the best in Samui. 5 minutes walking distance to the center of Lamai with all the pubs and restaurants. Free internet access. Our son received a gift from the maid and I received a beautiful one from one of the waiters. They organised a room and towels for us to shower even after our checkout time.The hotel is very clean, the beds are the most comfortable and the rooms are a good size as we were 3. We usually eat out when we go to Koh Samui because the prices are too high at most hotels and too international but found that we ate most of our meals at the Jasmine. The food was exceptional and inexpensive. The pool is large and really clean and the surroundings beautiful. Even though we prefer more secluded beaches, we would return to the Jasmine just for the service, pool, rooms and food. A small hotel with a huge heart and soul!!!"

We loved our room as we were fortunate to be on the upper level and looked right across to the ocean. I cannot commend the staff highly enough. They were always pleasant, continually smiling and very helpful and efficient. Nothing was problem. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We dined many times at the Jasmine Rice Restaurant and the food was always to an excellent standard and very tasty and delicious. A huge thank you must go to Eddie and Sun for their excellent service and smooth running of the restaurant. They are a great team. In fact all the restaurant staff were very good, even though at times there was a little difficulty communicating! We were also very appreciative for all the efforts that the staff/resort made to make our Xmas and New Year wonderful celebrations. Even the rain stopped on NYE s for the show! I cannot recommend this resort highly enough and we will definitely be returning in the very near future."

Faith said, "This is the 4th time we have been to Thailand and have always ard of the decor and cleanliness of the rooms was beautiful. I loved the way they scattered orchids everywhere - on the bed on arrival, in the bathroom and all over the hotel. The food was excellent - very good choice of cooked and cold food for breakfast with fruit, cakes etc. we ate our evening meal in the restaurant several times and the standard was very good. In the evnings they moved tables down on to the beach and you could eat under the stars with the waves lapping the shore - perfect.The very best thing about the hotel, however, was the staff. They were always happy and smiling, spoke good english, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. we were there with my son and his 2 year old daughter and the staff were great with her.As you can see - I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Koh Samui"
