Ananta Lamai Beach Resort Hotels

Clare stayed at Ananta Lamai Beach Resort on 2006-07-28 and said, "First thing was we couldn t find the hotel because apparently it had changed it s name-unbeknown to us....When we finally got there they had no record of our booking at first and then said it hadn t been confirmed by Sawadee even though I had received a confirmation from them myself. I had also received 2 emails from the hotel personally regarding my booking so I don t know how that was possible if it hadn t been confirmed. All in all it was a real stuff up and definitely not the way to start a holiday. Fortunately they gave back out deposit and we ended up staying at the Seabreeze Bungalow which was lovely and can definitely recommend."
