Paulhorst said, "The beach in front of the hotel is nice, but the water is in the rainy season not clear, because of the near river. We (5 persons) have been alone in the hotel and they have given us 2 rooms in a beachfront-bungalow.The rooms were small, but o.K. nice balkony near the beach. Open bathrooms, so you have to care about moscitos. Breakfast was served, because there have been not enouph people, but breakfast and the serving was good."
LAM said, "A nice resort, room is cosy. Staff reacted to request promptly and were helpful. It is a good experience living in a bunglaro rather than in a traditional hotel. It gives a different feel."
Rolf said, "The Location itself was great , the Staff friendly and always willing to help. But not everything was perfect : The Bungalow was too small and equipped with too less lights .Without a car or a motorbike you are trapped , because the Cabana lies on the end of the road . (Very quiet and remote , but boring if You re not on honeymoon)"
Axel said, "a quiet Thai place to relax, a liek to come back again place"
Mette said, "We had a very nice stay."
Axel said, "excellent place to relax, quiet, warm hearted Thai service, very close to the sea; the need for refurbishment does NOT spoil the pleasure; cosy bungalows; a place to come back"
Allan said, "Good value for money.Convenient to Ban Pae pier, market, shops, restaurants etc.Rented a speedboat 3000 baht for the day for a trip to and around Koh Samet incl Snorkelling etc."
Cindy said, "this resort is really really nice wish it would be in another spot, the beach was disapointing there was a lot of garbage it wouldn t take much to clean it... and it would be nice... the bungalow are so cute, the bathroom outside is awsome... and the staff really nice and so so so helpful...."
Don said, "This was not a great experience for me and my friend. We not actual window panes in the window frames, the windows had to be covered by bamboo louvers, making the room as dark as the black hole of Calcutta. No furniture at all except for a table, a bed on a raised platform and two lamps. A couple of hooks on the wall for clothing. The beach was filthy! Trash and broken glas everywhere. We asked for transport to the Ban Phe docks so we could use a beach on Koh Samet...and the hotel had the nerve to charge us 200 Baht for the transfer even though their beach was absolutely unusable. Not worth the price and definitely not recommended under any circumstances."
