N. said, "the hotel is ok near to every thing it s in a busy street. short walk to the beach. The towels and bed sheets, althou changed every day, are bit old. I ll stay there agian but I shourly go to karon beach next time bcz its more quite than patong beach. late chek out is 100 bht per hour. they did not charge me for 45 mnt. but made me chech bit early before my flight."

Johari said, "The Sea Sun Sand Resort is a great Hotel, and a very accommodating staff. Location is very central in Patong Beach, so it is in a great location once you walk outside the hotel compound (very busy), but quiet inside with beautiful garden. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a budget hotel in Patong. The beach is nearby just walk 15 minute with shortcut road. Make sure you understand that Patong Beach is very busy and you will probably not even use the beach."

Roy said, "Excellent hotel although the price wasn t the cheapest. Did include a buffet breakfast that was very good and a great start to the day. Staff were excellent and the pool was great. Would definitely stay again."

Jenny said, "Stay is simple, Well coz its cheap.Try not to use the safe deposit box if u do not know how to use it. Swimming pool is dirty but still better than the sea. Breakfast is simple,things like bread,butter,fruits,juices,rice or noodles,cheeze, ham and bacon are service .Asked for king size bed, u will see a king with two single beds on one king size bed-sheet.If u have strong back then i guess it is ok.Have pre-ordered a small cake for 2 before our arrival ,due to my parnter s birthday. Become a 1kg cake @ 700baht. Oh!By the name, u cannot see sea, and sand but sun only.It will takes 10 mins walk to the beach.Its close to bangla road(bars n pubs),no worries no noise pollution. Nothing bad,nothing gd about the resort."

Kate said, "Staff helpful, rooms clean, location close to everything yet quiet and serene inside. Pool good. Bathroom (shower area) needed a good clean which would be my only criticism. We had 2 rooms and both were the same. For the money, very good value - sometimes when I read comments I wonder what people expect from a lower priced Hotel! SSS was value for money with a buffet breakfast thrown in."

Risto said, "I liked this hotel. We had a group of five adults and four children and we shared three rooms in ground floor near the swimming pool. Rooms were rather small with children but they used the pool as a sitting room. Staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good enough. I recommend this hotel."

Yap said, "Below expectation. Located at the busiest street of Patong. There s a nice garden on the poolside. Expected a room with balcony facing the garden but only got a window facing a white wall. Requested to change the room unsuccessfully. The pool water is murky. Most hotel staff smile occasionally including the duty manager. The staff in the coffee house is NOT pleasant and spend most time talking with each other. Not satisfied."

Andrew said, "One word- Unbelievable. This resort is fantastic. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Services like laundry, cleaning and the like are top notch and when you have access to a pool and spa with a cold beer in hand there is nothing better. It;s quiet due to being off the road a bit and it s beautiful gardens. Only a couple of blocks to all the action- this is the spot. Only down side there is no internet access however if you have wireless there is no problem or just head to one of the many internet cafes."

moehamet said, "i enjoyed the room around the pool (groundfloor) area. bad. The location is good. Price okay. Breakfast okay. Rooms could have been cleaner. Two very nice ladies working the day shift but the fat lady working the night shift was MISERABLE. I checked in one day early before my Sawadee reservation and she called the next day screaming that I have to check out because I have not reserved for those days. I told her what was going on and she continued to scream. Additionally, she was very rude to my Thai girlfriend traveling with me who is very good with people. Much improved stay minus the fat lady on the night shift."

Thomas said, "Schönes kleines Hotel und gut für alle die, die es unkompliziert und familiaer mögen.die Zimmer sind zwar rech einfach gehalten, und wenn mit einer Verbindungstür versehen recht hellhoerig, aber dafür sehr sauber.Kann man empfehlen."

Lele said, "Location is great: centrally located at Patong Beach but quiet despite all the action around. Breakfast was average. We asked for a non-smoking room but room smelt of smoke when we checked in. Otherwise, room was clean and service was courteous and prompt. Would choose this hotel again for next Phuket visit. Front desk reception was friendly but advice here: if extension of hotel stay is sought, book through sawadee.com!"

But prices are expensive for the rooms!The hotel staff is friendly, but if you come into a discussion about even a small change you would like to have, their whole face expressions changes and they are not friendly at all anymore!We realised that the hotel shown in the pictures do not live upto the expectations in reality.This hotel is all about earning money! They will not even let 1 bhat go even if it spoils the feeling of the customer care or the friendly and peceful image thailand is portrayed for!We dont recommend this hotel."

Chockalingam said, "The hotel is very nice to stay but the staff are unfriendly towards us coz we are ASIANs.I can see they treat differently to Westerns and this made us very upset.why they to treat us like some kinda strangers?i wont stay there anymore coz of the service.very unpleasant experiance."

Camille said, "We paid extra 350 Baht to add one bed with breakfast for one kid. The room is big enough for 2 adults & 2 kids. Our room is facing the swimming pool on first floor. The room is quite, clean & good buffet breakfast. We even have dinner in their restaurant with reasonable price & nice environment. Good value for money & we definitely will stay there again if we go to Patong beach."

Gary said, "Nice hotel, staff were not too friendly/helpful on arrival, but ok after that , even though i hardly had to use the front desk. Breakfast good every day they had different selection of foods as well as standard bacon/eggs -cereal-fruit etc.great quiet location ,only 5 mins to Bangla Rd, & same to beach if u go cut through hotel next door (Patong Resort). Pool was good , rooms cleaned every day & spacious rooms - separate toilet room from showers, 1st hotel i ve where u do get HOT water . will probaly stay again when i get back to Phuket"

Kristin said, "Place was nice, spacious room with attaching balcony. However the service was not something to shout about. Firstly, it took some phonecalls to get our room made up, and even so, a glum lady turned up and asked us to wait. Next, the staff were reluctant to lend us an umbrella in the rain, even though we tipped the same guy like 100baht the night before (and he smiled like a cheshire cat), for showing us the room. A great plus point of the place is this super charming thai man singing with a guitar in the restauarant most nights. Woohoo!"
