Corinna said, "being a 4 star hotel, i must say that the rooms are exceptionally clean. the location of the hotel is only 10 mins from the beach, in the midst of all the shopping ( there is a new shopping centre further down the road) eateries. entertainment and massages. staying here was really value for money. definately recommended."

Cliff said, "I highly recommend the Royal Paradise Hotel.Our 28 days staying there was the best.The view from paradise wing was paramount,the pool was fabulous,location is almost perfect(on the beach is better but for the price..no complain)Had no problems staying in a gay area...As a matter of fact the gay guys were as friendly as...The breakfast was ok,Only ate the buffet dinner once...that s enough..!!..I will return to the royal paradise if we can score the same deal...Totally enjoyable experience..!!"

rajesh said, "HAD A NICE STAY AT ROYAL PARADISE HOTEL LAST WEEK.IT WAS A NICE HOTEL WITH GOOD ROOM.SWIMMING POOL WAS ALSO GOOD SO WAS THE BREAKFAST.THE ONLY NEGITIVE THING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS THAT IT WAS A BIT FAR FROM THE BEACH ( THOUGH THERE WAS A TUK TUK FROM HOTEL WHICH PLIED EVERY HOUR BUT IT WAS NOT CONVINIENT )THE OTHER NEGITIVE POINT WAS ABOUT THE GYM .ONE OTHER MAJOR POINT IS THAT THE 3 LIFTS IN THE TOWER WING IS OUT OF MAINTAINANCE.THE MAINTAINANCE FOR THE LIFT WAS DUE IN DECEMBER 07.ITS AN ISO 9002 HOTEL - THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE ABOUT THESE THINGS"

Clint said, "Very nice hotel with great views, a fantastic swimming pool, about ten minutes walking to the beach through a very lively part of town. HOWEVER, I left my key in my room one day to keep the power turned on and had the do-not-disturb light on, and that evening when the maid opened the door for me, my key was gone and in it s place keeping the power on was a plain white card. The hotel swore that no one had entered my room all day, but could never explain how that white card (which only hotel staff can have) magically appeared in my room, and I had to pay 2000 baht for the missing key. I m sure most people have a good stay here, but I was so angry I ll never go back."

Morgan said, "Wonderful!!! I loved the Royal. Situated about 5 mins (through the Boy massage district) to Patong beach. The pool is huge with many different levels and the swim up bar with its chirpy staff are a great surprise at the end of a hot day shopping! Our room was beautiful in the new Royal Wing . Fantastic beds and even better views over the whole district. We had a little trouble on the first night as they gave my husband and me a twin room but we were gladly exchanged the next day without issue.The first hotel we said, "Room and pool were nice, but staff were miserable. Food in buffet restaurant was cold and manager was not interested when we complained. Breakfast was ok for 2 star hotel. Bacon was alternate days and then rationed to 2 small pieces. I would not stay here again."

Linda said, "Plus points about the hotel: great location, great view from high floor (we great foods from its Chinese restaurant.Minus points: room facilities are rather worn-out. The worst was the bathroom. It flooded each time we bathed! The dirty water from the bathtub actually seeped to the bathroom floor, flooding the whole bathroom with 1 cm high of dirty water! The dirty water would stay a few hours before it gradually flowed down the drain. We had to wear slippers while using the toilet or wash basin as such! The water stoppage plug in the bathtub was not working well too, and we had to bathe using cold water because the hot water tap was not working! But that was acceptable due to the very hot weather but imagine if it were Nov or Dec! As we unacceptable to any hotel guests. Given there are so many other hotels to choose from in Phuket, we will not return to this hotel again."

DAN said, "The only short point is the smell in the room, we always felt not so good even the housekeeper fired an candle later, but still can not solve the problem. Except that, all others are perfect. good room structure, furniture, good breakfast, nice people, not so far away from the beach."

Had said, "Booked for a superior room on the royal wing, all rooms may face the pool, but door which faces the road, has bars and night clubs that go on until 4:00 in the morning. This side of the hotel makes it not suitable for families, distance from the beach is a 5-10 min walk but ok. Hotel overall is good and so is service. If you book the royal wing enquire abount not being on the main roadside which is the front of the hotel, go for the back part."

Rob said, "Hotel was comfortable enough - 10 minutes away from the beach, close to the girlie bars (if that s your thing) and deep in the heart of the gay part of town (if that s your thing).Perfect location for good food - I did not try any hotel restaurants (not even brekkie) but some of the places looked a little pricey, compared with many of the great places to eat that are just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.All in all, a decent hotel - but expensive internet connection. 420 Baht per day! Crazy."

Goh said, "Hotel room is a little old for my standard but clean & quiet. For those who love swimming, shd consider the new wing nearby. Expect to pay more. Nov.is high season. Budget is in your itinerary, go during June-Oct. Checking-in was hassle-free. Staffs were cheerful. Tour Desk staffs were informative & speak good English. Shop around to get better rate though. There are plenty of tour agencies outside the hotel. Always double check the price. Money is everything to them. For diehard shoppers, Phuket Town is the preferred choice-smiling staffs but poor English. Again do ask around for airport transfer, expect to get better service & rate. Try Hasan (Royal Paradise Hotel Limo Service), offered us excellent service during our stay. Speaks excellent English.Phone: 081-677 8997. Hotel Breakfast is very basic..the same foods everyday. Note: Phuket is a holiday paradise for caucasian. We(M sian) find things are very expensive. Changmai s shopping is so much fun-shop till you drops."

Delux room is the most you should need, the more expensive wing of the hotel is right beside a very active red light area and tends to be quiet noisy into the early hours. Excellent staff. Mostly speak good english. A smell in air con the first time we switched it on but the fixed it immediately and was perfect from then on. Was very cool as air con goes in hotels which was very welcome in the heat. Good breakfast, everything you could want, it stops exactly at 10 so don t expect to get a late breakfast. 5 mins from main shopping area of pating and 10 mins from beach. shuttle to beach provided free by hotel. Pool area beautiful and staff are brill there. Would def stay there again."

Peter said, "A large clean comfortable hotel located in the centre of Patong, and just a short walk to the very happening Bangla Road. We really like the rooms. This wing is adjacent to the gay bar district, so expect a little noise at night. Seeing the Lady Boys is a hoot. We would definitely stay there again. Good friendly service and a very nice buffet breakfast. Indulge yourself and have a massage in the Hotel s luxurious Spa centre."

Good Hotel, rooms are ok, sometimes cigarete-smoke coming in from other rooms, shower easy set bathroom under water, buffet breakfeast very good, no Moskitos in 8th level, pool area very nice. I will come again."

Nice swimming pool also. Highly recommend!"

Andriyan said, "We are was residing in Deluxe room Royal Wing for 8 days, then have prolonged residing for 4 days. The hotel is the highest and known on Patong Beach, is located in its most center. We never had to explain to taxi drivers where it is. From hotel up to a beach of 10 minutes of walking.Near hotel there is a set of shops, bars, cafe, massage and the Internet of salons, hairdresser s, money exchanges, discos, the transvestite s show and another.In a courtyard of hotel the beautiful garden, fine swimming pool with a bar, free-of-charge sun desks and towels. There is a restaurant near the swimming pool.There are many services is given in the hotel, there are some restaurants, a banquet hall, cafe, Spa, a laundry, a table of the order of various excursions, taxi and another.Our room was on the ninth floor, was spacious, light and pure, though demanded some face lifting. In a room there was a greater convenient bed, the big case, a pier glass, phone, the TV with satellite channels, the high-speed Internet, the safe, a refrigerator with good minibar, a teapot, utensils. In a bathroom there was a full set of hygienic accessories. There is not a balcony in the room, but 2 walls were completely glass, was opened amazing kind on all Patong, sea and mountains from a room.Cleaning of a room was made daily, exchanges the bed-clothes and towels, replenished minibar. 2 bottles of drinking water, packets with tea, coffee and sugar were daily free of charge given.The breakfast was very good, the buffet had very good assortment of dishes. In the evenings there was a buffet with a various dishes and at restaurants various thematic suppers with alive music and performances were spent.Especially it would be desirable to note very benevolent, friendly and sympathetic staff. All employees were very affable and smiling. On all our questions we received exhaustive answers. All our requests were executed instantly. Service was simply excellent! It is possible to note the following lacks of hotel: it is a little noisy at night because of music from bars and discos, dirty windows, necessity of additional payment for using the safety box, high quotations to order a taxi.General impression from hotel - very good. We necessarily again shall stop in Royal Paradise Hotel."

Sarimawati said, "Nice hotel, not too far away from the happening place, yet not too close. Perfect location. Liked the swimming pool and spa. We got an upgrade to a suite from the royal wing room, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room s bathroom needed repairs though, one tap was not working. Other than that, no grouses about the room. Sexy bathroom - door is made of glass, no surprise as it s supposed to be for honeymooner. Except, the 3 of us are no honeymooners, ackward moment there, until we figured out that switching off the lights gave us some privacy.Very friendly staff except for one chap at the poolside and Coconut Restaurant. The first looked harried and snapped at my friend when she asked for the bill while the other at Coconut Restaurant who make the omellete have no expression or bother to answer you when greeted, but have time to talk to his colleague. Burned my omellete when he did this!Breakfasts are pretty basic, not much of choices, but we are not fussy, so no problem there. We do have grouses about the other hotel guests whose behavior are so abominable! Was shocked to see the Europeans guests cutting ques, finguring food they end up not taking and piling their plates with food as if they have been starved for days! But then again, this is not the hotel s fault ;-)"
