We recommend to anyone that you need to get a room with a balcony (Deluxe or Superior), don't go for the standard rooms they all have no windows or windows onto a walls. The location is absolutely perfect, right in patong beach and at least 4-5 restaurants serving great breakfasts, lunch or dinners only 5 seconds (!) walk from the hotel. We would definitely go there again. Also no lifts, but okay. No pool or anything, but you've got he beach only one minute away!"

GIAM said, "The location of this hotel is perfect. Is really 50 m away from the main beach of Patong but yet is in a peacful and quiet street. The room I with big and comfortable bed. The only set back is the window opens to a piece of wall directly so you have absolutely no view. For that price, it is certainly a good place to stay for a long period if you just want to be at the beach most of your time and not worried about having no view. The staff are friendly and helpful but they speak only very basic English just to get by."
