Kees said, "This was the most terrible place where I ever .1) When entering the room, 3 light bulbs were broken.2) The ventilation in the bathroom was not working.3)I am a hart patent and I do not use SUGAR at all but in the restaurant of Patong Cottage was no SWEETENER(substitude for sugar)4) The have a pick up and delivery service going to the beach on regular times(it is published)two(2) times I was on the pick up spot near the beach on the published time but NO PICK UP car showed up!!!5) One time I had to make an emergency call to my wife back home in Netherlands and I wanted to make it COLLECT!!!It took the reception girl one hour to look for the toll free number to my home country provider.At first she keep on telling me that a COLLECT CALL was not possible to make from the Patong Cottage!!!Finally after one hour it was possible??? My overhaul experiance of this place was TERRIBLE! I would never go there again. It was a total WAIST of my money. I forgot: standing in front of the reception and trying to ask some information in English to the reception lady, while asking something to her she start talking to somebody who just arrived in Thai, totally switching her attention to the Thai person why I was still talking to her.Once s again, this place was the most terrible place I ever .SAWADEE: I want all my money back cause my whole stay in Puket was terrible because of this PATONG COTTAGE!!!"

William said, "The hotel is located on the hill, which is slightly remote from the boulevard and activities on the beaches, but solved by free of charged scheduled transportation to the beaches. The view to the bay is excellent due it high location, but might be difficult for disabled persons to climb up all the stairs. We received excellent service and assistance from the staff at all levels and had a very good breakfast in the morning."

Varley said, "This was our second visit to Patong Cottage and as before our stay was most enjoyable, staff and service were first rate and all our needs were met, we shall RETURN!!!!!!!!!"

Mr. said, "Wir hatten einen Bungalow gebucht, um der in dortiger Bauweise üblichen Hellhörigkeit zu entgehen. Leider war es ein Doppelbungalow. In der ersten Woche war spät nachts Lärmbelästigung durch rücksichtslose Bungalow-Nachbarn.Die restlichen 2 Wochen waren sehr angenehme Nachbarn, die man kaum hörte.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut.Die Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich. Wir können die Anlage empfehlen. Angenehme Entfernung von dem Patong-Trubel der aber doch durch kostenlose Hotel-Shuttlebusse schnell zu erreichen ist."

Uttara said, "Excellent rooms, Great view of Patong beach was available. Good room service. In all a great place to stay. Even the uphill walk to hotel wasnt too bad at all..Good excercise:)Thanks! Had a very nice stay!!"

Lindsey said, "My sister and I the room was amazing, we had to walk up several stairs to get there (so not good for old legs!) but once at the top, the view was awesome! Nicely air conditioned room and we often had the pool to ourselves! The staff are really friendly and the onsite restaurant does a mean Club Sandwich! Enjoy your stay here as we did!"

Mike said, "its really out of my expectation. the rooms is like 5 star.but you must be ready to climb many steps to your room and a motorbike is a must for convenience to the beach or shopping.nice and quiet place. highly recommended !!"

Sabrina said, "Zimmer sauber und zweckmäÃYig eingerichtet. Hübscher kleiner Pool der schön angelegt ist mit genug Liegen.Das kleine Hotel liegt sehr weit oben auf dem Berg. Es erfordert doch etwas Kondition die ganzen Treppen in der Anlage zu gehen.Frühstück ist auch o.k. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis paÃYt ! Patong Beach ist aber nicht zu empfehlen. Lieber Roller mieten und die Gegend erkunden. Abends ost Patong mal ganz schön weil viel los ist."

Y. said, "Good and valued resort, clean and tidy, nice view, breakfast ok; but the reservation/front desk is disorder, I booked sea-view building through sawadee, then I reconfirmed the booking before departure 3 times by email, 1 time by fax, they still have no response. Also they arranged the room is not according to your booking (CONFIRMED). It also had someone (another guest) open my door during I was sleeping on the first day. Beside these, I were satisfy to stay there."

Mansur said, "Initially it gave an impression that the hotel is isolated, difficult to reach at the top of the hill, but later it worked very well! Rooms are clean, staffs are freindly and helpful. Hotel should keep some three pin adaptor to lend to customer to have your camera and mobile charged!"

Indraneel said, "Good Hotel. Away from the noice on the beach. Located over the hill with a very good view. However very steep climb to the Sea view rooms at the top level with about 120 stairs. Food was good. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. The hotel had a shuttle service to the beach which was very convenient. Otherwise tuk tuk to the hotel from the beach costs about 50 Bhat per person. Overall very nice experience."

Honghuang said, "It is great. The room is clean and silent, and the scene is good. The hotel service is also considerate. The only problem is a little far away from the beach, so you need to take taxi every time (about 100 bahts). The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to/from beach (every three hours)."

Robbin said, "Nice hotel, but didn t realize that the hotel seaview room were a 90 step stairway. Lovely view though. Staff was great,very nice pool. Buffet breakfast was only fair, but during the week we could order off menu so it was freash and hot. It is way off the beach but the beach in Patone was just too busy for us anyway. We were used to quieter areas but did enjoy our 5 day stay there."

Dominic said, "This place is a bit out of town and up a steep slope, which has some advantages (peaceful) and disadvantages (town access). For the price, the room was very good, clean and functional, which is all I could really ask. The breakfast was pretty poor; you get what you pay for....The New Years Eve gala dinner was a bit unnecessary for me. The crooner musac made me want to cut my wrists. Overall, fairly good value for money. Either hire a moped or use the moped taxis to town."

Anna said, "We had a pleasant stay here. The view was great. It s 10 minutes to Patong by Taxi and you will always need some kind of transportation to this Hotel. Dont rely on the hotel s shuttle bus, it was unavailable most times.It s on top of the hill so be ready for the uphill walk. I think the atmosphere was worth the walking. Its far enough from the city for some peace and quiet but close enough to the action. Bring bug repellent I got bit a few times."

Mardiana said, "Excellent Service and Friendly Staff, gorgeous pool. The rooms are reasonable with personal balcony, cable tv and very clean bathroom. The resort is on a hill about 10 mins away from the beach by shuttle, which is good if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach but bad if you want to visit the beach frequently. Walking to beach is about a half hour hike up some really steep slopes. The resort itself is on a hill which deter many a brave tuk tuk drivers. Be prepared to work you thighs...for the magnificent service and view."

CY said, "Nice and clean. But a lot of steps to climb everyday. Resort is also a bit far from the beach. Walking to it is near impossible. Front recept english is not perfect, so be prepared to speak slower and some inter-lingual miscommunication along the way. Overall quiet and and a nice place to stay if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle of Patong central."

Jane said, "Hidden treasure. Up on the hill with a beautiful view of Patong. Clean and new facilities with great rooms. Beautiful landscaping and well thought out landscaping. The only drawback for those who are unable to do stairs is that there are a lot of them."

Mr. said, "Lovely view (though it was quite a challenge to climb up those steps :), lots of privacy, yet close enough to all shops and Patong Beach. Laundry service (extremely professional) is just 2 doors away.Pleasant and forever smiling staff, extremely obliging when they made my Pomelo Juice with Manuka Honey :)Note: My digital camera did dissapear, so it d be advisable to keep all valuables with you."

DucatiJoe said, "The shower curtain was held together primarily by the strong family ties of the mold so long in residence. The location is horrible unless you are very comfortable on very steep inclines on a motorcycle. Very guest unfriendly: the night clerk belligerently demanded B 500 for an overnight guest, despite the fact I had guarantees to the contrary. And I couldn t get their barely edible American breakfast outside of their schedule. And they charged me 3% extra to charge extra days at the hotel, whereas the booking service did not. Nice view, but I d never stay there again."

andrew said, "the service is good. the room is clean and good. the view is good, looking to sea cause located at the hill. I rent the motorbike, the hotel people will help you so no need the deposit, because you cannot walk to the beach."

Ronny said, "Nice hotel build against the mountain with nice views. For people who are in shape, since there is no elevator.The rooms are complete and very clean.Friendly and helpfull staff."
