Transfer out can be arranged easily foc by hotel transport. However when coming back need to call hotel to confirm. Though hotel mentioned every 2 hrs they will transfer out and in.Tried to call one night from outside to pick but noone reply.No hot water on 2nd and 3rd night.And tap water was brownish. Hotel telephone went dead 2nd night. Very family -run. Check out in early morning by throwing keys at reception. No one was around.Value for money with breakfast included but limited services. Be prepared to arrange own transport (motorbike) or pay Tu- Tu Baht $250 per trip."

What a fantastic place to start a honeymoon with! Very sweet friendly staff. We liked the breeze coming through the open windows in the restaurant when we had our breakfast....we enjoyed every minute of it ! The view was breathtaking...Very clean and nice rooms better than many we have seen !We do recommend you go there sometime!!It will surprice you........"

Mr. stayed at Baan Nern Sai Resort on 2008-03-28 and said, "I love this hotel although the room is quite old and not well managed (especially the bathroom because the water pipe under the sink was leaking). The hotel is situated on the hillside and we booked the poolside rooms here. The hotel is small but the feel is warm & good, like a family and you are free to do a lot of things around the poolside, like swimming in the midnight, eating and drinking wine on the sunbed with our friends.... And the staffs are very friendly and helpful although their English are not very good, but OK (because we re not good too..). There are only a few of types of the breakfast and I think not enough for the western people, but the view in the restaurant is very good and I took a lot of photos here. The hotel is not very far from Patong beach but you should walk up to the hill. I think walking is not a good idea. I m very like to book this hotel again if the bathroom are renovated in future."

All staff are friendly and available, but try to stay in the background to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Free taxi to and from beach if required, but best to hire one of their scooters for maximum freedom. Enjoyed my stay very much! Thanks....."

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Patong beach hourly, but you have to call the hotel to fetch you back to the hotel 20 minutes beforehand, and you cannot be too late (before 11:20 PM). And the breakfast is just so so since you have to order and wait. However, it s really a very quiet place for rest."

This little resort type, small & cozy hotel was just perfect for me since I love to stay in absolutely peaceful and quite place. It is located up on the hill and you will see the true sound of tropical forrest inside the hotel. Birds and trees were singing just as orchestras do every night and day. If I have another chance to say at Phuket, I will choose this hotel again. Everyone has different tasts and I can recommand this hotel for people who love peacefulness, walking and relaxing with books. Walking back and forth between patong beach and the hotel need some energy and time though (down to the beach takes 10 min. up to the hotel 15~20min on foot). If you love to walk, it is another joy to do that. Otherwise you need to use their shuttle which responds upon your calls only."

Chua stayed at Baan Nern Sai Resort on 2007-06-28 and said, "When 1st reach at Phuket Airport, the taxi won t bring u there cos its way fm the main town, so need to climb up the 500m route hill to reach the resort. The place is peaceful and gd for relax and a little away from town. Breakfats is average and almost the same for the stay.Need transport to n fro to the town as it provided by the resort FOC n interval of 1hr. Sometimes u need to call them to fetch fm town as they might not come down often. I book the room facing hill n is gd enough for 3 ppl to squeeze inside. Rm service is gd n have safe inside the rm. Later i extend one more days n pay at a cheaper price than sawadee.They don t serve dinner so we alway hacve to eat out. Anyway after dinner is going to the town to enjoy, so it ok w it.The ppl there are friendly n speak gd english, so can communictae well.Overall the location n ppl there are fine. Only a bit far fm town but u get to enjoy the peacefullness of it."

My girlfriend move in to me after i stay about 4 days, and hotel charge me very little, staff very helpfull and made very nice ricesoup for my girlfriend in the morning.I had some questions about thailaw for merry and maan, also that the helpfull lady in reception was able to help me with.The hotel was a bit away from patong beace, but hotel had a very good transport service, the driver (Ding) always ready to transport.Not many people during my stay, but anyway everything worked perfect.Thank you to everybody from cleaningladies to manager Luke/partner.Next year maybe me and my girlfrind/wife come to this nice hotel for enjoy our honeymoon."

The resort is very clean, quiet and very relaxing. The staffs are very helpful, friendly & hospitable, especially Ms Sao, the resort s receptionist. The rooms are air condition and clean including the toilets with hot/cold water, a mini fridge and cable TV. They also have a small but gracious swimming pool cum mini bar. As the resort does not have many guest all at one time, the restaurant only serves breakfast. Should you want other snacks, they will make the arrangement of ordering it for you through their local delivery.(thats one of the room services which they provide). The resort also provides transport to and fro should you want to go to the beach, shopping or dinner along Patong Beach. On my second night stay, I was surprised by the staffs with a cake & song as it was my Birthday. I was really touched by their gesture cos no arrangement was made by my friends for it..This resort would be ideal for honey-mooners, families and for those who likes peace & tranquility. Its a beautiful place to stay for a reasonable price.I highly recommend this resort to all travellers. It would be a vacation to remember!"

They also provided a free shuttle service to and back from central Patong, this was very good because the Hotel is quite a bit up the hill just south of Patong centre.We did not get our reserved pool view bungalow the first night, but a smaller room and was only compensated with the exact pricedifference, but this often happens in when travelling in Thailand in popular places. But for us it was a very good starting place for our trip."

Angela stayed at Baan Nern Sai Resort on 2004-11-17 and said, "This pretty, cozy,secluded small low-rise resort are quite similar than pictures shows on internet, except you can t really view the Patong beach.It out of main road,but very suitable for lovers and ppl enjoy nature feels, and those juz need simple,basic hotel service. I also found it nice to throw a small wedding reception (if you are in budget, not into grand 5 star facilities and service!!)when you can reserve all rooms for your gst to have own party day and nite at less formal hotels can offer. Since rooms from the pool side all locate on ground floor juz couple steps up, have abit of bachelor appt scene of Manhatton.The site are locate up on hill, it is neccessary to use their shuttle service, forturnately it coms free.Rooms are resonable size and clean, have bathtub. We particular choose the one face to pool so we have bigger front door area can smoke n chat, plus balcony face to hill.The safety box are definately NO ...cos it those chunkky one from 60 s and need to use their particular key to turn left and right...god knows how many times stil can t open!! More like a locker style from High School.They have group of lady stuff serving on day time, very kind and friendly.But their Thai driver the short guy are very rude!! Since the shuttle service r very flexible(cos we r the only group go out,they ready anytime, make us few alot relax!!), one nite we ask the driver to pick us up from PB area, he show up couple minute earlier than we arr v...the driver give us long face and looks annoying to COMPLAINT we are so late, better hurry up, cos he been waiting for long....We did tip him the first couple round shuttle service.....stil I dun approve his attutide in this. This is not the first time he took this job, and often any stars hotel shuttle service are quite considerate by juz waiting for their guest at resonable time-slot. Perhaps he need proper hospitality trainning to learn his DUTY again!!Bob the co-owner works at nite shift are friendly and helpful. Still better write down things you wan to ask than juz tell him if ever over the phone!!This resort are more casual and relax ambiance(I would say like YMCA /student hostel style) compare to my other experience. So no need to get up early for your BF---cos they start at 8am instaed, that a true holiday BF mood!! We found it interesting.Overall I enjoy my stay (except that driver!!), and would Lovvve to stay again. Certainly would recommand to my other friends whoes not into fuzzy, Grand,5 star resort!!"
