OLIVER said, "Very recommend this resort. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. We had a better-class room in 3rd level with a perfect view to outside and a very nice bathroom. Very clean and fast room service. Right now they are fixing the inside pool and the desks and chairs for main season. The only poor thing was the beach which was not cleaned any time but swimming wasn´t allowed this time."

Kim said, "Me and my ddaughter Mathilde had a wonderful time at Phuket Island View.Its one of the best hotels ive bars. Its ideal for children, and the pool area is great. The rooms are spacious, and very clean. The staff at the reception are very friendly and serviceminded.I cant believe that I could get a hotel so cheap. Anywhere in the world you d xpect to pay 4-5 times the price.Me and my daughter have allready descided to go back to Phuket, and we will stay at Phuket Island View."

eleanor said, "We were very impressed by Phuket Island View from the moment we arrived. Instantly upgraded because the Standard rooms are being reburbished, we were given a lovely bungalow set in a garden next to one of the three pools, at no extra cost. Indeed the cost of our stay was incredible. The food was excellent, we had huge choices for breakfast & we had some lunches & dinners at the hotel too. The staff were lovely, couldn t do enough for you.Special mentions for the waiting staff, some of them didn t have great english but they more than made up for that with their friendliness & enthusiasm. As it was a quiet time of year just beginning the Monsoon season the hotel was not busy with guests so that meant we had a lot of staff to cater for us.Definetly recommend the Beauty Spa, lovely manicures. We would definetly return to this hotel again. Can recommend the Tourist Information Centre in Karon. Mrs Jiraporn Tanrut really helped us out with tours & taxis without ripping us off. Also a fab restaurant, On The Rocks was superb, we ate like kings with champagne & fantastic for under £30 for the two of us.We had a really fantastic holiday in Karon & can t recommend Phuket Island View highly enough."

Martin said, "The hotel from outside is not so interesting and since we have been in Karon Beach many times I was intriged to see what will be offered.Suprise! The hotels pool area (all three of them) are beautifully located with great green areas! The pools were very clean and even if low season started well maintained every morning! The breakfast was impressive. All you can imagine, very good variation with some change every day. As it should be for a hotel like this. The food was very fresh. The omelettes served and made on the fly were very good. You often saw the chef comming out to check if everything was fresh or had to be replaced. Well done. Impressive service.Most people will not be dissapointed - the just shouldn t be.Staff was great. Pleasent, friendly and we really felt welcome.Location is great. Couldn t be better I think. Although I think that the bungalows can probably have some problems with music in the evenings from the area around the hotels north side.Room (standard) is simple, but enough for the price and hotel. Only thing that could be improved in the future is that the WiFi offered around reception area could maybe be extended to the rooms.We will not hesistate to book this hotel next visit in Karon Beach!! Recommended."

Diane said, "very nice hotel right opposite the beach. excellent buffet style breakfast. great value spec at low season rates which kick in earlier than most other hotels in the area. Quiet part of Phuket which I liked because Patong was crazy! great shopping but will be returning to Koh Samui which I preferred as a hoilday destination."

Vesa said, "Location is very good - just nearby the beach, which we visited almost every day. Last day we visited one of the three pools - nothing negative about that either.Cleaning of room was excellent every day with new towels. And a towel for sunbathe also.Beds were very good with a bit hard mattress - I liked that. Breakfast was ok. Nice garden. The only negative thing was poor pressure in shower. I m not sure if it was specific for this hotel or if it is a common feature for the area - this was our first time in Phuket. Laundry service was a bit expensive, so check prices before using that service.I would definitely come back to this hotel."

Kirsten said, "This is a wonderful hotel with the most helpful, nice and smiling staff. It is close to the beach, close to Kata and have 3 beautiful pools (always clean). They also have a very competent and unforgettable massage-staff.I higly recommend this hotel and I will surely stay ind this hotel again."

Mr said, "The hotel is very good and offers the use of 3 pools. The accommodation was excellent also the location by the beach. However we were disappointed with Phuket which now seems to be very commercialised and under attack from money grabbing developers. Too many high-powered speed-boats and jet-skis which is not what we go to a Thai destination for. Where are the long-tail boats so typical of Thailand beaches? We shall return to Thailand but not to Phuket."

Mr. said, "The bungalow was fantastic and close to the pool.The hotel is nice placed, with the beach right across the street.Breakfast was very good, but I missed some cheese on the bread.Kindly staff vas there always.Just a few meters to Kata.Minus to the desk nearby the reception for ordering Taxi.We 3 minutes from missing the airplane home. Thanks to the staff here also.hholm"

David said, "good hotel...kind of expensive but then again all of phuket seems to be pricey compared to other places in Thailand. Not much for entertainment at night in Karon and it is approx. 300 baht to go to patong. The snokelling is pretty good on the left hand side of the bay close to the hotel. This is a good hotel for a family/couple vacation."

Susanne said, "A very nice and clean hotel close to the wonderful beach, we had a great sieview room. More to wish about the TV channels though, cartoon was the best one. A bit to walk to Karon centre, we rented a motorbike, Wow!"

David said, "This is a fantastic hotel (3 star) with great staff and full breakfast selection. We liked it so much we went back for 3 more nights. Right across from the wonderful beach in the South part of Karon. Would definately return."
