Motor Bikes are easy to get to at the front.My suggestions are. when booking ensure you ask for a room with a window and on a low floor the steps to level 4 and 5 are small and hard work esp when you carry your own bags.beds goodbreafast dont expect breafast until 9am short staff watch out for evening staff they say you can bring girl with ID only but evening staff wanted 300 inconsistant in many ways.good value for money but the front desk could be more friendly I think she was having a bad week"

All has been perfect. Room was very cleaned,air conditioned,bathrom perfectly fixed. Breakfast service quick,huge and very good.Neighborhood quiet and just at the door next to the house you can find a very cheap and delicious thai food restaurant. So in a scale from 1 to 10 i m going to give it 8. i will be back there again for sure."

Newly renovated, spacious and clean room -- ele. room card, fridge, air-con, hot shower..basically it s a lot much more than a guesthouse.Convenient but quiet location - 5 mins to carrefour n the biggest patong beach shopping center, 8 mins to the beach. Also the Italian boss and his lovely Thai wife are very nice and helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended."
