Edward stayed at Burasari Resort on 2008-06-24 and said, "We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last 2 years and have had thoroughly enjoyed every stay. The rooms are fantastic (we stayed in a premier and grand premier i believe). The beds are huge, pools lovely and reception, bell boys and other staff extremely friendly and treat you like a close friend rather than a guest. We love this hotel and the location in Patong is fantastic. It is literally a minute walk from the beach."

Jillian stayed at Burasari Resort on 2008-06-02 and said, "We were very impressed with the Burasari right from the welcoming cool drink on arrival. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn t do enough for us. We had a pool access room which had a few mosquitoes outside but otherwise the room was great with an enormous king size bed. The food was great and the resort was close to everything we needed. Would certainly stay there again if we went back."

Evelyn stayed at Burasari Resort on 2008-05-14 and said, "A beautifull resort we had an elite pool accsess room i was a little dissapointed when i walked in to the room just looked different to the web site so i let my feelings be known and they were going to upgrade us to a mood collection room which we declined we really wanted the pool room.After being out for the afternoon we arrived back to a big fruit platter in our room that was nice of them i have no negative feelings of this hotel would return and the people are very friendly.It is also in a great position. Would return."

Shereen stayed at Burasari Resort on 2008-02-25 and said, "We have just arrived home from our honeymoon in Thailand. Overall we had an awesome time. We stayed at the Burasari 1 night. I must say they made the most effort in terms of celebrating our honeymoon. They upgraded us from a pool access room to a grand premier pool access room which meant the room was bigger and we had a huge comfy king size bed. Later that night they brought us in a cake and provided us with complimentary cocktails. The resort and the room was beautiful. It was in a side street linking the road to the beach and the main shopping strip in Patong. Because we were only there a short time it was great to be able to access everything at our fingertips.We had to check out at 12noon but our boat wasn t until 2;30. They helped us arrange transport and held out luggage until we left (at no extra charge). The staff were lovely.Would definitely stay again."

Lasse stayed at Burasari Resort on 2007-12-28 and said, "We choose this hotel becaurse everything in Phuket was fully booked. The rooms we got Elite rooms on 3:rd floor, ´was very nice, and the service people on the floor where also very serviceminded. BUT the recetion was always busy, and we felt like we disturbed them when we came with our silly custions. Distance to sea was short, but the way to the beach was enoying, massage masdamme , on many places , and when on the beach, was the water so dirty that we did not did ourself. We made a trip to Kata and Karon Beach and there the water was christal clear.It was OK to stay on Burasari, if you want to be where all the happening and noice is, you will not get any view, only a wall, If you want a Graden hotel with lawns and pools, choose something else. nice breakfast, but no good in mixing drinks in the bar.My next trip i will stay at kata Beach Resort."

My sons are staying in the Grand Premier Room. I cannot fault the the Pool Access Room. It was fantastic, so great to be able to just walk into the pool from your room. The Grand Premier Room was a bit ordinary by comparison. The service at the Hotel was superb. Everything was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was friendly all the time. I would stay there again, but only in a pool access room"

Robyn stayed at Burasari Resort on 2007-11-05 and said, "We stayed at the Burasari for 14 nights. It was a great hotel and we would reccommend it to anyone. At the end of our stay the staff asked what time our flight was, and as it was very late the staff said they would keep our luggage in storage for us and when we came back to colledct it, if we would like to freshen up and have a shower before our flight, they would supply a room and towels. Now that s fantastic service. At all times the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Grand Premier Room, which the veranda opened up onto the street below making it noisier, and did not have any seating out there,while our parents stayed in the Pool Access Room. There was no comparison. Spend the extra and get the Pool Access if you can. It is in the quiter end of Patong so not as much hustle and bustle, but still have everything there for you, and very close to the beach."

Walter stayed at Burasari Resort on 2007-09-14 and said, "Beautiful! This is smack in the middle of the beach area. It was raining much of the time we were there, but our room was so amazing that we could have spent the entire time in our room. It was very modern, clean, and well-decorated. We had a very large patio with our own jacuzzi. You have to get the jacuzzi suite, but definitely book through Sawadee.com for the best deal. The breakfast buffet (included) is large and yummy including American and Thai specialties (omlettes, noodles, fresh fruit, juices, pastries...). The grounds of this hotel were very pretty as well. Go there just to see the pool! It seems to surround the entire interior of the hotel."

Mark stayed at Burasari Resort on 2007-06-07 and said, "First of all I have to tell everyone that reads the reviews that this Hotel is OUTSTANDING. We had a Premier Pool Acess, Lagoon Wing, non-smoking room that was ready for us when we arrived. The rooms are gorgeous, modern, clean and the huge King Size bed was amazing. Walking out our room and directly into one of the two beautiful swimming pools was just worth every single penny. The breakfast buffet was so huge and had such a big selection that we made that our main meal of the day. The mini bar is complimentary with a couple snacks, 2 beers, 2 sodas and an orange drink that is re-filled every day. 2 bottles of water and coffee, tea, cream and sugar are available in your room. Free Internet access should you chose to bring your laptop with you, a safe in the room for locking up your valuables. The staff was wonderful, friendly, every single person that worked there greeted us daily. The manager was wonderful and glady spoke with us while we complimented the hotel, the food, the service. It was all just an amazing part of an outstanding vacation. Our favorite girl on the breakfast staff, Aom, was hard to say good-bye to. She was just a ray of sunshine and greeted us every morning at breakfast with a huge smile and made us feel right at home. Thanks to all of you at Burasari Resort for making our stay in Patong Beach one that we will NEVER forget. If we ever return to Phuket, we will definitely stay in the exact same place with a pool access room. Sawadi!!! 5 stars to you all!!!!"

Bake stayed at Burasari Resort on 2007-04-30 and said, "This is a great resort and very reasonably priced. Not too big to be able to maintain that friendly, laid-back atmosphere and well located on the fringe of Patong Beach central to be within easy reach of shopping, restaurants and bars, while still being a quiet haven to return to when you need to chill out. This place would have suffered significantly during the Tsunami, being less than 100 metres from Patong Beach, but you wouldn’t know it. We originally tried to book 2 Pool Access rooms in the new wing, but were only able to secure one. We settled for a Pool Access room in the old wing, while our travelling companions took the new wing, which made for an interesting comparison. We were quite happy with our room, which was comfortable and clean, albeit a little small and lacking a covered patio area (vines just done cut it in the rain). All rooms get a complimentary mini-bar, which while very basic, is a rare touch. Our only complaint was with the room makeup service in the old wing, which happened quite late in the day on many occasions and item refills were regularly missed (nothing a word to reception wouldn’t fix). The service in the new wing however was very good. The restaurant here has a very good al a carte menu. All in all, a great resort and one we would certainly stay at again; in the new wing that is!Thanks to all the staff,Bake & Linda, Sydney Australia"

Duc stayed at Burasari Resort on 2005-07-18 and said, "The booking service at Burasari Hotel is very bad.It s the 9th time that we visit Thailand and it s the first time that we see this kind of problem.After 12 hours in the plane we arrive at Burasari and surprise the staff desk says us that our junior suite is busy today and now they must tranfer us in another hotel.I reply that we have booked for May,2 months before our arrival and on the coupon ,the junior room is available .They reply us that all the rooms are busy and our room is available only tomorrow.This is very unpleasant after a 12 hours travel.The pool is very small,we can access to the pool only by one side.The next year we will return to Holiday Inn Resort (just in front of Burasari Hotel),the complex and the service are better?"
