Benyada Lodge Hotels

Lynette stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2008-03-31 and said, "Nice, clean hotel with reasonably friendly staff and big breakfasts. Right near the bus stop, so location is good too. The swimming pool on the roof is very small - just for dipping your feet in - but the hotel is right near the beach, so it s not really an issue. We stayed in a quiet period (mid April) and the hotel and area in general were very quiet, so perhaps not such a good spot if you re looking for nightlife. I d stay here again."

Excellent value for money - very clean plus very helpful staff and great breakfastDo be aware though when booking that the Banyada @sea rooms are all 2nd floor, directly over road & restaurant - we discovered this when we arrived and upgraded to a 4th floor suite which was gorgeous & very quietWould definitely stay there again"

Linda stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2008-03-19 and said, "The hotel is ok, you get what you see on the pictures. We had booked a studio room and the view from that room is bad. Overlooking some old buildings and next to it another hotel. Problems with the shower though, it was water all over the bathroom when taking a shower. Near to the beach. One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was for the location and that they had a nice roof bar where we could sit in the evenings we thought. They never informed us about that the roof bar was closed."

Nadja stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2008-03-12 and said, "Very good hotel, located close to beach. Modern style and a great staff, specially in the restaurang. Some things anyway; a lots of water in the bathroom when you take shower, and the balcony isn´t much to say about - very, very small with a big aircon on the floor, you can hardly stay two perons there!"

Excellent staff and location a short walk from Surin Beach which can be seen from some of the room. Free internet for the guests. Also a good restaurant on the hotel and some other just a short walk in the neighbour. A short distance to Patong, Bang Tao and KamalaRecomend this hotell and will stay here when i m coming back to Surin Beach"

German stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2008-02-26 and said, "i liked this hotel! we booked 2 rooms (Studio and SeaView),the rooms were ok-clean and new.. very fiendly staff!!! good restaurant..about 100 meters walk to the sea... we d booked 2 nighs but desided to stay 3 nights more (5 total)!!"

Cheryl stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2008-02-04 and said, "Although i am not fussed on the suberb of surin, Benyada Lodge was great. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful, their breakfast and restaurant food was very nice and the whole place is kept very clean and tidy. The pool is deceiving as it is only about two feet deep, but apart from that, it was a very pleasant stay. I would stay again if i visited Surin. Their two male singers add a sense of fun and a great source of entertainment."

The hotel is just a short walk from a fabulous beach and there are lots of small local restaurants nearby. Also next to 4 and 5 star hotels. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean. After 3 nights the shower begins to annoy as it splashes into the bathroom area - which is also very dark"

Great value for its cost. the service is great. the staff is very nice. One even got a cell phone for me to call a company i hired for touring Ao Po. Best value for your money."

Very good for adults and they who don´t need a swimmingpool. The rooms, restaurant and the roofbar is designed and modern. You got a nice hotel for not to much money! We celebrated New Year at the rooofbar and it was magnific to look at the fireworks around."

G.Wijetunge stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2007-12-29 and said, "A small boutique hotel that is modern and well equipped. The rooms are stylishly outfitted. The reception is helpful. One problem was the shower which often lead to flooded bathroom floors, but this is a minor flaw. One major plus was the quality of the hotel s restaurant. The staff were friendly and the food better than nearby Silk. The roof bar was a perfect place to pass an enjoyable NYE. Highly recommended for those seeking a quieter Phuket stay."

Sree stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2007-12-27 and said, "My experience at Benyada was excellent. I loved the atmosphere in the hotel and we stayed at the studio room with our 2 year old. I was expecting the room to be small but it was spacious and the concept was nice and cheery. I loved the window that looks into the toilet; unique feature. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has no lifts and we were on the third floor. They helped us with our really heavy bags into the rooms. You may want to get a lower floor should you have elderly or kids with you. The beach is really close to the hotel (5min).. we stayed in Patong for 2 nights before we came here and we definitely will come back as we felt that Surin had a better beach (big waves though!) and we loved the hotel."

Very stylish and fine rooms, excellent food in the restuarant, perfect location in Surin. I enjoyed my stay here so much so i decided to come back later during my vacation and then also i got the best service i ever had in Thailand. I realy cant find anything to complain on in this hotell. I thank the staff and owners for making my stays so enjoyable. I´ll come back, belive me."

Zinnbauer stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2007-11-20 and said, "Very nice Hotel. Perfect service, clean and sweat rooms! We stayed only for one night, but the next time we would stay longer. It´s about 3 minutes to the beach."

Soon stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2007-07-06 and said, "Let me first say that the staff were very friendly and nice. However, the hotel was not as it appeared on the Internet. There is no elevator (lift), the beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on and the restaurant was poor at best. If you make the hike up to the roof, you will see that the pool is empty and the bar is closed. I realize it is off season, but what about the customers that come in the off season. The room was very noisy too. I paid for the Benyada at Sea room. There was barely any sea visible from the second floor room and the only water you can see is the pond in front of the hotel. Very disappointed in this place. The public beach at Surin is littered with trash."

Paul stayed at Benyada Lodge on 2007-03-22 and said, "Our 4 day stay at this hotel was first class from the minute we arrived and booked in at reception. We booked the Studio room and found it to be excellent value for money. Extremely clean, contemporary and well appointed room for only 1950 BT per night including breakfast. Very helpful, attentive staff who were only to hapy to assist you. It was only short walk to the fantastic Surin beach which had some of the best value beach side restaurants we sampled during our holiday. Highly recommended and thank you for a great stay."
