MARCHAL stayed at Andaman Beach Suites on 2008-06-26 and said, "For the moment there are construction works inside the hotel and also near by, so the hotel is quite noisy. But after we insisted we were able to change room and it was a little calmer.Patong is a busy area, so tourists are often late night birds. Watch out not to have a room with a communicating door, as your neighbours might do a lot of noise at night. The hotel is otherwise clean and the service is correct."

T stayed at Andaman Beach Suites on 2007-04-06 and said, "My Hubby & I stayed at the Andaman Beach Suites Hotel in a Mini suite deluxe room for 5 nights over Easter 2007. Our room had a great view from balcony, (Room 1109), but unfortunately our A/C compressor was also on the balcony and the fan faced us when sitting here, blowing hot air on us. Not what you need when it was very hot outside already. There was a connecting door between our room and 1110, and when our neighbors smoked in their room, the smoke came straight through the door. We had requested a non smoking room, so this seemed a bit odd. On top of this, the connecting room didn t have a balcony and we had their A/C compressor on our balcony as well as our own, so even if we turned our A/C off, we got blasted by hot air when our neighbors had theirs on.The bathroom was spacious, but the shower leaked water all over the floor if you were in there for more than about a minute. The pool was nice to swim in, but had minimal shade and not really encouraging to spend a day sitting there relaxing with a good book. Very few sun lounges, as well.Food: Only ate breakfast here (around 9-10.00am) every day - still enough food to choose from.On a plus note, we did have Wifi (bought internet card) here which we couldn t get at other places we stayed. Overall, nice average hotel for those watching the pennies, but now we have seen the area we would choose an alternative (there are plenty) and of course, you pay for it."

Outside the hotel down the street were a variety of thai/seafood restaurants including western style restaurants a few blocks out. I would stay here again."

david stayed at Andaman Beach Suites on 2007-02-18 and said, "We had a great stay at the andaman beach (feb 07), the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and the rest of the action so you did not need to take a taxi or tuk tuk anywhere. we had a deluxe suite overlooking pool. the room was good size, everything was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. would i stay here again most definitely. i read some other review and i think some of the people tend to be a bit too picky so dont get alarmed when you read the other reviews"

Seems like it has not been used for a long time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall stay is pleasant and will book back the same hotel if returning back to phuket."

Mr.Alan stayed at Andaman Beach Suites on 2006-02-17 and said, "room was ok nothing special be careful in shower if someone next door decides to have one get ready to be burnt.hotel adds tax and service charge to everything so be careful if your getting laundry or room service. This was a strange hotel there was staff everywhere three to open the door for you put sometimes didn t which is fine i can open a door myself. this hotel is huge 22 stories high but ever morning it was just me and my friend having breakfast with about ten staff looking at us. anyway the pool was nice and peaceful no other guests to disturb you. the beach is about 7-8 minute walk away 10 minute walk to the nightlife tuk tuk outside only costs 1 euro. i could only recommend this hotel if you want to be alone at breakfast dinner by the pool in reception while there is on average 10 people staring at you looking for a tip.PS. the cleaning lady was nice"

Phil stayed at Andaman Beach Suites on 2005-04-04 and said, "The hotel accomidations were as to be expected and the staff appeared to be friendly my major dissatisfaction was in not receiving a wake up call as requested upon checkin which prevented the opportunity to try the complementry breakfest and especialy annoying the luxury of a shower before flying out that morning, since I was traveling thru from Krabi and needed to be on a flight at 9:30 their instructions as being only 20 minutes to the airport was rather annoying as well since the trip actually takes well over 45 minutesadd to that the attempt to raise the cost of the room by some 1500 baut and I was not happy - though outside of those considerations I can at least say that the hotel appeared to be nice enough - though I doubt I would stay their again - trouble like that is always a bad sign"

Sarbjit stayed at Andaman Beach Suites on 2004-12-13 and said, "Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Spacious living/dining room cum kitchen and the 2 bedrooms had attached toilets. Clean and comfortable and all equipment & fixtures were in excellant condition. Swimming pool was excellant but the gym was not good. There is a good gym walking distance from the hotel. Patong Beach is not for those with kids; especially if you are from Asia. Better off at accommodations in Kata or Karon Beach."
