Milagritos said, "Nice hotel, the room was big and confortable. But the receptionist was very unhelpfull and not nice at all."

Mickael said, "We knew when we booked that it wasn t going to be a 5-star hotel, but we were positively surprised. The hotel is clean, well kept and the breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and service-minded. The air-conditioner on our original room made a lot of noise, so we decided to ask for a new room. It didn t take them more than 10 minutes to get us another room and move our bags. We even got a better room that time, with pool-view and balcony. That s a tip - ask for pool-side of the hotel. The hotel doesn t offer much of a view, but it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach once you find the shortcut. The air-condition was VERY good, more than enough to FREEZE the room - and it is not controlled by the key so you can leave it on all day. Due to circumstances we changed hotels after just half the planned stay, but we still think that we can recommend this hotel. Considering it is so cheap, you get your money s worth and then some."

Sandra said, "For a group of younger adults (20 s) this hotel was great. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We the room was HUGE. No problems, my friend found the shower a bit small but I had no problems with it. Nice breakfast, not a lot of choice but for the price it was great :) No problems at all with this hotel or the staff."

evelyn said, "the above hotel was a good find we enjoyed our buffet breakfast, and location location was unreal. The staff were friendly and obliging. The room we booked was superior, and when they showed us our room, i asked for another, they checked and relocated us without a problem, handy to all markets, beach and night life. We shall book again with sawadee and stay at the lodge if available thank you very much."

Evan said, "Poor rooms and 414 without balcony and only a small window. like a prison. was charged 500 Bath each night for visitor in the room. Had booked for 1 week but changed hotel after 2 days.Manager not to be reached in weekend.My friend had to go in reseption and pay more deposit at night cause it was missing 32 Bath. Been travel around and live in Thailand for many years but this is firsth time i change hotel.Will NEVER stay there again"

John said, "What a find ! Best value for money accom.that I have we had excellent room on 5th floor( be sure to ask for room with a balcony). 5 min walk to beach. Great restaurants close by, be sure to visit sumittra best thai food on the planet andmake sure you visit bar opposite entrance to Lodge..its part of the beauty salon..great people to get to know..say hi to Charlee for me!"

Mr. said, "We overall the stay was very good. Originally we were given a room next to the elevator which was very noizy but once i asked them to change rooms we were given a better room. the hotel is located next to a lake which has alot of junk floating in it. Sometimes this just smells a bit when your enjoying the swimming pool. The pool itself is not as large at it seems when compared to the photos on the internet. It is also made of very sharp/tiny stones which if not carefull can cut you as it happened to us. Overall the hotel is good value for money. If your planning to spend most of your time/days on tours and visiting the island then i would reccomend this hotel. But if your planning on spending alot of time at the hotel i personally would go for something a bit better."

Easy said, "Hotel is a bit far from the very heart of Patong Beach (10 min walk). Nice room. Good breakfast. Staff is ok. Swimming pool is just average. Better to search for another hotel."

Mr.David said, "Standard quality but unbelievable value for the money.Medium size with warm,friendly staff. 10 min walk to Bangla Road and the rest of the Phuket tourist scene. Go to the north end of the beach for peace and quiet away from the touts and sarong vendors. Good cheap food everywhere from numerous eateries with a limitless choice of watering holes. Check out The Off Side Bar in Soi Gonzo and enjoy a drink with Matteo from Bologna and talk football. RING THE BELL!!!"

Clifford said, "Once you know where its located, getting around can be a breeze. Requires 5-10 mins walk to get to the beach & shops. Really good looking room thats spacious &well furnish. (You get your own new and branded electronic airpot and thats hot!) A real value for money stay. Can’t say the same for their buffet spread for breakfast though....."
