Alec stayed at Tropicana Hotel on 2008-04-18 and said, "The Hotel was very good and the staff helpfull but the hotel charged ecessivly to retain the room till 9.00pm as we had a late flight back to UK. They charged us £51.00 we only paid £27.00 per night booked through Sawadee.com"

Short walk to the beach and perfect location if you like to go to walking street and shopping at Big C. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. Unfortunately our room smelled of sewers every time we went in.The staff obviously knew of the problem & sprayed the room with air freshener but the the smell was always quickly back. Hot water only turned was only on in the evenings so it was a cold shave every day. Breakfast average certain normal items are not on the buffet & need to be specially requested.There are many choices in Pattaya & unfortunately I would not recommend the Tropicana"

Hotel is quite old, 2 floors, no lift! swiming pool is nice and clean. the hotel area is quite large in require walking quite a lot depands on where your room is situated. The hotel is near a construction zone, and quite noise during the day"
