Staff are very nice; rooms are spacious and clean; the location is very quiet and 4 blocks from the main road. However, there were no little extras like brochures and travel information about Pattaya, no price list for laundry, and the restaurant offered a limited menu. Breakfast was good. This would be a good hotel for families and couples who want a quiet vacation. We wanted something more upscale and closer to the main road so changed hotels after 3 nights."
