Simon stayed at A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel on 2007-11-18 and said, "From the start I was given a small room to the rear of the hotel although I booked and payed for a Ocian veiw room.I booked the room for two people should my wife return from her family up North I was then told it would be 1000baht extra per night for my wife. I was charged 500baht to use the internet for 30mins and another200baht for a printed page Ie voucher for my next hotel stay in Bangkok.I gave my breakfast voucher to a member of staff but after I had sat down to eat it I was told I had to pay extra because I had more coffee. On the last day of my stay I was imformed that my taxi to the bus station in pattaya would cost 3.200 baht from the hotel.This hotel has only one service that it does well and that is to OVER CHARGE."
