Matt stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2008-04-25 and said, "The Rabbit Resort is a fantastic resort an oasis of tranquillity in the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. 10 minutes drive from down town Pattaya and a short walk to the busier part of Jomtien Beach the Rabbit Resort is fun, friendly and relaxing. Being so close to the sea but also away from the main roads is excellent particularly if you have kids. The Rabbit has a foothold on the beach in front of the resort restaurant and if you chose you can enjoy the surf and get served excellent cocktails , snacks etc... from the Rabbits kitchen. There are two beautiful pools, one peaceful and relaxing shaded by the trees in the beautifully kept garden, the other has more space around it and and is generally used by family’s and children. The staff are attentive, friendly and provide not only the traditional Thai generous welcome but also a level of service that you would find hard to beat even in the most exclusive of hotels. The restaurant is fab and worth a visit on its own even if your not staying with Mr and Mrs Rabbit it is certainly worth a visit.Mr & Mrs Rabbit put a lot back into the local community so by staying with them you will not only enjoying a luxurious and relaxing holiday you will also be helping to develop Pattaya itself. Whether its a long weekend or a glorious months holiday Mr & Mrs Rabbit will not let you down.We will certainly be back to visit Mr and Mrs Rabbit in the future."
Shishkova stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2008-04-20 and said, "The hotel is a small paradise in the whole Pathaya! Very cosy luxurious cottages are all surrounded by thick vegetation, comfortble pool and tasty breakfast. every evening was spent in a big veranda with low music. And of course lots of rabbits! So sweet:)) You won t feel sorry for having a rest in this hotel!"
Michael stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2008-04-03 and said, "Excellent. It is a quiet piece of paradise in Pattaya. Free internet in reception and free Wi-Fi around reception for guests. Nice restaurant (which is where breakfast is served) virtually on the beach. If you want to go to the main Pattayar beach, it’s a 5 min bimmo, car or bus ride. The best customer service in Thailand."
Lesley stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2008-03-24 and said, "lovely clean hotel in quieter area of Pattaya. We were not impressed by Pattaya itself but had to visit it. The pool and beach were very clean as was our room and the breakfast was excellent and service friendly and helpful."
Atanu stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-10-19 and said, "Hotel is overall good, room are decent, quite and free internet is useful. They could have provided more tourist information on local sight seeing etc.., instead of being more of bed and breakfast hotel. But I liked the unique setup and ambience it has created in a place like pattaya which so densely populated."
Stefan stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-09-20 and said, "Best resort in Pattaya by far!!!!"
Hyunwoo stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-09-16 and said, "It was absolutely great!!!!!! Many people in Rabbit resort were kind to me, and inside room/outside are also perfect. If someone wants good location, perfect bungalows, kind people(specially Big man in night and Mr.Mrs. Rabbit), and cheap rooms, you should visit this resort."
SIYALI stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-07-13 and said, "Rabbit resort is an outstanding hotel by all means. If I was free I want to stay again three more days.Next time I will stay only at Rabbit Resort."
Robin stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-06-08 and said, "A wonderful and perfect place to stay!!! 1 class!!"
Glenys stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-06-07 and said, "Our week at the Rabbit Resort was wonderful even better than we expected. We had a pool cottage which was perfectly private but just steps away from the pool and restaurant/bar.The resort is family owned and that makes it feel more like a home, the staff there are great. We ate at the restaurant most nights as the Chef in our opinion is 1st class and we did not have one bad meal, Oh, the pork spare ribs are to die for as are all the thai curries. The private beach chairs with umbrellas were great and we would sit of an afternoon to watch to world go by being served drinks by the beach boy. We had massages on the beach as well as yummy donuts and little plates of chicken wings/spring rolls sold from the many vendors walking along the beach so you didnt have to move from your beach chair. Rabbit Resort is a hidden treasure away from the quite seedy Pattaya and we were always relieved to get back there. Go ahead and enjoy the company of Mr and Mrs Rabbit they will make you feel very welcome."
Carl stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-05-01 and said, "We had a great time at the Rabbit resort. We were immediately made welcome by the attentive staff and by the owner who made sure that we were well looked after. The little things that make your stay enjoyable are all there, use of umbrellas, the farewell card from the owner, the decoration and cleanliness of the rooms and free wi-fi internet when all put together with an ideal location make up an excellent place to stay. Five stars all round!!!"
Vukovic stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2007-04-21 and said, "Very nice and family friendly hotel.Rooms are clean and large but my impersion is that upstairs room are much better than downstairs.Breakfast was excellent.Highly recommended"
Andrew stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-12-25 and said, "Very enjoyable stay, accomadation first class , friendly staff ,lovely pool settings."
Stacy stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-12-13 and said, "Hotel was beautiful and service good. We stayed in a family villa which was more than enough space for 4 people. The staff at the hotel were more than helpful. The little touches mean so much. Thank you Mrs. Rabbit"
John stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-11-30 and said, "An impeccable oasis of comfort, tranquility, and hospitality. Management has created a real sense of Thai place in an area quickly losing its Thai character to western notions of high-rises and condo-tels. Spotlessly clean with an attentive staff, you will feel right at home here - Thai style. An unsung hero of this resort is the food. Consistently excellent, tasty, and well presentated and, priced right."
John stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-11-16 and said, "What can we say about the Rabbit that isn t good?! Our arrival began with being ushered into reception to meet the owner, Debbie - she s American so it s particularly comforting to meet someone natively English speaking when you re in a foreign country for the first time. Debbie is very nice and welcoming, and during our stay would appear from time to time for a quick chat and to make sure everything was OK - not intrusive at all, just right. Her and her husband s attitude extends to the rest of the staff, where discrete but attentive service is the order of the day.The Rabbit has a section of private beach directly in front of the hotel, which is constantly manned during the day; but perhaps one of the most impressive indications of service was when they set up a table on the beach at night for a couple to enjoy a private dinner for two. A waiter stayed on the beach just out of earshot waiting until needed. But it s not just for couples - we were two blokes on holiday for two weeks, and they gave us secluded apartments one above the other; enough to have a laugh together but we could have private time too. There were several families with small children staying while we were there too, and there is a separate extra-shallow family pool for kids & family to play in safely. It s a quiet resort, and we did our best (!) to keep the noise down, but that doesn t preclude having a cook-in in the room and chilling out on the veranda with wine and guests. The quality of the rooms match the service - beautifully laid out, with good quality solid furniture, a safe, a fridge, and plenty of storage. Each morning the room is made up when you leave - there s no hassle, on occasions we would not be able to surface until 3 or 4 in the afternoon but somehow the cleaning staff would sense our waking and appear to do the room as we left. The downstairs apartment had a kitchen and full size fridge/freezer.We cut our stay short by a couple of days to finish off in Bangkok - it s good to visit icons like the capital city and the Palace, but the hotel there was more expensive and no where nearly as nice. We re both planning to come back again next year, hopefully for longer next time!John & Jim"
Brian stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-11-10 and said, "This hotel is very beautiful and all rooms surrounded by lush garden. After our long trek to pattaya from bangkok (3 hours) we expected a little more of a welcome. The american lady who runs the hotel seemed more interested in someone else supposed to be arriving and forgot to mention breakfast or give us vouchers for breakfast. There was no information about the area and services available. So we were a little dissapointed in the end and felt we had better service at some of the cheaper hotels we stayed in in thailand."
Mathias stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-11-05 and said, "Really nice place with several small buildings in a nice garden. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Breakfast is in the range you can expect from such a place. The staff is very helfull and does a lot to help guests with special needs (e.g. us with a baby - they asked us whether we need a kettle - 3 min later we had one in the room; another guest with diabetis requiring special bread for breakfast - got is every morning).Located at a more quiet beach at Jomtien - Pattaya is still easily reachable."
SALVADOR stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-08-31 and said, "We planned our trip to Thailand with plans on staying in Bangkok for the duration of the trip, but we really wanted to go to the beach, so I started searching and run into Sawadee.com and found the Rabbitt Resort and Iam so happy I did, even though we only spent two days it was great we loved the hotel everybody was so helpfull and polite, the room where we stayed was in the second floor from the balcony you could see all the vegetation around the cottages in Thai style, the pools surrounded by tall palm trees, orchids and lotus plants all around. it was truly relaxing, the food, the service, everything was great, it was our first trip to Pattaya and the Rabbitt Resort but definitely not the last one."
Caroline stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-08-26 and said, "The staff was extremely gracious... very welcoming and helpful with any request, no matter how small. The hotel itself was a bit of a disappointment, as it did not look like the pictures provided and on their website and the beach was much busier than expected. Yes, they have their own beach segment, but it exists along a public beach... vendors included. Just setting expectations... we still had a very lovely stay, but probably would not return because the price was high for the location."
Dr stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-08-24 and said, "Well, a short stay at Rabbit Resort is guaranteed to find you relaxed and pampered. I was told by my sister to try rabbit, and she was absolutely right- what a little gem! Ten minutes from (in my opinion) seedy Pattaya, but a world away in attitude is Rabbit Resort. I wont go into unnecessary detail here, as I am sure you will look up their website, but trust me, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed, beautiful little resort that does not FEEL like a resort, then rabbit is for you. There is (ah bliss) an adults-only pool and a separate pool for adults and their kids (been there, done that...so now I like a quiet pool ok?). The pool area is beautifully maintained, surrounded by palms and greenery with many, many sunlounges (so you dont have to rush to the pool at first light to secure one as happens eleswhere). If you dont like the pool? Well step out of the resort, walk three paces across the footpath, and you are at the beach, and Rabbit has its own section with umbrellas and drinks and food service. Here at the beach you can watch the passing parade of locals in speedos playing volleyball or be more energetic and indulge in the many water sports on offer. The rooms variy in size and type. I actually tried to book a pool room/villa but they were booked out, but in hindsight, it was fortuitous as pool rooms could be quiet noisy if the pool was busy. The forest cottage I had was a short stroll away and totally quiet and secluded. Beautifully decorated in Thai style throughout too. One last thing to point ouyt the level of service here: I asked for an iron and ironing board. I waited. It dodnt come. So, I went down to the office and asked again. After three hours, still no iron. So I went and spoke to deb (Mrs Rabbit). The iron and ironing board arrived three minutes later. Five minutes after that, a bottle of chilled French white wine was brought to my door by way as an apology. It s little things like that, that tell you the philosophy of the place in my opinion. Discreet (no joiner fees and no raised eyebrows), friendly and efficient, Rabbit Resort will be on my return list for sure. I rate it 5 Stars, and I give that not lightly (check some of my other reviews here and you will see I dont shy away from calling it as I see it!)."
William stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-08-05 and said, "This is a beautiful place, the accomadations are stylish, comfortable. I cant say enough good about the place, the service is outstanding, the pool was great. No complaints, highly reccomended."
Sam stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-06-30 and said, "a special hotel in Pattaya, but not so convenient, need to walk a long way to the hotel"
Lars stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2006-03-05 and said, "We loved the peace and calm atmosphere around the pool and the location of the hotel just by the beach. That is unique in hectic Pattaya. The villa we satyed in had a very good standard. I can recommend Rabbit resort for anyone seeking privacy and a bit of luxury."
Jesper stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2005-11-19 and said, "Very nice hotel. Good quality of rooms and service. The area however is not suitable for a young cupple."
Mehmet stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2005-11-01 and said, "We really enjoyed our stay at rabbit resort. The food and the room were very good but the reception area gives a wrong first impression.Meeting mrs rabbit was also a nice part of our stay.bolcakansistanbul turkey"
Debra stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2004-10-10 and said, "AWESOME PLACE TO STAY! The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated, the amenities were good, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the location couldn t be beat (quiet and right on the beach, but close enough to Pattaya and Jomtien Beach to get out and do other things). In addition, they served an incredible breakfast every morning in a tranquil setting overlooking the ocean and the resort is co-managed/owned by a very friendly American woman who, once we checked out, was kind enough to offer her assistance if issues arose during any part of our trip in Thailand. I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking to stay in the Pattaya/Jomtien Beach area, this is a must stay resort."
Vince stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2004-05-31 and said, "This place is incredible, the best so far. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful; the accomodation and the location are outstanding. Definitively worth the price and definitively the only choice for our next trip."
John stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2004-03-27 and said, "Lovely resort hotel, very well appointed rooms, nice pool and very good staff. The beach is very close by with plenty of umbrellas for shade. The beach was heavily populated with gay men which is not everyones choice particularly as they tend to do a lot of posing and cavorting."
Thomas stayed at Rabbit Resort on 2004-03-19 and said, "Just great - cozy, comfortable and on the beach front. Authentic Thai theme, quiet, clean and friendly owners. Loved the `Romantic Shower`"
