Duchene stayed at Nova Platinum Hotel on 2008-05-16 and said, "Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Not so far from downtown. Staff can be more friendly. But price is maybe a little bit too much."

Denny stayed at Nova Platinum Hotel on 2008-03-15 and said, "We really enjoyed the hotel; everything is brand new and super modern. The staff are still a bit new but are pleasant. The location is a bit strange on the edge of South Pattaya but the local transport is excellent. No complaints."
