Raphael stayed at Dragon Beach Resort on 2007-04-27 and said, "I spent 2 nights there on April 27-29, 2007 Paid THB 1,600 per night for a deluxe room, including breakfast Let s start with the [few] positive points: - located 50 meters from Jomtien Beach; just need to cross the road - spacious rooms - nice pool The [numerous] negative points - Rooms are not clean - Bad humidity smell in the rooms - Lousy service. I was insulted by the receiptionnist that wanted to charge for an internet connection that did not work. - Lousy breakfast - Only 7 channels on the TV. Only in Thai, one channel in Russian. No news channel - Noisy aircon - No possibility to get a 2nd key for the room - Cheap and bad taste decoration; no maintenance. Conclusion This hotel is a scam for tourists. It should be delisted from Sawadee as it is a shame to promote such a place. For THB 1,600 you can het much better in this area. This hotel worth maximum THB 800 per night, not more"
