Fam. stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2008-03-27 and said, "This was a big hotel with bad service, we was in the end om season and the staff was not interested to help us - we asked them to order a taxi but they couldn´t do it and did not order anyone. It was no information and the bar with the pool was closed. I can not recommend this hotel."
Khun stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2008-03-11 and said, "This was my third visit to this hotel in a period of five years and it was the best of them. They uphold the standard. Unfortunately, is it a distance to the beach and walking down that road with all shops, reatuarants and bars is sometime tiring."
Laury stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2008-01-14 and said, "old hotel but nice, god staff, clean and god brakfast but no bacon,we come back next year"
Alan stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2008-01-11 and said, "Hotel is heavily orientated towards large tourist groups, mailnly from scandanavia and Russia. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is rather poor trying to cater for the large influx of the tour groups. Pool area is poor with the same old problem of lack of sunbeds and the continental habit of putting their towels out at Midnight. Would not recommend for the individual traveller as their are better hotels nearby. The hotel is situated close to nearby bars and restaurants with a large choice. Beach is rather poor and the water dirty with excessive debris floating"
Dennis stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-12-17 and said, "Hej detta hotel är helt ok"
TRONG stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-07-04 and said, "Big and clean room ... nice ocean view from higher floor, but do not like to walk the whole long alley to reach the hotel in the end. Breakfast is poor, dinner is expensive and not good ! Do not recommend & shall not return."
Gautam stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-06-30 and said, "Nice Hotel, didn t find any problem, Enjoyed my short stay with wife and 2 kids although we didn t explored much around the Hotel.Hotel is near to beach and breakfast was quite good but no vegetarian dish..but on our request some vegetarian dish was fixed for us, thats good."
Rose stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-06-23 and said, "A comfortable, good value for money hotel. Great pool area, average breakfast. Lots of Thai and other Asian tourists. Jomtien Beach is a nice quiet alternative to nearby Pattaya."
David stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-05-13 and said, "Would not stay again.. Security wanted to charge 300bt for a lady WHO IS NOT A BAR GIRL but a long standing friend who was on holiday with us, made her feel awful!! They then charge for glass(50bt) which they impied id taken, but had gone missing 2days earlier after room was cleaned. The room phone stopped working so no room service for a day or two.Its quite far up and a bunny hope away from main shops / bars /banks etc. However the hotel is still close to the bars and may not be suitable for families and if you wife or partner looks Thai security may ask you for a joining fee.The air con seemed to have only 2 settings hot or very cold regardless or where you set it.The attitude from a lot but not all staff wasnt very good even when they did notice you....The rooms are large and clean and well managed. There are safety deposit boxes but not in your room and only available at set times. There is wi-fi but cheaper to use outside service which can be picked up at the hotel. There is a very nice pool which is one positve I can add.The standard of food was in my view less than standard and you can find better outside the hotel. However for the price of 1500 p/n some may feel its value but perhaps not holiday makers from europe will....I have stayed in better for less and have been to Thailand many times, and stayed in many types of hotels worldwide."
Gordon stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-04-20 and said, "Nice big clean hotel in a great area away from the girly bars in Pattaya. Friendly staff and rooms are excellent. Does attract many groups (thai, russian & swedish) but that s no problem. If coming from BKK by bus just get a taxi (songtaew) from the bus station for 30B - information desk is helpful and can tell the driver where to go! A nice stay!"
Robert stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-04-16 and said, "The best rooms in the hotel are on the beach side. Request the top floors and end rooms. Basic hotel at an average price away from the big city life. If you want the city it s only a 10 min bus ride away. Enjoy!"
Bjornar stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2007-04-05 and said, "This hotel is ok if you want to stay in Jomtien on a medium budget in a hotel with swimmingpool. We stayed with kids and wanted to stay out of sentral Pattaya. The hotel is located at the end of a side street to Jomtien Beach Road (soi Welcome, between soi 11 and soi 12) and taxi to and from South Pattaya are easy available and takes about 15 minutes. Soi Welcome has a good selection of bars and restaurants, as well as massage, laundry and 7-11 store. The hotel rooms could need some new painting, and some maintenance. In one room the aircon controller was broke and in another room the shower was not functioning properly. We tried to get them to fix the shower 2 times but no one showed up at the room. We then understood that the maintenance department of this hotel was no good and continued to use the shower as it was (using 5 times more water than nessesary). All in all an OK hotel for the price but if you are willing to stay in other parts of Pattaya you could find better hotels for the same price."
Sandeep stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2006-12-04 and said, "Excellent pool, all rooms have great view of the sea. Conveniently located (~15 mins by Baht bus from Pattaya) and much cheaper than Pattaya hotels. Excellent swimming pool to relax by. However, none of the staff speaks English and nobody seems to be particularly keen to help either. If you don t really care about the service or about slightly run-down furniture and fittings, this is a great place for budget travellers."
Karina stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2006-10-30 and said, "Good deal for the money! Good cleaning, good breakfast, good service from staff.Short way to the beach,shops,7-11,good bars, taxi and bus."

Elad stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2006-09-16 and said, "the hotel on nice, located in jomtien beach which is a little bit more quiet then central pataya. the hotel itself is nice, with a great service, big balcony in the room. the breakfast is ok. really great value for the price."
Low stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2006-07-10 and said, "Some of the Staff at Jomtien Beach Hotel are quite courteous but cant say for all, maybe didnt get out from the right side of the bed as compared to some of the other hotel I have been in Thailand. The greeting Sawati krap is ever ready at their lip when you greet them. Room very spacious and clean. Will return if I comeby Pattaya again."
Sarah stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2005-12-18 and said, "nice hotel, its in the quiet part of pattaya too so its not to seedy going back to your hotel! i d stay their again!"

Dean stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2005-03-15 and said, "Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel was okay... it is an older hotel with an okay location. The staff were a bit indifferent and not overly helpful. Seemed like this hotel catered more towards the Chinese and German markets. The pool is not heated and pool deck was in need of some minor work... nothing to write home about."
Martin stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2005-02-27 and said, "Nice hotel with friendly staff and international atmosphere. I enjoy my visit, and come gladly again."
Mr.Harry stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2005-01-14 and said, "This was our second visit to the hotel and it was, once again, wonderful value for money. The hotel was very busy with both long and short term residents, many of whom were frequent visitors. There is a marvellous buzzing street joining the hotel to the beach and a good baht bus service to Pattaya right from the hotel carpark."
Mr.Hector stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2004-11-08 and said, "Welcome Beach Hotel Jomtien was a good deal for the money: The room was clean, the views from the balcony - good, the daily buffet, while not sumptuous, was definitely adequate. pool was spacious, the two-storied lobby - impressive. I would stay here again."
Vikram stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2004-10-18 and said, "The hotel is too good, i feel their like my home , the hotal staf is also so frandly , second this is , the security is too tight their , u r safe in hotal from checters , this is my second time that i stay in this hotal , this time i spend 8 days in tsi hotal,"

Alan stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2004-09-10 and said, "Stayed for two weeks at Welcome Jomtien. Hotel is located five minutes from Jomtien beach - set back away from traffic noise. Substantial in size it was a pleasant experience with rooms in size, fittings and quality of excellant value. Heavily patronised by tour groups and business seminars. Around ten coach loads per day so for maximum quietness try to get up on the 10th floor or higher. Staff were fantastic from front office to room service to security we made friends out of some of them.Buffet breakfast was generous. Facilities included super swimming pool and spa in quiet surroundings. Would recommend for 3plus star patrons looking for value. Will be back next year."
Keith stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2004-02-19 and said, "The service received from staff at the hotel was of a good standard and help always politely given. We found that the lift doors tended to close rather quickly not good for elderly guests. As we were told the Jomtein Beach area is quieter than Pattaya but within easy access of everything. We had a great holiday!!"
Keith stayed at Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel on 2004-02-03 and said, "Pleassant hotel, where staff are helpful. Quiet location, only 3minutes walk from the beach and the shops, restaurants along Jomtien, situated at quieter part of Jomtien. Bhatt busses are parked by hotel entrance which is good given the location."
