NGB stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-05-25 and said, "Green Park staff was nice and service minded.Breakfast buffet was good. Swimming pool was big and niceBut, Green Park resort gave me a holiday memory I could have been without.Night time in my bed i was bit by insects many times to my legs ( 46 bites over my 2 first nights). Seemed to me that there was flies in the bed linnen. Many cats witout owner running around in the resort comming very close to you and your room looking for food. Conclusion:Green Park Resort was to green for me. to many bushes and trees and to many animals running around without owner. When I complained about the insect bits I was told I was alergic (first time I have been alergic to somthing). Required a new room up from floor one to floor 3 and problem with bites was solved. later on I saw personel taking outside the madras in my old room and I think they cleanded it with various detergents...."

Abias stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-05-12 and said, "Nice place to stay, a little bit far from the central but is quiet. Good location for families, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The bungalow room is a little run down but clean. Need to solve bugs and lizard problem in the room."

Angelo stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-03-23 and said, "Fantastic place if you don´t expect a 4** luxury service. Simple but clean huts with the basic ameneties on a beautiful small beach. I saw NO cockroaches but you do have the occasional visit of various big bugs to your hut. Also I found the strech of the beach rat-free. Beautiful place if you are looking for absolute ing peace and tranquility and don´t mind beeing close to nature."
Adam stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-03-06 and said, "Remembering that this is a budget resort, the place was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good but plain. We stayed in a bungalow which was a good size room, but the decor was outdated. Overall for the cost this is a really great place to stay. However, there was a lot of retirees there, I mean a lot, mainly europeans. So if your a young couple looking to meet others etc it may not be the best place to stay."
Jan stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-02-24 and said, "perfect. friendly staff. The breakfast was good. big clean pool. But they got to do something about the sunchairs You have to go out and take a chair at 7 in the morning"
Jan stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-02-24 and said, "nice hotel and big clean pool.Perfect for us with 2 children.Breakfest ordinary.Location good if you dont want to live in central of Pattaya But the hotel have one big problem.Sunchairs ,my adviced buy atleast 50 moore"

GAMMELGÃ.RD stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-02-02 and said, "Peaceful hotel with plentiful breakfast and flexible service. Nearby Blind Massage service."
James stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-02-02 and said, "Nice people on reception and no problems booking in. We stayed in bungalow and it was very nice and great for money. However upon a return trip we stayed in a superior room which was not that great. Pool area is nice Not sure if I would recommend this place to a friend, however it is a only budget hotel."
Mr stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-01-29 and said, "Didnt have the room we booked, so upgraded us to a suite - good room and pleasant staff. Breakfast also good standard - only down side was the fact that the hotel is heavily used by a certain European nation who like to claim pool chairs with their towels at dawn... Would stay again."
Lena stayed at Green Park Resort on 2008-01-02 and said, "nice place if i ever go to Pattaya again i will stay at that hotel service perfect nice and clean not noicy recommended"
Tryggvi stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-12-06 and said, "The Hotel is nice and the garden surronding the swimmingpool is great, the service is good and staff nice. The breakfast is o.k but you could change now and then it´s not to eat the same thing for 3 weeks."
Elders stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-11-10 and said, "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. We had booked a bungalow. The bungalows will need refurbishing soon, but are still okay. Beautiful setting in a wonderful garden (but you will need a mosquito repellent !). Great pool. It is really like it shows on the pictures. Nice staff. Great breakfast. The facilities in the neighbourhood such as restaurants, shops, nightlife, banks, internet are also very convenient. It is not the cheapest hotel you can find but we considered it value for money."
Ron stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-09-28 and said, "Nice layout with central swimming pool.Friendly staff.Very good price/quality level"
Ng stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-09-05 and said, "A very nice hotel with a big pool. Staff are polite and very helpful. Breakfast is good although not too much choice and room is big enough and very clean. Every standard room have a balcony with a pool view. I ve booked a superior room and finally downgrade to a standard room for myself. I lived in room 810 on the 2nd floor and I felt the room above 2nd floor is better for the view and not so many monsquito. It s not so good to live on the G/F as so many people walking pass your room when going to restaurant for breakfast. The view of room 4xx to 6xx are not very good as the view are partly hide by the trees. Parking are safe as there is a security guard at the entrance. I ll stay here again as it s worth for money."
Catherine stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-07-20 and said, "We found the hotel to be an oasis amongst a frantic city of activity. Service fine, rooms OK, price OK. The construction work is tolerable and not on weekends. Would stay again."
Jennifer stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-06-24 and said, "The buffet breakfast is wonderful, and the pool is fantastic. Some rooms need to be updated, but the free coffee, tea and water each day made up for the bad decor. The place is very clean. Some of the staff weren t very helpful, or nice, but most were very friendly. The resort is not near the beach, however, a ride is just 10 baht. I would stay again!"
Henry stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-06-23 and said, "At sawadee is allways good, hotel is good friendly staff and nice pool.I will go there the next year."
Patrick stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-06-09 and said, "A really nice clean, friendly and comfortable resort. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed in a bungalow very secluded but adjacent to the fantastic pool and swim up bar area. Even though the resort is a bit away from the action, which for us was what we were after, the taxis to get you where you want to be are frequent, cheap and reliable. Although there is building work close by it does not spoil the peace of the place. Our only negative comment would be on the breakfast, which though plentiful and varied was inevitably luke warm at best.Excellent value for money and a great place to kick back."
Michael stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-05-27 and said, "We found the hotel to be very good value for money, with the pool being the main feature, the staff were very helpfull and the room clean. this hotel is good for families and we have already booked again for early next year."
Jordan stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-05-26 and said, "The Green Park Resort is a welcome retreat away from the hustle and busy central Pattaya. We did have a lot of difficulty checking in - having prepaid online with advance reservations. It seems to be the standard procedure to give prepaid reservations the worst rooms in a hotel with 2 tiny beds - and without fail, always next to construction or remodeling. It took us three tries before the hotel finally gave us rooms that were available originally. The hotel will try to put you in the worst rooms first and only if you complain enough ... they will all of a sudden find the rooms you reserved with your online booking. It appears to be a management policy (this is not the only hotel that tried to stick us with bad rooms in a construction area).. Once the drama of checkin and room assignment was resolved ... the hotel was great and relaxing. I would return again but make sure the travel agency will allow cancellation of you are not satisified with the rooms for any reason."
Jim stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-04-13 and said, "The hotel was very pleasant to stay in. The ideal of being surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants really gives the feel of a tropical resort. The pool was the best asset. Very large a spacious. However breakfast could definitely be improved. Overall the stay was very nice."
Ellen stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-03-29 and said, "We have a wonderful time at the green park resort. The hotel have everything and the people who work there was nice and kindly. I will recomend this hotel."
Lennart stayed at Green Park Resort on 2007-03-09 and said, "Thankyou for your mail.Back in Sweden and the difference in temp. As I wrote you before we ordered a week as a test. The guest reviews were not to your favour. We stayed 10 days in bungalows and they were very nice and well kept. The breakfirst table was varying and rich and we want to send a regard to the wonderful girl who seved us coffee. The whole staff was extraordinary nice and helpful. Evrything was clean and in good order. We have already recomended your resort to a lot of friends and to people we met during the rest of our stay in Thailand.Best regardsInger Einarsson Lennart KarlstromBungalow 1010/1005Millert Wiberg"
Chris stayed at Green Park Resort on 2006-08-30 and said, "Very dissapointed. Rude and unhelpful surly staff. The porters raise a smile when a tip is required, and even that is an effort for them. We booked a garden bungalow but on arrival we were guided through a tropical garden complete with on site building site to a three storey buiding and led into a normal twin bedded room. Considering we were a family of four(2 adults/2Kids) we were a little bemused to say the least. When I asked what happened to our bungalow we were informed by the porter that the bungalows were closed for repair. We were told that this was a quiet area as work commenced at 07.30 and ceased at midnight elsewhere in the complex. The room was clean, nice T.V, with really poor channel choice and reception, a small kettle but no Tea or Coffee! The extra bed finally arrived and this consisted of 2 mattresses placed on top of each other, considering the surcharge of 450 baht (this surcharge varies, it appears they charge up to 600bht as we were told by other disgruntled guests) I expected something a little better. The noise from the building work was preety awful, it spoilt lazy days by the magnificent pool, and could be heard from our room easily. The builders were quite intimidating at times. We have travelled all over Thailand and met wonderful people, people who took time to befriend our children, always a smile or a grin, but not here. The in room safe would not close and I informed reception, someone will be with you soon , 9 days later they arrived just as we checked out. Having to use the reception safe is a pain and if you need it after 9pm, they will not help in any way.The buffet breakfast is extensive, but if you decide to dine slightly later than the 7am opening you will find most things very dry or the bread very stale. It appears at times that lots of guests return with visitors we have no problem with this at all, but the goings on in the pool and gardens late at night are a bit much!If you are staying more than a couple of days the maid service is not too good and the room clenliness suffers if you do not wish to clean it yourself. Clean towels and pool towels are suppled clean and fresh daily.I will not be using internet booking in future, things never do appear as the website states or the pictures indicate.Nat the night security guard is a star, helpful kind and considerate, he was really kind to our children and always had a smile and a minute to chat. The Pros...Good location only a minutes walk to bars and restaurants and the baht buses.Lush Gardens and wonderful Pool.Excellent water pressure and hot water. The Cons...Unhelpful staff.Noisey.Expensive Bar and Restaurant.Poor clenliness.Building site nightmare."
Chris stayed at Green Park Resort on 2006-08-30 and said, "Very dissapointed. Rude, abrupt, surly staff. Having travelled all over Thailand, we have never met such staff any where.Pool was fantastic, but the building work made lazy days by the poolside very unpleasant. Work commenced at 07.30 until late at night. The room we had needed a good clean, the in room safe would not lock and although I asked reception daily nothing was done to rectify it. Using the reception deposit box is time consuming and if you need anything after 9pm you are told to return at 8 am, Not Good.I would not recomend this hotel to those travelling with children, the hotel has a very relaxed attitude to Guests bringing back visitors and the activities in the gardens and the pool at night time, children should be kept well away from. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but if you choose to dine a little later in the morning, you will find everything dry and stale. This is my opinion, and based on what my family found during our stay.It appears room rates vary drastically depending on which member of staff chooses to deal with your enquiry. We were asked for 450Bht for an extra bed and met people who were charged 650Bht, well over priced for a mattress on the floor!Better and far cheaper options can be found in Pattaya, I would seriously look elsewhere. Ideal for the single male traveller, close to amenities and beach.Definately not as advertised."
Colin stayed at Green Park Resort on 2006-08-19 and said, "Clean relaxed and comfortable stay. Staff pleasant even though they did not speak much English.Kids loved the huge pool and kids cocktails at the swim up bar. We would recommend it and intend to stay there again."
WOLF, stayed at Green Park Resort on 2006-07-20 and said, "Nice hotel with good service on a quiet place to a reasonable price -open and tolerant athmosphere."
Lorraine stayed at Green Park Resort on 2006-04-11 and said, "This hotel was nice and very friendly service. Clean neat rooms. Nice large pool. Breakfast was good. We walked everywhere easily from here. Only ate breakfast and snacks here as the restaurant doesn t have a lot of atmosphere . Safe at the front desk was a bit of a nusiance rather than in-room."
