Sara said, "Good location for a reasonable price. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the rooms ok."

Gunilla said, "The hotel is okey but overprice. The pool area is not god. Their travel/tourdesk is not serious, they cooperate with a bus company which steal from the passangers."

Johanna said, "The hotel is very overpriced but has a good location not too far from the beach and resturants. Nice and friendly staff though they did not speak very good english. The pool area was ok but the water was dirty.Breakfast was ok but nothing special.The bathroom in our room had a big hole in the ceiling and the shower curtain looked like its never been cleaned. And something was leaking water so that the floor was wet all the time.We made a reservation for one superior room and one deluxe room. When we arrived to the rooms the superior room looked nicer than the deluxe.I would recomend this hotel because of the location. But I do think that its possible to stay somewhere nicer for the same price."

Sara said, "We the room was okey.Choose this hotel because of the pool(for our little girl so we could take a dip when ever we wanted) and near to the beach and longtailboats.The staf were really friendly and helpfull."

Sabine said, "It s a very nice hotel, from the balcony we have a look to the beach, the restaurants and the beach are near. The pool with whirlpool is great. Next time I will stay there again."

anonymous said, "This hotel is 5 times overpriced. 2300 THB for a room like this seems like a bad joke. Even 1000 THB is to much. Only positive point was the well done cleaning work. The minibar was emty when we arrive. When you hear the name Palace and after walking in there, you feel like u acting in the wrong movie. Every hospital i see to this point had more atmosphere. If i not payd before, i walking out imediately. Our Deluxe room was tynie and had a third bed we no need inside makes it more small. . Can not recommend this hotel!"

Ã.sa said, "Even though the hotel wasn t completely finished when we were there, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the staff really nice and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. When our children were hungry in the afternoon the staff prepared banana pancakes for them for free!"

Jessica said, "When I booked this hotel for me and my family, totally 12 persons, there was completely different pictures shown on sawadee.com then the reality! It was a little bit of a disapointment when we arrived and saw the rooms but we accepted and had a lovely time at Ao Nang Palace! Close to the beach, short walkingdistance to everything needed and nice breakfast. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful! We celebrated my mothers 50 th birthday during our stay and the staff surprised my mother with a lovely birthday cake and a gift! The hotel is a bit overpriced, as everything else nowadays where many tourists stay, but really ok. Recommended!"
