Steven stayed at Lanta Residence & Spa on 2007-02-19 and said, "The hotel is adiquate but felt let down by the facilites.it is cheep and close to the beech but no roof top resturant or no signs of the spa being open. The pool was good but the staff were extremly difficalt to coomunicate with as there english was very poor. they told us they had no rooms available, even when handed e-voucher of room booking."
