Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort Hotels

Anthony stayed at Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort on 2008-05-14 and said, "The resort was very nice and the staff was the nicest group we encountered our entire trip. There were only 6 other people at the resort when we were there as it was the beginning of the low season. The location is great and it is very quiet. The hotel rents scooters so you can get anywhere you want on the island. The restaurant is pretty good and has a good mix of food. We would stay here again."

Elizabeth stayed at Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort on 2008-02-06 and said, "This is at the end of a lovely stretch of beach and is really quiet. You only need to walk 100m along the beach to reach many great beach bars. Hotel is lovely, nice room, great elevated restaurant and good breakfast."

We stayed here for two weeks and had the most amazing holiday. The resort is set slightly back from the beach giving a little more privacy, but there are resort facilities on the sand. The pool is lovely and new with plenty of seating. Booking activities at the front desk was a breeze. I would highly recommend this resort to families and couples. Not as much happening for singles around here."

Kate stayed at Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort on 2007-02-19 and said, "This was our second time at this resort. The resort is high end budget with good clean bungalows at the top end of Klong Nin beach. The hotel has a small pool which is fine and looks to the sea. The hotel staff are always pleasent and willing to help. it has a small open air restaurant and bar. The breakfast is made to order with a reasonable selection. The hotel is a 10 minute walk either by road or beach to the many bars and restaurants that sit on Klong Nin beach. For the price you pay here it is definitely worth the money."

Jeanette stayed at Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort on 2006-01-07 and said, "The hotel was lokated at the north end of the beach and it wasn´t as nice on that end as in the middle of the beach. We were traveling with small children and there was no children at all in this area. The hotel was clean and simple. We moved to an other beach ( Klong Dao beach) with more children."

Rita stayed at Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort on 2006-01-01 and said, "The hotel was on a quiet beach away from the main town on Lanta. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view all the bungalows were just steps away from the beach. I suggest renting a motorbike to tour the island while you are there. Since the hotel is away from shops and other beaches, a motorbike is the best (and cheapest) way around the island. The price was a little high for Thailand, but it is worth the money. The only low point was the service, the staff was not as friendly as other places I have visited in Thailand, and they don t speak very much english. Other than that, it was a great 7 days on Ko Lanta."
