Jeffrey stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2008-06-11 and said, "Low season rate, combined with pay for 2 nights and stay 3 nights, make this an excellent value. We chose the larger and newer cliff-view room. The attention to detail in design and construction is very pleasing. The view from the room, overlooking the wild greenery and the dramatic limestone cliffs, was stunning. The staff at this boutique resort was well-trained, available when needed, but otherwise unobtrusive. Only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach; many choices for dining available nearby. Try the Blue Mango, my favorite."

We liked the setting - individual huts. Outside the hotel, there is so many restaurants and we had our dinner there for four nights. The room is clean and tidy. The pool is small but facing the hill which is nice. The staff were polite and responsive."

Room was small though and we booked a superior double with an extra bed for our 5 yr old so it was very tight!Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly and hotel pool was a bit small for the size of the hotel, but very nice and spotlessly clean.If we came here again would book the family room or mini suite. We had a lovely stay at Ao nang Paradise resort - it s good for couples and families."

Goncharova stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2008-01-16 and said, "Very friendly, helpful staff. A lot of Thai hospitality, always smiling. Hotel clean. But for the bungalow room is very simple, poor furniture, unconvinient little place. shower/bathroom with toilet is very bad little place, the room should cost much less!!! Not value for the money we paid. Pool area too primitive. Also there is a construction work ongoing close to hotel restaurant, so during breakfast you hear noise, drilling. Conclusion: the room prices are definitely too high for such a hotel."

Pia stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2008-01-03 and said, "We used the hotel as transfer hotel and stayed just one night - thank god. The only acceptable thing was the breakfast. The rooms are not very nice (although we had the junior suite which is supposedly the best room), it is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the beach (which is not that great, either) and the service is bad, from what we experienced. Staff either don t want to help or they just can t as they don t speak English at all. Cannot recommend the hotel at all."

Jean stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-12-17 and said, "When we arrived nobody helped with our luggage. There are stairs to arrive at the reception which is not very welcoming. The rooms are nice but with a very old bathroom. The breakfast area is too small and could be better. The location is very good, only a short walk to the beach and centre of Ao Nang. Staff could be more helpful. When I had problems with the internet connection they just said nothing about it. Accidentally I broke a small glass table and they charged me 15 euros which is very expensive for Thailand. Aon Nang is an average accomodation.Could find better."

Swimming pool was clean and beautiful. People were friendly and helpful. Location is good as massage, 7-11 & bars are nearby. We definately will go again."

Ann stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-09-16 and said, "We love the room. It is clean, cosy, and comfortable to stay but it will be good to have facilities to boil water and make coffee/tea. Staffs are polite but speak only basic English. Hotel is 5 min walk from beach, shops and restaurants and pretty serene at night. The pool is small but there is a nice view of the mountain just beside.. but I was bitten by many mosquitoes there! The breakfast variety is not wide and the menu remain similar for the 3 days we stayed there. Overall, this is a nice resort to stay in..."

huimee stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-08-22 and said, "nice small resort. room is ok, but shower was not working properly and the water was not hot. swimming pool is small and cute, more like a bigger size bathtub. Most of the staffs are friendly. small hiccups with one of the receptionist, not very pleasant attitude and showing off her temper. overall is good. will go back. Just outside the resort (heading towards the beach), the thai eatery place named AREE BA BA is a must try! we had most of our meals there. Yummy good foods with very reasonable prices, and people working there are very friendly, humble and nice!"

Linda stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-06-01 and said, "we stayed in a standard bungalow. everything was nice, big comfortable room, bathroom ok, especially the pool and the beautiful garden. staff is friendly and helpful. Very quiet and not far to the beach. Food is good, the curries as well. there is a foodmarket between aonang and nopparath, very cheap and delicious thaifood. it s better to rent a motorbike. We really enjoyed staying in ao nang paradise resort and hope to come back soon."

Michael stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-05-07 and said, "Nice little hotel, good value for money in low season. Pool IS small but still has great view. We moved after 3 nights because of the distance to the beach (which btw is nothing to speak of in Ao Nang to our disappointment). Even though it didn t bother us much, there was construction going on about 4 meters from the bed! Maybe this will be over when the season picks up. Bungalows nice and clean, nothing spectacular. Breakfast ok, again nothing out of the ordinary. As it rained a lot when we were there, we needed more space for our 1 yo. If weather had been better and location closer to the beach, we would have stayed."

Rooms are clean but the superior rooms are just enough for 2 people, if you have a kid it will be already too crauded. Shower is OK but the water was not so hot. Swimming pool is nice but quite small. Staff very friendly and speak good english. The resort is just 10min walk from the beach. Just outside the resort there is a thai restaurant called aree ba ba that is a must try, for me the best food at the best price and quite good atmosphere."

Adam_P stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-02-23 and said, "Comfortable rooms/bungalows. Very cute. Not good lighting at night though so watch where you re going or you may trip. My bungalow was a little noisy early in the morning - I think there was a business behind my bungalow that was leaning things up against the wall (?) Not unbearable though. Bathrooms are quite dated but functional. Breakfast area is beautiful in the mornings with a lovely view of a nearby mountain. Breakfast itself was simple. Staff were pleasant."

The only gripe is with the bathroom - having a shower causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet. The pool area is fantastic - very nice place to relax. The resort is about 5 mins walk to the beachfront and is in a nice quiet spot. For the price, i think the Ao Nang Paradise Resort is good value and would definitely recommend it."

Breakfast is good, but after 4 days you would like to have some more variations at breakfast. The pool area is good if you would like to escape from the noisy beach. We found that trips and transfers can be booked cheaper in the hotel than via the travel offices in Aonang."

The staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good, a small but good selection of Western & Easter cuisine. Poached eggs are cooked to order, which was nice."

Jan stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2006-06-18 and said, "Spent 7 days at this resort it was absolutely beautiful, great staff,always smiling, reception staff had good English skills. My partner celebrated his birthday whilst there, and the resort suprised us with a birthday cake, very thoughtful. We stayed in the paradise mini suite, which had a lovely mountain view. The facilities were very clean. Would recommend this hotel. a shame there is no pool to cool off in, but only a 10 minute walk to the beach."

Jason stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2006-03-27 and said, "Nothing too special. Hotel was decent, just overprice. Each night was about 1990 baht, but we found a cheaper one across the street that had basically the same stuff for 990 baht a night. The difference between the hotels was Aonang s were more private and separate, and Sabia (which is good & cheap) rooms were stacked on top of each other, apartment style. Also the pool (although very impressive) is a walk away and not close to the rooms. The pool is part of the the SPA that they have that is a walk a way, but the SPA was definitely great (if you are into SPAs)."

Good place to relax and enjoy holidays. 10 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants / bars are very close to the Resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. English no problem. One thing : they have no pool !Would stay again there. Good value for money."

Carpentieri stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2006-02-08 and said, "A very BAD accomodation. Room (defined superior) no larger than 20 square meter. Wardrobe inexistent. Terrace with two plastic chairs....!! Photo are available for who needs. An experience to forget.Receptionists adn waiter, instead, very kind.No umbrellas and sundeck available on the beach, very noising because of the 100 hundred boats leaving and arriving every minute."

The bungalow was nice & clean, the service perfect ! We really felt welcome at this lovely resort. All the people working there were most smiling and friendly; We could not have wanted a better staff ! The maid did an excellent job cleaning our bungalow, making our days comfortable ! Allthough the resort is situated quite near the mainroad in AoNang, we had some really quiet and nice days in nature-surroundings; We only heard birds !! - absolutely notthing from the traffic. We give Aonang Paradise Resort our BEST RECOMMENDATION !"

I was always welcomed with a smiling face.As it was low season and not many guests at the hotel I was upgraded to one of their top bungalows at no extra charge. A nice touch which was much appreciated!The hotel is about an 6 - 8 minute walk to the beach where a variety of shops and restaurants are available.I certainly reccomend this hotel and would not hesitate to return in the future."

The only thing missing was a pool but they do have a nice area for sunbathing in with a great view of the mountains, and the beach is within walking distance. Great value, I reckon!"

Alin stayed at Aonang Paradise Resort on 2007-03-15 and said, "1.They promise to provide airport pick up and nothing happend(4 adults + 1 baby by 7 months)2.the resort is not what you see,is just 15-20 meters wide,50-60 meters long(icluding the swimming pool).Alin F Maracine.3.The swimming pool is the smallest one that i ever found on a hotel.4.The rooms (superior)are small and uncomfortable.5.The breakfast its a shame(not enough chairs/tables,food allways finished)6.unsecure safety boxes.All of this are reasons that make me and my family to cancel the booking after 5 nights from a total by 14 and get a minibus to Phuket and enjoying the other 9 remained.No way to be recomended as a holiday choice in fact Krabi is nothing to see as well.1.no beach2.no sand s3.no umbrela4.the 4 island tour so claimed by locals is only rocks and deep water with gasoline taste for snorkeling5.the place is only 1 street max. 1 kilometer long.If you go for first time in Thailand you may buy it if not there is no way to spend a day in there."
