John stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2008-05-01 and said, "The hotel was very reasonably priced though well past its sell by date having seen betterdays. The room was very tired and run down and had an unpleasant smell, we actually had to purchase a air freshener. The breakfast was ok though a little restricted in choice. The swimming pool was full of green water and the bottom of the pool could not be seen, so we didn t feel comfortable using.I suppose we got what we paid for, though there are probably better hotels in Udon."
Nicholas stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2008-04-30 and said, "Never again! We arrived later than planned and were tired on our arrival so the general state of the rooms we did not notice. The next day after an awful breakfast we noticed the rooms were filthy. On arrival back in the evening we noticed the maids had not made much difference and we asked the for the rooms to be cleaned again. On checking back again they were still in an unacceptable state so we cut short our stay and went to the far better Ban chiang"
Prof. stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2007-05-18 and said, "The Napalai Hotel is very good value for money and I stay there regularly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is comprehensive if you like asian breakfasts, but the continental style offering is rather average (including stewed tea and coffee, unexciting corn flakes and anaemic white toast bread). The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a complimentary airport transfer. It is easy to get to the city by songthaew (No 14 or No 15) and the hotel is conveniently located for the airport. There is a friendly Western-style pub just across the road with very good live music and good food."
David stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2007-03-31 and said, "Great hotel, for how much?? 800BGreat deal, staff were a lot of fun, didnt really need to go into townI stayed at others in Udon, t his by far the best"
Anders stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2006-03-11 and said, "The service is ok, the rooms need a refreshment and the breakfast table was a disaster. The internet they provide need a virus cleaner."
John stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2004-06-09 and said, "recieved very good service even though only here for 1 night room well maintained and staff very atentive. Also recieved equipment back that I had thought was lost and this was a pleanant surprise in comparison to European Hotels I have used in past. would recomend this hotel"
Ivan stayed at Napalai Hotel on 2004-01-28 and said, "Freindly and eager to help staff.Rooms well looked after and serviced to high standard.Breakfast was buffet, below standard, hot food constantly cold.Overall, at 1000 baht per night was not value for money. Moved to another hotel and received same service for 400 baht per night."
