NIGEL stayed at Charoen Thani Princess on 2008-05-08 and said, "I just love this hotel in KK ,I have stayed here many times now great memories,,,,,,the staff on the desk allways read my request for specific room numbers I like,airport transfer allways good,,,,food good breakfast,,only ruined by the fact it is cold the same as anywhere in thailand,,,but then thats how the Thais like to eat their food,,,,when I stay in KK again I will allways stay here"

Rick stayed at Charoen Thani Princess on 2006-10-22 and said, "This hotel is quite good value for money everything is ok here but I would only rate it at 3 star, the breakfast is excellent and the staff speak good english which helps, the underground disco is noisy and there are lots of people hanging around outside on Friday/Saturday nights which is not great for those who want relaxation, the Sofital Raja is much better but you pay the price"

So you always have get housekeeping to open the door or wake up the other person.I find this most unsatisfactory"

LYSSENS stayed at Charoen Thani Princess on 2005-03-28 and said, "I stayed deluxe room from 28.3.2005 till 31.3.2005. This is most definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. I would even hesitate to give it 3-star status. The atmosphere is drab, the furniture is chipped and dusty, bathroom several broken tiles clumsily repaired, mould between the tiles around the bathtub, etc.etc.The Graceland coffeeship resembles a stationhall, the floor is absolutely filthy, the tablelinnen is torn and dirty teh breakfast service is below par and I can go on and on. The smiling staff must have been on a holiday, the only person that smiled was the parkingvallet when I tipped him.I am very dissapointed."
