Simon stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2008-04-12 and said, "Please do not book to stay here, The hotel is shabby, electric cables and junction boxes hang out of the walls under the light fittings , gaps under doors, cold showers, no plugs for the sinks, towels old and torn, American breakfast is a total joke Fried egg, cold tomatoe, small slice of processed meat, one small processed sausage, coffee, you pay extra if you want cereal, staff are an absolute disaster, breakfast was more like going to a wake. The restrant is managed seperatly and the owner offers a single daily special that is written on the board in Swedish so we are English and had no idea what it meant, the staff that work for him there are clearly badly managed and are as sullen as he is. The hotel staff however are excelent and very attentive, polite and kind. Will not stay there again and do not suggest anyone else should. There are a few positive things, close to beach, clean big rooms."
Bente stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2008-02-11 and said, "Good hotel in the middle of the town, close to the beach and to the centre. We had good service, except when we arrived and were informed that everything was booked except the family room and since we were three pairs we could share that as it contained of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We changed this asap as we wanted 3 bathrooms. Breakfast in the separate restaurant is ok."
Louise stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2008-01-29 and said, "A small hotell with perfect location. Rather small breakfast but what can you ecpect for that price.Whe went back 10/2 and stay untill 16/2."
Roger stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2008-01-11 and said, "We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is clean and forfilled our requerments ( we are a married couple of 50 years old) . It,s is located 5 min walk from the beach and 3 minutes to city center. We can recomend the hotel. Safe, clean and friendly..// Roger Nordh"
Graham stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2007-02-20 and said, "I found the hotel to be very clean and quite well situated, the staff were great, always smiling and very helpful.Although there is a new hotel being built next door, it did not stop my enjoyment of my stay. I would not hesitate to book again.......excellent"
Michael stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2006-06-28 and said, "The hotel is well located and the pool and breakfast bar layout is user friendly, apart from a non-flushing (broken) toilet the room was of a good standard. What perhaps should have been mentioned at the time of booking that a four story building was being built right next door with excessive amounts of noise during ost of the daylight hours. This coupled with, the general disinterest of the staff means I wouldn t go back. As an example, I had a coach to catch at 8am, the desk staff could rustle up a taxi after being given half an hours notice, I ended up chasing after a tuk-tuk. Could do better."
Vouilloz stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2006-05-03 and said, "Good room on the third floor, clean and big. Balcony with view on the pool. The pool could be cleaner and the beach (not private) as well. This hotel is still a good option as it is close to the center and the beach."
Mr.Michael stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2006-02-23 and said, "Clean, centrally located hotel. The only issue was construction going on next door all day which was fairly noisy. The maids forgot to fill up the soap in the liquid soap dispenser. Other then that, it was a nice place to relax in."
Benny stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2005-12-13 and said, "My girlfriend and I spent several days at the Peony Hotel and thought it was great. So close to the beach and shops, a very convenient location indeed. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were great. I d specify lower floor if booking again, there is no lift... :-) but otherwise an excellent place considering the modest tariff."
Bohdan stayed at Peony Hua Hin Hotel on 2004-11-16 and said, "The hotel is small and quiet but located near enough to the beach and restaurant strip that you can easily walk to these locations. The staff were helpful and the room clean, very clean actually. Also of note, internet access is a mere 30 baht per hour; half of the rate that internet shops in town charge."
