Cecilia said, "small guesthouse at reasonable price. The good thing is they allow early check in, and happy to answer your queries. However, they will not be happy if you are not booking tours with them, and they don t provide bottle water, you have to buy. You will also need to pay if you want to put your luggage at the reception for a whort while."
Ms. said, "Very nice hotel near the market and the NightPlaza.Friendly stuff and breakfast including."
Daniel said, "The rooms are adequate, but the rude front desk staff and price gouging made staying at this hotel unpleasant. The owner of the hotel turned on the charm at the beginning for her sales pitch and then ignored me. Everyone at the hotel acted as if they really didn t care if I return: no greetings and they seemed to be annoyed when I asked for help with something. For the price of this hotel compared to others, I was surprised to get a room with a broken light and no hot water. They charge 35 Baht for a one minute phone call, 200 baht just use a safety deposit box, 150 baht for laundry service--they are squeezing money out of guests in every way possible. Also, a woman staying at the hotel the same time as me complained that someone entered her room during the night with a key and then quickly left. We were both shocked that the front desk staff had little interest in looking into this problem. You can surely do much better than a hotel like this, both with regard to money and quality of service."
Hann said, "The rooms are nice and clean, though at the size of about 15x15 square feet (inclusive of the washroom), they are not big. Food at the restaurant at the ground floor is reasonably priced. The staff are quite friendly, though they gave me the impression that they were not too happy when I did not see the person who was fetching me at the airport. Each of them seems to handle quite a lot of tasks, from handling counter enquiries, booking tours to ironing clothes and delivering food to rooms. The only thing I do not quite like is the small lane linking the hotel to the main Sridornchai road. There are quite a number of dogs running around on that lane. Did not see anyone being bitten though. In overall, the hotel is good. I might stay there again when returning to Chiang Mai."
Richard said, "Where do I start? Firstly the pictures you see on the web sight must be for a different hotel! Rooms small, dirty, noisy with the oldest air con in the universe (very loud too). Upon our arrival the owner (i presume) seemed to be very nice when selling various tours. After we payed for one and gave her our money she necver spoke to us again. Ver y rude. The other reception staff are grumpy, rude and never want to help. The breakfast is a joke (small coffee, powdered milk and a piece of toast - or Muesli is an option if you prefer. All hotel full of mosquitos and bathrooms are tiny with 2 dirty towels. All in all I shouldn t bother if I were you."
Ib said, "Knew the hotel from earlier stay in 2002Nice,clean and a friendly and helpfull staff. Centrally located, but relative quiet in a city killing itself in traf-fic jam.Really good value for the money"
