It s situated in the same street of the night bazaar yet not in the middle of it and therefore it has quiet surrounding. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as well. The staff speaks english and helped us in everything we required. Would stay again."

I only had two complaints: (1) not enough light to read in the rooms; and (2) poor selection of channels on the television with the horribly biased and ridiculous BBC as the only English language news outlet."

The attendants are very polite, attentive and greetful. They respond immediately. Although, Lanna Palace Hotel is only 3 star I will rate it 5 star for the space, cleanliness and service. Thank you Lanna. P.S. The hotel is oly 3 blocks away from the night bazaar. The neighborhood is safe to stroll around."

I had a problem with the tv reception in my room, so they had to change it. Staff were very pleasant. Location is slightly outside of the centre, but this does make it quieter, and it isn t far to find restaurants and shops"
