Fiona stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2007-11-12 and said, "very big hotel with 2 wings.stayed in the cheaper wing which was a bit isolated but rooms were big and clean beautiful rooftop pool.very central to city."
Harthoorn stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2007-01-11 and said, "Always a success, we stay there every year ( 5 years now in a row) in the doi suthep wing and for tbt 1.550 you never get any more space , service and breakfast and.............swimmingpool in Chiang Mai. Thanks staff. Only one minor point. Please please let the band play - in the evening - a litle bou bou noi !!"
Sung-Jae stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2006-07-10 and said, "Terrible hotel!, Seems like you are isolated in a big giant cave. I reserved a deluxe room and the hotel gave me an upgrade to the junior suite, which was nothing but a huge hut with very dim lights. Hotel itself is very run down and old. Need renovation all over the place. Breakfast was awful. Front desk receptionist was so bad and unfriendly. It seems as though they resent working there!. The hotel taxi driver (the one who drives beat-up Toyota van with the hotel logo) rip us off with very fat commission when he took us to a bar, which was partially confirmed by the doormans. Only bright side was the bell boys who are very willing to help with luggages and suggestions! nice guys! Location is very isolated and hard to get the taxi in front of the hotel and you have to rely on this shabby hotel taxi driver"
May stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2006-06-01 and said, "Very lousy hotel especially paid for high price. People around quite helpful."
Viv stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2006-02-20 and said, "We had a wonderful time at the hotel - staff were very friendly and efficient, service and facilities were excellent - we would very definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Chiang Mai"
Chamaine stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-04-07 and said, "The hotel was a little futher then I thought from any major things to do, but the room was clean the people were nice.My son loved the pool. The breakfasts were very good. Plus you are attached to a cool mall.. I recommend the hotel to families."
ROGER stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-03-15 and said, "Beautiful hotel - although english breakfast limited and not food not regurlarly replenished. Well located for access to the old city and the to escape into the outlying areas. Many facilities available from attached shopping complex. Nightmarket taxi ride away. looking forward to my return."
Jim stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-03-09 and said, "I have not a good memory of my stay at your hotel. I was treated rudely and charged many extra dollars because of miss direction from your staff regarding phone calls. I do plan to return to Chiang Mai in January 2006 but unless some adjustment is willing to be made I will not stay at your hotel. Many of the staff were very pleasent but the manager of the area I resided was not at all pleasent and did nothing to resolve my problem. As stated above the miss information I was given resulted in four hundred dollars (US) in phone calls. The manager of the other area did make a small adjustment but the ending amount was over three hundred dollars (US).Hhopefully something will be done by you to resolve this matter. Jim Eustace"
Flemming stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-03-01 and said, "Nice big rooms. We are a family (2 adults, 2 childern) and had 2 connecting rooms. This was very good - like one big apartment. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel is an very big elderly luxus hotel, that now is a little worn. The western breakfast food was uninspiring. There is a huge swimmingpool. If you have fear of hights or have small childern tumbling around, then try get a room on the lower floors. It is located in a big shopping center where you can buy everything; clothes, food... (internet connection 20 bath/hour - at the hotel 50 bath/10 minutes). If you want sandwiches go opposite the road in front of the center and a little to the left; amazing sandwiches .The location in Chiang Mai is not near the night marked or other shopping areas, but you can take a taxi for appox. 50 bath."
Don stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-02-24 and said, "A little far from downtown but not really inconvenient. (Chiang Mai is very manageable.) Attached is a huge shopping centre with everything one could need. A typical cavernous Chinese built hotel - very helpful staff, left luggage, etc (we went on a trek for two days and left our luggage with the hotel. Very good value for money. No pool but hotel was renovating exercise rooms with great sauna and steam room while we were there."
Loh stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-02-06 and said, "In general Lotus PSK is pretty good. I have no complain about service & room quantity. However beside the main block, I think all the other wings is not friendly to elderly folks and the lobby lounge is full of mosquitoes"
Pim stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-01-31 and said, "Large but nice hotel not far from the city centre."
David stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2005-01-22 and said, "We stayed here twice during our holiday and were very impressed with the room facilities and cleanliness. Reception staff were extremely helpful and ironed out a minor booking problem without any fuss. Pung Waan also arrange free airport transfers and their local knowledge is also good. Breakfasts were excellent with a huge range of food available. We were looking forward to our return after a few nights away. We liked this place, its size did not make it impersonal and we would certainly stay here again. The only downside is that it is quite a walk away from the heart of the action in Chiang Mai but with transport as cheap as it is, it is no great inconvenience."
Ms. stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2004-11-30 and said, "Very nice hotel & shopping complex. All services are good.Brekfest menu is good. very comfortable room, furniture & others. I enjoy with all facilities of the hotel.Next time will like stay in this hotel too."
Jean_Paul stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2004-11-08 and said, "Overly large hotel in two parts with average quality rooms. It is next to a large shopping centre with well known food outlets. Limited signs in the shopping centre make it difficult to find the hotel again and we met a number of lost people looking for it.Probably somewhere closer to the night market would be a better place to stay."
Dennis stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2004-10-22 and said, "Good location with Kad Suan Kaew Shopping adjoinning. Rooms clean, extra Large size bed. Lanna Thai setting. Value for money. Front Desk is not too friendly. perhaps towards Asian."
Frank stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel on 2004-06-10 and said, "An excellent location and well maintained hotel, where service and support is under control by professional staff. We always stay on this place during our visit to Chiang Mai."
