Naomi stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2008-01-14 and said, "The resort is lovely. The grounds are fantastic and the rooms huge and lovely decor . A great place to retreat. the only complaint with the room was the rock hard bed was just torturous. One restaurant that was reasonable. It was very quiet and usually only one other couple apart from us so if you like a hotel to yourself this is the place. A good base for trips into the mountains. The spa and massage treatments were way too expensive after paying a tenth of the price in chiang mai. A nice small pool in lovely surrounds , but very surprised they didn t think it neccessary to have toilets near the pool. You had to trudge back to reception lobby dripping wet. the staff were great and we were driven to the airport free of charge, normally a 800 bht taxi ride. A very good hotel but a bit too quiet and low key for me unless I had heaps of money for expensive spa treatments."
Kenneth stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2007-03-14 and said, "Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent massage services and very good service from the staff."
Gabriel stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2006-04-29 and said, "What a wonderful resort! Beautiful place, amazing facilities and accommodation. Staff were most and helpful! Could not recommend the place highly enough. If you are going to Chiang Mai, Jirung Health Resort is your choice!!!"
Julia stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2005-12-20 and said, "Enormous and spotlessly clean two bedroom suite, with amazing views. Like staying in a large apartment! Very nice little pool and jacuzzi, and sweet restaurant. Fantastic massage at the spa, and no difficulty obtaining an appointment. Avoid ground floor rooms, as damp and viewless!Lovely to be out in the country and nice ride in to Chiang Mai approx 25 mins.Low on ambience but very comfortable."
Karon stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2005-10-19 and said, "Very nice resort. The suites are very big and the air conditioner was great. There were nice touches such as the infinity pool, jacuzzi, turn down service and fresh fruit basket. It was a great location for the Mesa Elephant Camp and Monkey School and shopping at the local market. The staff was extremely cordial."
DS stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2005-03-26 and said, "Excellent place to stay, just outside of Chiang Mai, and a nice retreat from the city. Beautiful grounds, huge rooms with private decks and lounge chairs, and a fantastic spa. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, with a great view of the mountains (nice after coming from hot & sweaty Bangkok!). Would highly recommend this hotel (although don t come for the gym --it s in a tiny room with only a couple machines that looked a little sketchy)."
KY stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2005-03-24 and said, "Great environment, people, food and spa. Very peaceful, enjoyed every moment. The suite is very big, feel like a home. The restaurant serves excellent food and we ate all 3 meals there without getting bored. Some things could be better, for eg, Shower temperature was difficult to control and shower head positioned too low even for Asians."
Brad stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2005-03-17 and said, "A very nice resort with outstanding service. By far the best hotel I ve ever stayed in. Quiet and very relaxing. About 30 min and a 400 Bt tuk-tuk ride from Chiang Mai. Everything was very clean and the food was outstanding. I would recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing time in northern Thailand."
LEARNE stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2004-10-04 and said, "A most gorgeous and peaceful place. The suite was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the hills. The spa was exquisite and overall the service was unassuming and very helpful. Thankyou for a lovely time...wish we had longer"
Vasileios stayed at Jirung Health Resort on 2004-07-23 and said, "The hotel is situated at an exceptionally beautiful location, but is quite long away from city centre (1/2 by car). Spa and other services are excellent. Great value for money. Highly recommended.Chiang Mai is a must for any visitor in Thailand who wants to get away from Bangkok."
