Stuart stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-04-11 and said, "Due to being Thai new year we could only get the basic room, this was okay although the door took some persuading to stay closed! Staff were fine."
Gurdeep stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-04-11 and said, "great hotel for the price but if u staying more than 2 nights the breakfast will kill u...same thing every morning."
Willi stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-02-23 and said, "das hotel sollte in der naehe vom flughafen liege; ja per luftlinie, anfahrt laenger wie in die stadt. im hotel keinerlei moeglichkeiten zum essen; abends nur buffet fuer gruppen. das fruehstueck war nicht gut. das hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und ist nicht zu empfehlen."
Christopher stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-02-21 and said, "We had a nicely decorated and spacious room. There s a very attractive and well maintained courtyard gerden. If you have difficulty with stairs, stay in the Tower Wing as this has an elevator."
A.P.S. stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-02-03 and said, "This was the second time we stayed there . We like that hotel. This year we had a gardensuite instead of the towerwing. The hotel is in a quiet area, a beautiful garden and the staff is friendly. Next year we hope to stay there again."
Michel stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-02-02 and said, "Hôtel propre, bon déjeuner. Un peu loin des principales attractions.Clean hotel, good breakfeast. A bit far from the city attractions."
Flavio stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2008-01-15 and said, "the Holiday Garden Hotel was incredible, great location only 5 minutes by car or Motorbike from the center of Chiang Mai.The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very neat and clean. I do recommend to stay in this hotel."
Greg stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-12-29 and said, "Last year we stayed in town. Decided this year to stay out of town a bit, still only about a 2 kilometre walk or short songtow, tuk tuk ride. The hotel was great, stayed in two garden view rooms, my wife, young daughter and I in one and my 2 teenage sons in the other. Rooms are quite small but okay for the price. There are some markets that open at night about a 400 metre walk towards town along Haew Gaew Road and plenty of restarants in either direction a short walk away. The university and the zoo are also within walking distance. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus into the main night markets in Chang Klan Road every night which leaves at 8pm and returns at 11pm. The grounds of the hotel are very nice as is the pool area.If you book a room you need to specify that you want to be looking over the pool area if you don t want to end up overlooking the car park which more often than not has buses loaded with tourists arriving at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning for breakfast accompanied by the sounds of the whistle happy parking attendants.Having now stayed in town and out I would not go back into town again. Much quieter out at the Holiday Garden and easy to get into town if you want to.Great value for the money, would stay there again."
Gan stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-12-23 and said, "Quite a distance from the city centre but nice quiet location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Value for money"
OwYong stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-11-11 and said, "If there is no need for you to be in town, the Holiday Garden Hotel is the best choice. It is on the way to Doi Suthep and close to the super Highway and airport. The garden wing is very reasonable at Bht 950 though the rooms are rather small. The deluxe were full. Soothing garden views from the breakfast table if you go early. Will stay again on next visit."
Lorna stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-08-07 and said, "We stayed here for 6 nights and thought it was good value for money. About 10 minutes from Night Bazaar and hotel puts on a shuttle bus each night which was really handy. I would definitely recommend to stay in the garden rooms rather than the tower rooms - garden rooms much nicer and most overlook the pool. Breakfast is nothing special - it is put out at 6am and same food still there by the time most bpeople get there around 9am so all a little bit dry/overcooked! They also started putting the lunch buffet out at 10am which I thought was ridiculous! Never saw anyone cleaning the pool which was a little concerning. However, despite all of these negatives it was fine for £20 per night."
Mr. stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-07-25 and said, "very nice hotel. the rooms are nice and big (only the deluxe!). the staff was very helpfully and kindfull too. the garden and the pool are nice, only a little small. the breakfast is very good. only in the two restaurants the temperature is too cold! will high recommend and will come back for sure!"
Moriya stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-04-20 and said, "Cosy and very comfortable hotel. I felt like at home.Thank you to the staff. They were truly gentle. I believe many european tourists can find out budhist philosophy trough their hospitality. Prices are very reasonable, service and room conditions very good. I shall choose again that hotel for my next stay in november"
Kurt stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-04-12 and said, "Good location, great rooms, clean, and affordable. Would definitely stay again."
Robert stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2007-04-04 and said, "It s beautiful hotel. It s asian style with wonderful garden and small swimming pool. We have stayed in Garden window in standard room. The rooms are not very spacious but with asian details that make this place special. It s a bit far from night market but near to the hotel you can find small local market where is not many foreigneres so for us it was better. Definately I will be back to Chiang Mai and to this hotel."
June stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2006-01-02 and said, "Location is far away from down town area, not convenience for anyone needs walking distance unless you rent a scooter. However it close to a local open night market, this is not a tourist shopping area but for local people. Room was not too bad but Queen bed is not what I expected. They actually put two individual single bed next to each other. The shower was not functional well. The pool and garden section are nice and relax enough to get away from the room."
Hans stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2005-01-20 and said, "We were six persons together. The hotel is very charming, we livedin the garden resort. beautiful garden/swimmingpool. The staff were very kindly and helpful, very good service. The bathromm could be better. We paid bt 1000,- for a dbl roomincl. breakfast. Very good"
Stanley stayed at Holiday Garden Hotel on 2004-11-23 and said, "I would like to thank the hotel and all of the staff for making my stay there the best vacation I have ever had. The staff were always on hand to help with anything. They were always smilling. This was my first trip into another country but I have traveled through the whole United States and everyone at this hotel was better to me than any hotel I stayed at in the US. Thank you, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Chiang Mai.Stan Clark.....United States"
