Kathleen stayed at Chiangmai Hills 2000 Hotel on 2005-03-26 and said, "The hotel ended up being nice after changing rooms 6 times as the sheets were dirty or the aircon didnt work! Most of the staff were friendly - some very miserable and struggled to understand anything we asked! The hotel itself is a bit too far out from the night bazaar but taxis are cheap so it was quite nice to be away from the noise. Tours organised through the hotel was reasonably priced and good fun. Food at the hotel was good and the pool area was also nice."

Danny stayed at Chiangmai Hills 2000 Hotel on 2004-01-25 and said, "Overall the service was good, I really enjoyed this trip. Chiangmai was a great small city to visit and I loved to relax in a spa. This city has everything for me. I loved it. The hotel needs to get the new gym equipment as soon as possible. The ones that they have right now are totally malfunctions! If I have to go back and stay at the CM Hill Hotel, I need to make sure that they have the new stuffs in. Otherwise, I will not. Other than that, things seemed to be pretty good from the reception staff to house keeping team."
