Therese said, "ing accommodation and service.Rooms spacious and luxurios (2 children in room with us - no problem)Laundry and mini bar all included.Staff very friendly and always helpful. One of the best hotels I have very peaceful even though it is located in town.10 minute walk to night market."
Rennier said, "We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi, yes it is expensive but for a treat it was well worth it! Service was exceptional all the frontliners spoke excellent english, the front desk staff even helped me book a car from a taxi company for my side trips and airport transfer without hardselling their hotel car!Breakfast was wonderful, they served a lot of thai fruits and cooked to order the main dishes, lots of fresh squeeezed juices, coldcuts, cheese and diff. bread varieties on the buffet as well. Pool and spa really made the difference, I didn t want to go home anymore. Location is smack in the city, the Night Bazaar and anusarn market is just a short walk away. This hotel is best suited for couples I think all rooms have a huge balcony and king size beds, free wifi all over the place, excellent toiletries, 4 bottles of water daily, fruits in the room...a man could easily be spoiled rotten staying there! We arin Oriental. Chedi is located in the city centre and it is very convenient to visit all the tourists sights. The service and the attention to details at the Chedi are AMAZING...second to none. The Spa Massage@ the Chedi is the best we have had...it was much better than the massage we had at the Four Seasons. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
Stewart said, "This was probably the best hotel we have ever the staff, support and service were second to none. I highly recommend The Chedi . It is truely a relaxing and rewarding experience."
Prue said, "The pictures that website uses do not do the Chedi justice, this hotel was amazing! The service was fantastic and the staff were the most friendly I have ever had. This hotel did not leave out any details and everything ran perfectly. They arranged a few tours for us which were both fantastic and comfortable, this allowed us to see the best parts of Chiang Mai without the all of the catches or stops that the local services make you do. The hotels facilities were also great. I will be going back to Chiang Mai just to stay at the Chedi"
Andrew said, "The hotel is beautiful and so restful. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone at The Chedi Chiang Mai for a memorable stay!"
Chris said, "We it was undoubtedly one of the nicest hotels we have ever room features make it very attractive. The room has both internal and external daybeds, a very comfortable bed for sleeping, flat screen TV with Bose CD/DVD player, free mini-bar, bottles of wine and spirits. free laundry and excellent Club lounge facilities with good breakfasts and free evening cocktails and canapes. The restaurant, overall decor and location are superb. It s within walking distance of the Night Bzaar -if you like buying T-shirts and rubbish souvenirs- and not far from the Walking Street which is more interesting and local .Visit the lovely temple Wat Phra Do Sutep on the hills overlooking the city-fantastic ! The trip to the Hill Tribes was disappointing however and very over-priced. Chiang Mai is a nice city although not that startling and somewhat congested. Visit the furniture shops for some great quality items, especially the Teak furniture- beware the tourist traps however. When we were there the weather was gorgeous, sunny and low humidity and cooler at night. We would recommend The Chedi very strongly."
Susan said, "We picked the best hotel in Chiang Mai, bar none! The hotel was beautiful! The grounds were well manicured and tastefully done. The rooms are unique in design and the bed was cozy (most Asian hotels have very hard beds). The shower was the best we have ever had.Breakfest had a good variety. The staff was very helpful. The best part was the location. Close to the Night Market and the Day market (don t miss that area, Great Prices!"
Balzer said, "Great Hotel, perfect Service. Great Location to explore Chiang Mai. Within walking distance to the night market."
Jackie said, "Beautiful facilities, beautiful room, friendly and accomodating staff. One of the best hotels we . The pics on thier website doesnt do justice. It looks like a set of a photo shoot. No complain. Great location. Maybe a jacuzzi would be useful since it can be chilly on high season. Go to elephantnaturefoundation.org fo a rewarding lifetime experience with elephants as oppose to trekking."
Goh said, "Wonderful Hotel! Excellent 5* service from the staff. Very nice ambience and pool. A pity is most of the rooms have no view and faces a garden only although the website says rooms have a view of mae ping river. It is at the pool that u can have a nice view of the river. Request for high floor room was also not fufilled. Otherwise, would certainly return to it. Highly recommended."
