Staff is very friendly, always keen to help wherever they can. Located not fare from the city center is is an good starting point to explore Chiang Mai. The rooms are quit and very clean. Internet access is free!!! Everytime again! One of our best Hotels during our Trip! Great value for money!"

T stayed at Banthai Village on 2008-05-04 and said, "The hotel is a beautiful and peaceful place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the night market and the sunday market near Tapae Gate. The restaurant has a good american breakfast which they serve in the courtyard near the pool. I will definitely stay here next time we are in town."

Excellent service, beautifully designed rooms. We requested an extra bed and there was still more than enough room for 3 persons."
