Thomas stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2007-02-06 and said, "It was a very nice stay. Very friendly staff, a nice wellcom, nothing is a problem (thank you Ann.), a relaxed place in Chiang Mai. Located 10 minutes by taxi from the center. The villas are very nice in a green garden, a island in the city. Good Restaurant."
Janet stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2006-07-04 and said, "Service is pleasant and friendly. Hotel room was a bit run down; as such not worth the high price we paid. Breakfast was very mediocre. Surroundings - garden setting - was great though."
Thomas stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2005-03-02 and said, "very nice hotel, in the morning a little bit laoud because chicken farm nearly"
Laura stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2004-12-21 and said, "Very well put together. Beautiful inside. Staff was helpful and courteous. Only downfall is it s difficulty to locate. It is situated about 20 minutes outside of the city in a random neighborhood, which seemed to confuse all of the tuk-tuk drivers and left us giving directions about 85%of the time (after we got lost twice). Otherwise, it is very comfortable and the grounds are exceptional."
Gabriel stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2004-11-24 and said, "I am afraid, I have to say that the hotel did not unfortunately meet our expectations, for several reasons.Firstly, it is located well outside the town, where it is not always easy to find a taxi unless you have booked it in advance. The website was not clear about the location. In fact, from the website there seem to be 2 locations the Ban Saba Spa Village outside town and the Ban Sabai spa in town, but the down town location is just a day spa and there are no rooms there.Although the set up is nice and the rooms are nicely decorated, the accomodations are not that comfotable, which is rather disappointing for the category of price thehotel is applying. The bathroom to not have roof, which could be nice, but rather unconvenient when it rains and the temperature drops as it happened for us last week. The curtains on the windows hardly block the light in morning, and the thin wooden walls allow all dogs barking and cockcrowings to get you out of bed for an early start! With the exception of the reception staff, employees hardly understand and speak english. The hotel promotes a nature friendly lifestyle and it should be made clearer on the website to avoid disappointment. I think that those who are looking for fasting treatments, colonic irrigations, close to the nature leaving will like Ban Sabai Spa Village biut do not go there to find the refinement of a high standard tradionnal looking hotel."
B.Renk stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2004-07-30 and said, "New hotel (1,5 years)Very nice rooms, particularly the bathroom in the open air was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, but not really professional (I got telephone calls from outside when I was not there and they did not even leave a message although they were asked for it). Management a little bit strange"
Robert stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2004-05-12 and said, "Beautiful resort with great facilities. All employees were very helpful especially aroon.I look forward to my next visit with Ban Sabai Spa."
Mr stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2004-02-03 and said, "This was our first visit to Chiang Mai and we enjoyed our stay at your hotel very much. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very cosy and comfortable. The spa package was also very relaxing. The only downside was that there was no electricity supply on the third day so we could not take a shower before we checked out. Perhaps the hotel can consider having an emergency generator for such occasions."
Guadalupe stayed at Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa on 2003-12-24 and said, "I do not think I ever had a more romantic moment that the one at Ban Sabai Spa, the bathtub is outside, we took a bath under the wonderfull starlight sky, the weather was perfect!!"
