Travis said, "The hotel was nice. Good value for the money. only problem was our room was not ready and we had to wait 45 minutes for it. not a big deal unless you just got off an international flight and it is 1 am."

ABDUL said, "Location is well within walking distance to the famous Pratunam Market. The front counter staff were courteous and pleasant. Room was alright for budget travellers, except no hot drinks where we could boil water ourselves. Generally all is ok.."

This hotel is great for thoes who looking for budget stay!!clean and bright room.My comment about the hotel is 1) the toilet is to small for thoes big size people!they can get stuck when they want to in and out of the toilet!! the toilet bowl and the door is to close!!2)no internationl plug to charge the telephone, no hair dryer 3)no kettle for hot water 4)breakfast serve is good and quiet viraties BUT I THINK IS NOT 100% HALAL FOR THOES MUSLIM!!they serve chicken!but i think is not halal for muslim!! My family only having toasted and coffee for breakfast on our first day stay !! for the other two days we prefer having breakfast at the nearby muslim restaurant...so for muslim please take note on this matter!!"

carol said, "We thought we won t meet the cockroaches mentioned by earlier travellers but we did. They are small and of various sizes. Usually we spotted only 1 to 2 per day. We informed the reception, but they were still there. One side of the door latch was missing so we had to shift the dressing table to the door every nite to prevent intrusion. The aircon was noisy and very cold despite turning the control to 30degrees!we turned off the aircon before sleeping. There was not much table space for placing things above the floor for fear of the jukes invading our bags. The floor mats were not changed on the 3rd and 4th day as it was black on one side. There were only 1 hook in the entire room behind the toilet door. However, the hotel location is good as it is in pratunam. The room is also bright and looks clean."

yocarini said, "The most worst stay we had in thailand!Verry bad service, and pour conditions of the rooms. no cleaning no twin beds.something we payd for!! verry bad smell in every room and totaly no service from the staff.we complayned but we had to go to sawadee because we were no customers of them (we stayd their for about 7 nights!!)this was the only hotel were we had to catch cockroaches every night before sleeping! don t go to ten star inn!! go to the opera hotel, it s two blocks (soi) away from the ten star inn."

Rooms are very kleen, specially the toilets/bath rooms. Breakfast is o.k. Staff were helpful. Directly opposite Pantip Plaza, the IT mall of the century and literally 2 mins away from Pratunam markets - Semi contemporary decor rooms which are clean & tidy - small however - watch out for the drain smells that waft up - Thais have an ingenius technique for masking the smells - just ask at reception and they cover drains in bathroom with plastic bags....We recommend Ten Stars to anyone watching their pennies but are seeking tidy rooms that are modern."

Arad said, "we stay only one night even we pay for 3 nights. the room was with ants. and allso the towels were dirty.the phone didnt work so they replace him with the phone from the lobby. its very close to pratunem and this is the only thing possitive to write. thats why the price so chip. and we took the suit not the regular room . if you dont have problem with ants and you just want to sleep so its might be o.kotherwise take another hotel"

Maria said, "The hotel is located in a commercial area. It is on a side street to a busy road, therefore it is nice and quiet. Even though the street is a bit dark, it feels safe. It is a no frills hotel. The rooms and bathroom are clean, and the breakfast is varied and nice. The first room we had (202) was very nice, the only problem was the bugs we had to share it with. We moved rooms (1310) and though still clean it was smaller and not as nice as the first one. We moved hoping that there would not be any bugs one floor higher, so we were not very thrilled when we found them. We decided to stay there, and killed a few of them, at the end we just learnt to live with them...."

Lester said, "The size of room is worth for the price paid.Polite hotel staff and all are ready to help.Although not located at the main road,it is quite convenient to walk to the city area.Many taxis are waiting outside the hotel.The breakfast not bad but too little to choose.I book 2 rooms, one of the rooms has the smell of cigar.Overall i m very satisfy with this hotel.."

Dave said, "The location of this hotel is great for shopping and getting around. The room was perfect for the price. The breakfast provided was good. The restaurant food is good and the prices was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have was assign to a room 1210 on the second floor. It is rather horrible, sorry to say that, there is a very unpleasant smell the moment we enter the room. The smell was there throughout our stay in the room and it comes from the toilet. There was 2 times of blackout during the night, which was not so bad as we are already sleeping. But there is one thing that ten stars inn has to address is that in the middle of the night, we are awake by the itchness feeling on our hands and legs. It feels like something is biting us on our bed, i called the operate at 3am, and ask for a change of room, however, there hotel is full. Luckily we manage to get a new room the next day afternoon. It is a very suck experience, compare to our previous stay at ten stars inn. Please ensure that all bed sheets are changed before the guest enter the room, it is ugly to see long hairs laying on the bed sheet when guest first enter the room. Beside the lousy bed sheet, we have a good stay."

Klaus said, "The hotel seems to be run down. During our stay there were some things under construction what made a lot of noise, even till nearly 10pm. There was no hint about this when booking, no discount when staying. For a late-check-out they tried to charge the full price for one day. Bathroom is quite a misconstruction, as all the water simply runs on the floor.I can not recommend this hotel to other travelers."

Muhammad said, "If you are looking for a cheap hotel that has all the basic facilities, with friendly staff and is located near to the main shopping districts, then Ten Stars Inn is the hotel you are looking for. For the price, it is really worth it and it also comes with free breakfast. And not to mention, they have a lunch buffet that s going for 59Baht a person. Highly recommended for non-fussy budget tourists."

Poon said, "A very cheap budget hotel. Small and old. A bit run down and dirty as cockroaches can be seen in rooms and even in the cafe during morning breakfast! Breakfast is basic. Check in the old part of the hotel, run down and toilet old. Ask for changed and got the newer part of the hotel extension. Not bad for the newer part. Many textile biz people from Africa and India stays there. Will not returnm again."

Yoshiko said, "Very good value for money but with a few disadvantages. The location is central and an easy walk to Panthip Plaza but not so close to a BTS (Sky Train) station. It might be 15 minutes walk to the nearest station but Bangkok s pathways are an obstacle course in themselves, even without the crowds. Anyway, taxis are plentiful and cheap.My deluxe double room included: small TV, fridge with beverages at bar prices, built-in closet, dressing table and drawers, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom included a basin, shower and western toilet. Breakfast was included.The room was clean but the carpet was stained and the walls needed painting close to floor level as there were a lot of marks. The room was of modest size. Certainly adequate for overnight stays but not spacious enough to live in. The shower enclosure had black stains on the walls below waist level. These were very obvious, even though the walls were tiled in dark blue at that level. I thought that this could have easily been removed and shouldn t have been left in that condition.The shower didn t have temperature or pressure control and I found it impossible to set a constant temperature. The shower performed like a dancing fountain and the temperature of the shower varied from scalding hot to cold. Even the hot pipe varied in temperature. It took me about 3 times as long as normal to shower, whether at 01:00 or 09:00.The room didn t include tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel has a comfortable restaurant and an adequate breakfast, which included some hot food, toast, juice, tea and coffee. It didn t include cereal. I ve seen better but I still think it s good value.The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for value. I wouldn t stay again because I couldn t face the shower again."
