Sandra said, " mouldy, very bad water pressure. Great staff, especially when staying there when you have children. WARNING! Do not leave valuables in their luggage room. We left our bags in the luggage room when we had checked out. Came back hours later and picked up the bags. When I later checked my bag I discovered that my pearl earrings and other jewelleries had been stolen. Contacted the hotel when I arrived home. They answered only that it was my fault never leave valuables in the luggage room . So beware."

Zaharah said, "I would say that the Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok is a pleasant hotel to stay. The rooms and toilet are clean and well kept. The hotel staffs are kind and polite. There are so many varieties when we have breakfast at the hotel too. Anyway I will come back and stay at the Twin Towers Hotel if I were to come again next year to Bangkok."

Roger said, "Ett jättefint hotell med bra service, nära MBK - gångavstånd, det tog oss 20 minuter att gå dit. Hotellet har gym och pool som man får använda, rummen var fina med vattenkokare och egna badrockar. Bra service från personalen, jättebra att boka taxi. Bra hotell till bra pris."

HO said, "it is indeed a 4stars hotel. Rooms is really spacious. though you have to prepare it is rather old. swimming pool is between the towers, so can not enjoy any sunshine at all. Location is not as close to the shopping area as mensioned on the map. it took us 20mins to arrive the nearest mall - MBK. meter taxi only cost THB45, so better go with Taxi. Hotel is very close to highway to airport, so no traffic problem. (only take 40mins to airport)"

Rajesh said, "The hotel was great with big clean rooms,great view of the pool and friendly staffs. Only problem was no hot water at 6-8 am and the location was quite far from the restaurants ar shopping malls. Hotel Tuk tuk was a rip off and also their tours was a rip off. Rest was good!"

ANNE said, "My family and I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the twin large beds were just great. The mattresses could be firmer though. Service from the Receptionists and the Concierge was excellent. Although the hotel is not located in the most ideal part of town, the easily available meter-taxis and tuk-tuks made up for the distance away from the shopping centre. All in all it was value for money. Please keep up the standard of service."

The swimming pool is clean and well situated, seems to be far from the traffic, good breakfast serviced on the pool beach if wished. I will stay again there and recommand."

Alessandra said, "A very nice hotel in a very good location.I would reccomend this hotel, rooms are big and clean,the breakfast was large, the staff helpfull (even if, some of them don t speak a very good english). The only fault is the distance from subway or skytrain so you have to move using taximeter or tuk-tuk,however you can easily find one outside hotel."

Family said, "The staff of the hotel are very provide.Good breakfast. Rooms are big but decorations are too dull. NO HOT WATER BATH BETWEEN 7PM TO 10PM. It is very frustrating after a day of sightseeing and shopping. YOU HAVE TO PAY 200 BAHT TO GO TO THE GYM WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TOURIST INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE HOTEL. I WILL PREFER ANOTHER HOTEL."

gary said, "After having with our baby with us the hotel security personnel then tried to stop my wife and ask for her i.d as they presumed her to be a prostitute. This we found very upsetting to the point that we will not be staying there again."

No restaurants or shopping within walking distance.We booked a suite with big balkony, whitch unfortunately had no chairs, no sunbed, no table, in short no nothing, so why on earth pay money for such nonsens?Pool area was not inviting, as all traffic of guests passing in and out of restaurant took place between the sunbeds, so we found no pleasure in using it.All in all, nice hotel for sleeping a night, but we will not be back."

Jeremy said, "after tiring flight checked in to a somewhat inexperienced staffed reception as room not ready we were given a soft drink two days later had credit card blocked and spent $100 trying to resolve same due hotel taking unauthorised payment /deposite as they prefereed to call it which it is promised to be reinstated 10 days after departure as yet unable to varify bangkok last place you need credit card card alerts as mastercard get really jumpy these actions and inability of hotel switch-board to conect me to required number did little to enthuse us in returning to this overated dump"

Michelle said, "Hotel was of an impressive standard. We booked a standard room but when we checked in we were given a free upgrade to a superior room. This room was quite large. Location of the hotel was not perfect for major sight-seeing but a taxi to Grand Palace is 60 baht on the meter, if you insist they use it. Siam Centre was an easy 15 min walk away. Hotel pool and gym are impressive but nothing else to do in the vicinity. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was a large buffet of hot & cold food, salad, fruit etc. Hotel restaurant was nothing special and over priced. Overall, place is great value considering its location. We would definately stay here again."

However we booked over the internet and had requested a cot for baby, despite this when we arrived we then had to organise the cot as it was not in the room.Also there were no facilities for making tea or coffee. Loacation wasnt great for walking to shops. Despite these minor shortcomings we would stay again."

Arnoscht said, "I was really surprised positive by Twin Towers Hotel. The service was very very good. All employees were obliging, friendly and competent. I was very pleased with our room (superior). It was a big sized and clean room and i missed nothing in there. Safe was available for free at the lobby. Transfer to airport, breakfast-package on departure day, room change (we wanted to have a non-smoking-roon) were perfectly arranged by the hotel staff. Thank you for the great service, that helped making our stay recreative in this fast living city."
