Lily said, "It was a pleasant stay, room is clean and big for a budget hotel. I was given a double-bed, looks bigger than a king size bed, very good. Very convienient by Taxi to shopping area eg. MBK. Taxi fare about 50-60 Bhat. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, the spread is just perfect not too many, very local dish and I must say is very GOOD. My Husband and I enjoyed it so much. Check in was quick , no issue. However, comment for the receptionist, SMILE please - you don t look happy most of the time, as I watched you across the buffet table. Better to print the hotel name and address in Thai - taxi driver not very sure of the place, fortunately I did ask the hotel to email me in advance the hotel and address in their language."

Mr. said, "Nice and clean hotel, prompt service, value for money. The breakfast is good, although a change in menu would be welcome."

Ivan said, "The room was ok, but the bathroom is poor. The hotel is not located at a main street, which is good because it is quite but you have to walk along very poor area to get to it.Breakfast was ok but not great.Internet access - they have wifi in the rooms but i didnt test it. I used the Internet in the lobby - there is only 1 pc and it looks poor.I would take another hotel next time I go to Bangkok."

S. said, "The hotel is really nice, we got a nice view from the 15th floor. Regarding the staff, they were all really friendly and polite. The only desadvantage is the hotel is near to a market, but walking fast you are of the smell in 2 minutes."

Miss said, "Nice hotel. We despite telling them we were flying to Phuket (ie. domestic flight) the driver still took us to the International Airport! Luckily we had left really early and got very fast taxi drivers to take us to the right airport! So be careful of that - otherwise this hotel was great."

CESAR said, "El hotel es céntrico y bien comunicado, está a sólo 5 minutos caminando de la estación de Skytren SURASAK.Los empleados son muy amables y atentos a solucionar cualquier imprevisto. El desayuno es básico pero acorde con el precio del hotel. Lo único a destacar como negativo son la calle de acceso al hotel ya que hay un mercado de carne y suele oler un poco mal. Aún así es muy recomendable."

CESAR said, "El Hotel está bien situado,el Staff muy amable y servicial,el desayuno un poco basico pero hay que tener en cuenta lo que pagamos por la habitación, lo peor el acceso al Hotel en la misma calle hay un mercado y si tienes el olfato muy sensible......Igualmente nosotros repetimos 15 dias despues y volvimos a estar 6 dias mas"

Prabha said, "The hotel is in an excellent location and very easy to find with all the dignages on the main road. The staff were very courteous and helpful and respoded very quickly to any requests.The room was comfortable though a little dimly lit - brighter lighting would make the rooms even more comfortable. All in all excellent value for money. Thank you."

KEMNITZ said, "big room, firendly staff. but dont move the furniture, you might find something from years ago.the brakfast is far from europe style. in front and all around of the hotel it is verry loud, many tuk tuks. narrow roads and many markets and 20 min walk to sala deng station, BTS sky. this hotel is no good for european guests, if you want some sleep at night. crazy tuk tuk drivers with roaring motors showing off."

Frans said, "Very pleasent hotel. Good service, nice room. Value for money.Location is excellent; Silom center around the corner and PatPong on walking distance."

Rebecca said, "The service is superb and prompt. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. We nice. Quite up to standard i would say. Mostly who japanese. Most Singaporeans do not stay there. There is a cafe right opposite the hotel which serves good coffee and cakes. There are shops and market near the hotel. It;s quite near patpong and a BTS station called Sala Dang, hopefully it s the right spelling. Anyway, it s quite convenient. The taxis there are cheap too. I travelled all way round by taxi. Didn t really get to try out the BTS there. Silom is a business district where all the big companies are, so to avoid the jam, we always tend to leave earlierin the morning so that we will not get caught in the jam. Well, the jam in bangkok is not as bad anywmore. It s quite centralized, so there wasn t much of a problem.Oh ya, last reminder, not about the hotel. There s this Suan Lum Night Bazaar. The things there are still relatively cheap. Though you might be able to find some cheaper ones in Chatuchak or MBK. The things there are more exquisite and there some things you can t get in the Chatuchak or MBK. There s a quite nice open air cafeteria there which serves cheap good food and there s live performance there too. The sad thing is that it s closing soon. They will be there till end of April 07. I"

Rick said, "This property is average to say the least, having said, "The Service and reception were polite and very helpful. The other staff were also very polite and courteous. The airconditioning was a bit loud and noisy. The room we were in, also had a leaking bathtub. I would return to this hotel if I visit Bangkok"

EA said, "Hotel is well located to BTS Skyway and River Boat system. Surrounding restaurants are good, and nearby shopping isn t bad either.Staff is helpful, I stashed a suitcase for two weeks while travelling in VN with no charge and for the day prior to a night flight out of Bangkok!"

John said, "Friendly efficient staff although we wondered where the taxi was taking us as the surroundings were authentic . The rooms were clean and the a/c worked well. After travelling around other Thai cities, we found the prices a little on the high side but at least the hotel is only about 45 mins from the new airport."

Michael said, "excellent as usual slight problem with room when we first arrived we were given a standard room not the deluxe room that we reserved but on pointing this out we were changed to deluxe room within 3 hours"

Thomas said, "This is a charming hotel although the environment may not impress at the first moment you step into it. The staff are attentive and went out of the way to please us. The rooms are big and the beds are nice and firm. The only downside is the aircond -some are not cool enough."

FDR said, "Hotel is not as it appears on the internet. It is in poor condition, and badly in need of renovation. The floors and room chairs are stained, the bathroom is dirty and badly in need of repair. The hallways are filthy, with many cockroaches in the hallways and the bathrooms. The staff laughed when I told them of the bugs. The staff was generally pleasant with the exception of the clerk that checked me out. She was very rude and most unhelpful. Overall, a poor choice for a Bangkok hotel. I would spend the extra money for a cleaner, bug-free place than to waste any money on this place until they repair it."

Johnny said, "Great place and value for money. Well located to shops and within walking distance to the SkyTrain station. Easily reach to all the many modes of transport. Room facilities are good and the staff are all so friendly and always with a warm welcoming smile."
