J. said, "Our knowledge of English is very limited, so we can only tell we were very satisfied staying in this hotel. Everything was just perfect!"
Anonymous said, "Lacking in character and on a big busy road so it felt like you could be anywhere in the world really. Nothing really felt uniquely Thai. Windows did not open and air in the room was stale. Breakfast was organised efficiently and had good variety. Wireless internet connection in the lobby was very good value for money, easy to use and quite fast. That was the best part of the hotel."
Norhalizah said, "Room was clean, location is great, near MRT, malls and restaurants. Friendly staff. Need bigger or more elevators, breakfast was a little boring, pool is small! Overall my stay was OK!"
Noorzidah said, "The hotel has a strategic location with all the shopping centres like Jusco, Tesco, Robinson & Carrefour nearby. It is also not that far from the airport. The subway is about 5 mins walk and very convenient to go to areas like Chatuchak, Patpong, etc. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in was done at fast speed. Would recommend this hotel to others."
Foo said, "Room is clean and big but the renovation is looking old. Bellboys & receptionists are friendly. Very good service when i m not feeling well and required to go 24 hours clinic at midnight. However, the hotel is without the massage facility only can request from outside by the hotel."
Zahid said, "most of the reception staff was miserable exect one on left side of reception. lobby coffee shop staff was pleasant restaurant ok good value buffet lunch. very close to subway station may be not for local people they mourn about hot weather."
Paul said, "I have for the money it is still good value. Location is good now that the subway has opened. This time had to pay for an upgraded room (1400 baht/night) as standard was fully booked but not sure of the differences. Hot water during the day is a bit hit and miss. Breakfasts were OK, rooms are looking a little old but all-in-all a good place away from the madness of Sukhumwit."
P said, "The hotel is a reasonable price for that location. However, I couldn t say clearly it was value for money. The room and the facilities are a bit old and you ll see some cockroaches around, breakfast is nothing and finish too early. The service is just average. Overall, it s just average for money, though."
Douglas said, "priced right,,,good location,,,great staff"
Pantawat said, "Basic hotel but good value for money.Nice room so breakfast. The staff was friendly some are not.I enjoyied my stay at the Siam Beverly Hotel."
Lee said, "It s a cozy and place - and value for money. Service isn t good and everything has an extra charge including drinking water."
Nasim said, "Good, efficient, basic, budget class hotel. Good value for the price. Staff are efficient, and reasonably courteous, but one can t expect the degree of hospitality at this price, thatone receives at a five star hotel."
Kerry said, "Unfortunately, this was a return stay, which was already prepaided, and given that no refund was available, even though several days notice was given and we lost out on 2 nights stay, we returned reluctantly,as advised on a previous report we were quiet dissappointed in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, even though we found the restaurant staff could be a little bit more helpful, especially when serving. The rooms are in need of a refreshing, especially the bathroom, and suggest the hotel fumigate in respect to the cockroaches. Website stated hotel was central to the city, yes in a cab for around 20 minutes without traffic.I doubt if we will stay there again."
Kerry said, "We found the hotel not to be as central to the CBD of Bangkok as stated on previous feedbacks, not the description online, also the hotel should consider providing tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, as not everyone likes to sit in coffee shops, especially after a late arrival and a long flight. The management should also consider having the rooms fumigated on a regular basis,as the number of cockroaches in the room was very disturbing. Overall the hotel was of OK standard."
Mrs. said, "The hotel is excellent value for money...good location, close to subway and shops...I would recommend it highly to anyone...I booked a single room, and it was a pleasant surprise to have a big room, with queen size bed...good service"
Raymond said, "Value for money. I would recommend so long as the price maintains."
anil said, "Excellent value for money hotel. The room we tidy and spacious, the breakfast satisfactory and the staff pleasant and helpful. Just a few steps from the Underground Train station so you are connected to wherever you want to go. And you can alwaus flag down a cruising cab in front of the hotel. Lots of shopping malls three minutes walk away and a small 24 hour Family Mart to buy essentials almost next door to the hotel. The Lobby Lounge is informal .. not the best for business meetings..and the internet connection availability in the lobby is expensive .. not many internet cafes or internet places nearby. All in all .. really excellent value for money."
Sam said, "I m a regular traveller to Bangkok and everytime I choose to stay in Siam Beverly. IMO, it s the most value-for-money hotel I can find. The daily rate is reasonable, comes with free breakfast, close proximity to Airport (around 190 bahts) and very spacious room. Big bed, spacious toilet with tub. Only complaints is the deco abit rundown due to many years of management.Overall a good hotel and will recommend everyone to go stay."
Siew said, "The hotel room is big, cosy and give me a glimpse of part of the bangkok skyline. Transport is convenient, with the Huai Khwang station within short walking distance and also availablity of public buses just outside the hotel."
Nelson said, "Vaule for money. Quick access to transportation, it is in a good location close to the skytrain"
Exmond said, "The hotel is not bad... but have insect need to clean up a but..."
Stephen said, "The room looked very clean in the first glance but found it very disappointing that there were a few cockroaches both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. There was one coming out from the telephone. I checked it very late and was very tired. I left very early the next moring. Therefore did not speak to the hotel"
Mr. said, "could have been former 5 star hotel, now probably 3 star, with reasonable price and good service. i would stay there again."
Mr. said, "good service, clean rooms, nice location."
Mr. said, "Nice and clean place with reasonable price. Good service."
Khoo said, "Good value for money and good location. However, service standard needs to be improved."
Rey said, "The hotel its kinda bit far from i used to stay before in Bkk,but i think when the underground metro opens that would be a great eased in travelling back and forth.the internet facilities its too expensive considering its only dial up? its a plus to give the hotel guest a limited access everday just for email checking. The price that i pay for this 7 days accomodation was a bargain, and u cant ask for more isnt it?? Definitely i will be back and i hope the underground metro will be opened by that time."
Yamada said, "One of the best hotel in Patchadapisek"
