Narasimhan said, "The location is just close to the express way. The room is very convenient. It needs more illumination. When you want to relax in the room,you do not have many options in the TV in the rooom. Only few channels are provided and majority of them cater to local viewers. It is better if the hotel adds more of BBC/sports and other entertainment channels in Engligh."

Amiram said, "The hotel was great, the room was perfect. Breakfast and the few dinners we had there were great and reasonably priced. Internet is overpriced at 600 Baht per 24 hours, and don t trust the bell boys to protect your interest with the taxi drivers. Insist on meter always!"

Martin said, "Radisson is as usual an optimum choice for everybody looking for a nice room and other hotel facilities. It has excellent value for your money. Their staff is really helpful and we also enjoyed their nice Thai restaurant.I think that the only major weakness could be their location. It is outside the city center (for tourists in a middle of nowhere) and surrounding area is for Europeans really strange. On the other hand we enjoyed our late evening visit nearby local discos with their interesting atmosphere.I will stay next time definitely in the same hotel. Taxi Meters they are pretty cheap ((10 USD) and to go there takes up to 30 min from city center. The only weakness was our individual air condition which was not so efficient."

Mr. said, "Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room prepartion was good with fruit and chocalates provided. Only problem is that it is a little out of the way but bus provided to nearest tube station and a short taxi ride back. Would stay there again."

Angela said, "Hotel is a bit out of the way, shuttle buses are provided to the main shopping areas but you must pre-book.Rooms were OK although we were on a non smoking floor and our room smelt of smoke, we asked to move and were moved without a problem.Staff were courtious and helpful.Breakfast was not brilliant, always cold and I had to ask for coffee/tea all the time.Probably would not stay again as there are better positioned hotels in the same price bracket."

Martin said, "This hotel is a little run down, and air conditioning that didn t seem to be working. Staff was okay, the only really helpful person was the trainee concierge.For a hotel in the same location, price I recommend the Century Plaza"

Jacqui said, "I m a very hard person to please when it comes to hotels, but this is the second time my partner and I have been very impressed on both occassions. We were given upgrades both times at check in (not sure why but it made our visits even more pleasurable). I highly recommend this hotel for both a longer stay as well as a one night stop over from the airport (only takes 30 mins). The hotel has a fantastic Sky Lounge on 24th floor where you can sit and look over the evening lights of Bangkok, plus a very nice restaurant on the same floor again giving fantastic views. Excellent value for money, we d definately stay here again without a doubt."

We were there from 6th to 11th april 2006 , must say that it was a lovely hotel , clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and rooms and bathrooms clean and good a/c , the sky train is not near but the hotel has meter taxis so not a problem, i would definately stay there again"

Kien said, "Everything in the hotel were of superior standards, especially the spreads of buffet breakfast that were offered. However, having said that, the Check-In process could be perfected by not having to wait 20 minutes for my welcoming drinks to arrive before allowing us to check into our room, which was mistakenly a 2 single bed instead of a queen size bed, as requested. However, the problem were solved immediately with much professionalism."

We were upgraded from the superior room to Deluxe seeing our full family size free of charge. The staff go all out to make your stay memorable. Vandrepol said, "Very pleasant hotel and very nice staff. The rooms are great and very very clean. It is also worth paying a bit more to have a deluxe which has an enormous space. The restaurants are wonderful, the skylounge (Bar on 24th floor) has an amazing view on Bangkok. Radisson, altough a bit far from the center and from the airport is a nice place to stay, we really recommend it."

Mrs said, "Room was very spacious, even the bathroom huge. Service, staff and breakfast were impeccable - good selection of dishes and fruit ... a bit tempting to simlpy stay there and finish the buffet. The pool area is nice and well equipped. Definitely a hotel to recommend. Yet - Airport bus does not stop there. Note that you cannot really walk to the subway station and in order to move around you need to get a cab or take the free hotel shuttle. Advantage: the ride to the airport at 10:30 AM was fantastic - not even 20 Minutes and only 260 Baht - as the hotel is very close to the Expressway. this is one of the reasons I picked this hotel - so I would not have to leave hours in advance in order to get my flight."

Stephanie said, "We arrived a bit earlier in the day than the hotel was expecting us, so they did not have a room ready at the level we had booked. Imagine our delight when the staff of the hotel upgraded our room to a suite for the same price we had booked. It was a treat! The staff was polite, very helpful, and always looking out for our welfare. The food at the restaurants was excellent. We especially enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast buffet before heading out to see the sights of Bangkok. Taxis were readily available for whatever we needed as well as a hotel van to certain shopping areas. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit torn up due to work on the roads, but the actual hotel was great. Their work-out rooms are well-equipped. We enjooyed our stay very much."

Continental Breakfast on the high floor (I forget if 24th or 30th floor) was nice with a decent view. Overall a very good experience. Taxi drivers had some trouble finding the directions to this hotel. Make sure you take the small directions sheet/Address in Thai language that the hotel gives you. Show that to the Taxi driver when you want to return to the hotel and you ll be fine. I ll come back and stay here next time! Thanks Radisson Bangkok!"

Mr. said, "Clean and hospitable. The only fault with this good value hotel is its position which makes walking out of it into Bangkok difficult. It is awkward to get to tuk tuks having to cross the highway. As I have said once inside its appealing with a nice pool and prompt service."
