Ivanchenko said, "This hotel right fot travellers with nice service, friendly and kindpersonnel"
SHAH said, "The Hotel is near to airport. Room was clean and sufficient space. only thing i would like to share is that the staff needs to be more helpful and informative. this is must as the hotel is quite far from city and finding common neadful things is difficult. e.g Internet is charged as 100 Baht for 1 hour. another starnge thing is complementry airport transfer which is only one way. if you avail it from airport to Hotel then you need to pay 150 Baht per person while returning back to Airport. normaly meter taxi can charge less and that to 2 - 3 people can be accomodated. hence i recommend to take meter taxi while arrival at Hotel and use complementry coach while departure. if one has intention to stay only for one night in transit then this is good choice. the city is quite far. even to reach nearest Sky Train Station you need to pay 150 Baht to meter taxi."
steven said, "very eficient, close to the airport, next time in bangkok i,ll stay there again"
Jackie said, "It is what it is, an overnight stop to the airport. It is a bed to sleep on for the night and not much more. Hotel is probably below most basic budget hotels. On the positive side it is only about 20 minutes to the airport at 5 am."
Gavin said, "Very easy from the airport. Lovely clean comfortable room. Very good for the price."
Gabriele said, "Very nice and clean. Spacious and absolutely silent rooms in front of a klong and a wat. Professional pickup-service to airport. Can definately recommend it!"
Teresa said, "Good service and price, clean, but awful tiny old bathroom. Excellent airport service, easy both ways. restaurant too expensive though. Nothing else restaurant wise but a duck shop on the corner, good and cheap."
Leene said, "Chose this hotel solely on the location; it s just about 7 mins from airport, perfect for those need to transit & catch early flights. Was informed at last min that my flight s been canceled & shifted to next day, luckily room was available for another night.Hotel is way out of Bangkok town center, the closest skytrain station to access the city is On Nut - need to get taxi BHT140, but one taxi driver advised me to skip 3 stations to get to Longhor(??) station only BHT120; this is because of the good highway. Saves a lot of time too. Room at hotel is basic, clean - good enough for those in my situation. Restaurant downstairs I rate just ok . Bought my meal from town on 2nd day. Nothing special with the front desk service. To kill time - fed fish in front hotel & watched Arnold Schwazernegger film on tv (he speakes Thai!!).Dont mind coming back here for next short transit if any."
Elizabeth said, "Staff was friendly, and helpful to get us a taxi to the bus terminal and since there was no elevator it was great for them to carry our bags up to the forth floor. Rooms were pretty standard, the bed comfortable; I liked having in room water boiler for making coffee. The a/c hardly worked, I took 2 cold showers in the less than 12 hours we were there. Even though the a/c was cranked to the max the room never cooled below 87F- made for a restless sleep. Not a great first night in Thailand, especially for the price, but not horrible. The airport pickup took a while, but it was nice not to have to get a taxi. Mediocre accomidations, great staff."
Sandra said, "This was my second stay at this hotel and, as before, I was very pleased. If you are staying there on your arrival, be sure to watch for their shuttle driver holding a sign for the hotel at the airport. In you get, and off you go. Very easy. The day of our departure, the porters came to our room, without being called, to collect our luggage for our return to the airport. Then, a five minute ride to the airport. Both times I ve comfortable. It s also fun to walk over the little bridge to the temple area and feed the HUGE catfish. I will stay there again if I return to Bangkok"
Clifford said, "Decent hotel for a short stay or stop over in Bangkok near the new She-wanna-boom Airport. Had to stay an additional two nights so made arrangements with the sweet gal on the night desk but unfortunately it seems that the day crew did not read the notes from the night crew. Anyway, small hassle but it got sorted out and they dinged me for an extra 150 baht by mistake. Oh well, this is Thailand after all. Room was just ok and very small. It was new and clean although the hot water never worked in the shower. I did not complain because frankly, it would have been futile no doubt. The water comes out warm even on the cold side of the equation. TIT. One major let down was the fact that there was no swimming pool to cool off in. The is a river (Klong) of sorts in the front of the hotel by I could not be persuaded to swim in it for fear of catching hepatitis A,B,D or Z. All in all, it was a uneventful stay at a reasonable price. Would stay here again if I was in a pinch for time and needed to be near the airport again. The hotel restaurant was sufficiently appointed and well serviced. Prices were just ok with the American Breakfast running around the 150 - 200 baht range. It consisted of 3 egg omelet, two pieces of toast, cottage cheese with fruit and coffee. Very basic and nothing to get excited about. At least I never became ill which is always a positive when in Bangkok. Until Next Time...C. Coffman"
Laila said, "A nice atmosphere with a river view and temple across the water. Room is nicely decorated and staff are friendly. Restaurant food I found wasn t that nice though."
Bryan said, "Room was clean and tidy. Handy to the airport but dogs barking on night kept me awake. Airport drop off service was helpful."
Peter said, "Very comfortable and reasonable cost. Staff very friendly. Transport to and from airport convenient. Helpful to have wireless internet available. I am happy to recommend."
leonard said, "Great place to layover. Feed the giant carp slices of bread from the local 7-11. Planes landing about every thirty minutes... but hardly noticed them at all."
Andreas said, "I am a little dissapointed, because the carged me 300 Baht extra when i want to check in before 12:00 am after a long flight from Europe. The rooms are small but clean. The restaurant is one of the most expensive in Bangkok, and nothing special.Andi"
Ramponi said, "Wir haben eine Nacht vor unserem Abflug im Queen s Garden Resort verbracht. Gutes Hotel und sehr nahe am Flughafen. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und und guter Transportservice zum Airport."
John said, "Very happy with this hotel. drop off were easy, helpful, comfortable. Room was simple but clean. The area even was pleasant, interesting. I would stay there again definately."
Miss said, "Perfect for an overnight stop between flights. Very close to Suvarnabhumi airport (approx 10 mins drive), transfers can be provided, rooms are clean and comfortable."
Milind said, "Hotel is nice place to have a short stay as a brak journey for overnight"
David said, "Very nice hotel good clean room"
Lee said, "Great hotel for an overnight stay. Close to airport. Rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. Have what you need for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Would use this hotel again for an overnight stay."
P.T. said, "Staff are well trained especially staff at front desk at night shift-- she is very well manner. Room is very clean with cheap price. It is a right destination for travellers I took only 5 minutes from airport to the hotel. But there were a bit noisy in the early morning due to the local people and temple opposite the hotel."
Kenneth said, "Hi,A nice place, but to fare away from the centrum.Br,Ken"
Amanda said, "this hotel is only about ten minutes from the new airport so really convenient if you have quick stop over. they pick you up and take you from airport to hotel and they also have a bus going back at regular intervals or they can call a taxi. i think it only cost us 100Baht. the room was clean and the bathroom perfectly suitable for the cost and i would recommend this place for a wick over night stay but there isnothing around ther forlonger stays."
Kirsten said, "Great if staying one night only & you have an early flight. Taxi is cheaper than hotel transport service. Restaurant is good."
PP said, "Very near to Airport.Small room but clean. The front of the hotel is well decorated with sitting arrangement. They have an open restaurant area with a huge lcd screen. Worth a stay. Value for money. They have car drop facility to the airport which starts at 2-30am."
Mr.Gordon said, "I used the hotel as stop gap facility close to the airport. It is efficiently organised, very clean with everything provided for my purpose and I would recommend it without hesitation. The bonus is the availability of local restaurants, limited shopping and the opportunity for a walk via the humpback bridge over the canal through the Wat to a few other stalls. The price for transfer to the airport in the Hotel mini-bus is 150 bt."
Karine said, "Une bonne option pour les nuits de transit à Bangkok. Tout prés de l aéroport où le transfer se fait sans problèmes. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Bon rapport qualité prix."
kurt said, "Very good service and friendly staff. Good price and close to airport. Would definitly stay there again. Fun to feed the fish while drinking a cold beer."
Peter said, "For the price the Hotel is adequate. Some noise from the aircraft taking off and landing, but the staff were pleasant and I guess that makes up for it. Close prosimity to airport for an early connexion makes it a n brainer"
Liudmila said, "I really enjoyed my visit to Thailand and this Hotel.Good location (10-15 min from Airport, transfer 1 way), clean room, beautiful places around Hotel."
R said, "This is the 2nd time I convenient. Free pick up from airport went well, and return trip was 150 baht per room not per person which was good. Sat by the canal to eat in the evening, very pleasant. Friendly staff. I had already paid for pick up night before, but was asked to pay again, after insisting, the lady found the information elsewhere and was ok. Would stay again."
Gefenshave said, "the best choise fot overnight hotel.we arrived after midnight to the airport. got free drive to the hotel. 10 minutes from the new airport. clean and good room for family (2 adults 2 chlidren) we order 1 extra bes - and the double bed was king size.also hed tv, and coffee in the room for drinkung in the morning."
Rhiannon said, "down a little lane way which was a bit scary to get to late at night, but very good considering how cheap it was."
JING said, "It s good for short stay.room is clean, people is friendly."
James said, "Good place for an overnight stay if you have a flight the next morning. Good value for the money as well. A true short drive to the airport. Rooms are small but have all necessities. Feeding the fish in front is fun (20B for a small bag of food). Transport is only free one way but inexpensive the other way. Organized well for people in transit. Little loud when we were there."
Marielle said, "The complimentary airport pickup was great. We arrived after midnight and the shuttle service at gate 6 was not hard to find. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a good night s rest and did not hear the airplane noise until we woke up in the AM) the only thing that was not worth it was the breakfast. It was not edible at all! Overall the stay was good, the price worth it. Will stay again."
Kerstin said, "The hotel was ok for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean but small. The aircraft noise was not disturbing. I can recommend this hotel for short stays."
juergen said, "perfect hotel for an overnight transit in bkk. rooms are verry clean and enough space to relax. area arround the hotel is also nice, its on the river and opesit is a big temple. ok, you can here the airplanes but i had a relaxed sleep and i will come back if i have an overnight transit. good deal for the money!!!"
Riitta said, "Hotel was clean and nice. It was very good service to take visitors from and to airport with all luggage. Once our taxi could not find the hotel, for we didn´t remember the address, only the name in English. So we had to go to the airport to get to Queen´s Garden by the hotel taxi..."
Thomas said, "Nice hotel for overnight visit. Close to airport. 10min taxi ride. Good value for money. Will stay again!"
James said, "great room. very very clean. good value for money. didn t have a problem with the plane noise (as some others have said), but the barking dogs were a nightmare...!!! the guys who take your bags and show you your room are fantastic.the only problem we had was that we arrived quite late (23.45) and wanted a drink. we were told that the hotel bar stopped serving food at midnight, but drinks were ok. so when we went for a drink, we were surprised that the staff clearly didn t want to serve us (turning lights out when they saw us coming, etc). we eventually got two drinks out of them, for which we appeared to be charged a premium. disappointing really - especially as everything else was so good."
Elsa said, "I was only there for a quick overnight stay because I had an early morning flight. I thought the room was really clean, the people were quite friendly, and they gave me a wake up call as promised. The staff were at the arrivals level of the airport to pick up customers free of charge. However the charge for the shuttle the next morning to the airport was a 100 baht. Overall I thought the hotel was fine, especially if you are in transit. I didn t notice any noise from airplanes flying overhead because I was very tired, so I am not sure if that is actually a problem."
(name said, "Like others told on this message board the rooms are ok but it is sooooo noisy! Ev. 5 min even during the night there is a plane fly over the hotel!I would never stay here anymore to be honest.....also the breakfast is so poor no asain food and the rest so bad quality....no pay a bit more but sleep well"
Liam said, "Quite passable and good value for a transit hotel since it is near the airport, but its 250-300 baht taxi ride to the city. There was a little bit of aircraft noise but not much. They have an efficient airport shuttle service, good beds, minibar etc, reasonable restaurant, and allowed free baggage storage after check out.The only thing I didn t like was the lack of a curtain for the shower-room s antechamber, with a neighbouring building s windows just nearby. Minor.I would stay again for a single night near the airport."
Fay said, "staff very curtious, pick up from airport was well done. 150 baht to get back to airport. staff spoke english quite well. staff very helpful. would stay there again only as an overnight stopover. no lift in hotel but staff carry luggage for you."
Sandra said, "We chose this hotel to be near the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel had a van to take us and we were there within 10 minutes. The view from the hotel overlooking the river and the nearby temple was very pretty. The temple dogs begin barking very early in the morning, but since we were up anyway it wasn t a problem for us."
Lisa said, "The hotel is about a 10min drive to the airport and there is someone at the airport to meet you and call the shuttle bus. Scheduled transfer back to the airport is 100-150B. Hotel itself is very clean, small but functional rooms. A little noisy due to the planes overhead and the resturant music."
Sophie said, "Very conveniently situated near the new airport. Good service. Very clean."
