Norman said, "Helpful staff had difficulty in solving the problem of smells in the room. There was a persistent odour of vomit.Having changed room the air conditioning pumped a strong smell of paint into the room. And the air conditioning did not seem to respond to changes of setting of air temperature. As the stay was only four nights it was not worth moving to another room or set of appartments but it was not pleasant."

Michael said, "Have spacious. The concierge and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated not too far from Emporium Shopping Center which is a bonus, and there are both Starbucks and Au Bon Pain as well as shopping centres in the near vicinity. It would be nice if they put more utensils in the apartments. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable stay."

Denise said, " spacious. A little bit far from main shopping area, especially with heavy traffic. Pool facility very good."

Orla said, "I would definitely not recommend this facility which I found to be very disappointing. The problems are too numberous to mention. The highlights are that it was not clean and our tulip suite was very worn. Even though others seemed to like the location, I didn t find it to be convenient, with a fifteen minute walk to the train. Initially the service seemed to be adequate but after three days there, the air conditioning went out in our entire building. When we called about it, they were aware of the problem (but failed to mention it to us as we walked through the lobby half an hour before) and offered us another room. We moved into the main building. This suite was similarly grubby. And the next morning we were forced out of our room by the stench of paint stripper being used on the balcony of the room below. At this point we would have moved hotels had we not been leaving the next morning. After 4 hours of waiting, (being told in 20 minutes the entire time) we were eventually given another room. We were very relieved to leave here and were now more than a little concerned about the hotel we had booked for 20 days in Phuket. Thankfully, that hotel was ENTIRELY different."
